Very
bad
experience
with
this
rental
agency.
One
star
is
still
too
high.
No
communication,
and
enormous
waiting
time
both
when
picking
up
the
vehicle
and
when
returning.
Price
increase
+71.33€
taken
without
notifying
me
because
vehicle
returned
after
the
hour:
indeed
I
warned
them
that
I
was
stuck
at
the
gas
station
for
more
than
30
minutes
and
then
waiting
at
their
office
also
30
minutes,
hence
the
delay.
I
got
a
comment
(no
thanks)
to
tell
me
that
the
car
was
clean,
least
of
all
things
it
seems
to
me,
and
the
person
made
me
sign
his
return
screen
saying,
no
problem,
no
problem,
I
don't
don't
show
you
the
rest
because
there's
no
change,
"sign"...
I'm
in
a
hurry,
I
think
I'm
going
away
for
the
weekend.
I
can
only
advise
against
this
agency
which
is
really
not
made
for
customer
relations.
And
I'm
not
talking
about
the
vehicle
with
a
feeling
of
a
faulty
steering
system,
nor
the
fact
that
the
gauge
was
not
full
at
the
start.
Very
disappointed,
I
will
not
return
there,
and
I
hope
to
dissuade
some
because
treating
customers
in
this
way
is
unacceptable.
