Very clean, tidy and we'll presented, all you need for an overnight stay. Good location and parking.

Great place to stay. Very close to town centre and sea front. Advantage of free off street parking. Very clean and well equipped. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location & a few extra touches on arrival, like fruit, biscuits, milk & bottles of water. We were in one of the loft rooms so two flights of stairs, which wouldn't suit everyone, but didn't bother us. There is plenty of off street parking at the front & rear of the property. We would stay here again.

Very up-to-date and clean we would definitely stay there again.

What more could you ask for in a hotel room? It has everything, a little kitchen with kettle, fancy coffee machine, hob, microwave, fridge and utensils, milk, water and a fruit basket. Wardrobe, dressing table, mirrors, TV with covid sanitised remote, a huge bed which was very comfy and clean, a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, all the towels you need, hand soap and shower gel. We literally wanted for nothing (not even a bottle opener, which always somehow seems never to get packed) peaceful and quiet, lovely and clean and we could sort ourselves out for breakfast rather than having to be downstairs between a set time (which is always good for my wife as she tends not to be a breakfast person) All this and a great price too. Will go back there again if we ever go to Lytham St Annes again.

Booked a studio.well sized.well equipped for a short stay. Good size bathroom,large bed,corner kitchenette.microwave,coffee machine,kettle,toaster. Our room was too floor would book a lower 1 bedroom when next stay. Central to bars,cafes ect.

Lovely rooms, clean and a lovely welcome package of water, milk, fruit and chocolates. Emma goes above and beyond. We won't stay anywhere else now

Great apartment, nicely decorated - simple and well-chosen decor, very relaxing. Big comfortable bed. Well equipped apartment for a short stay. One star knocked off as the shower cubicle and bathroom are *really* tiny, which made getting showered and dressed a bit of an awkward, damp mess. Would definitely book again next time we stay in St Anne's, one of the best options for a single night's stay.

Absolutely perfect stay here. Apartment immaculate, very thoughtfully furnished. Lots of little extras, milk in the fridge, fruit bowl, jar of biscuits, all simple but very much appreciated. Central for bars and restaurants, would not hesitate to stay again and can't recommend it enough .

Great place to stay very clean small kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, toaster kettle and hot plates, and a fridge. complimentary fruit, milk, water biscuits tea and coffee. Virtually in the centre of at Anne's with regular buses to blackpool Lytham and Preston.

Fantastic apartment, right in the heart of St Annes, well presented, warm and cosy, ideal short stay

An extremely clean and well maintained serviced accomodation. Although we were visiting Blackpool, didn't want to be staying in the centre were the noice and cheapness was. This place has exceeded our expectations. The venue was extremely tidy and tastefully decored. The accomodation consisted of a large bedroom, bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette attached to it. We stayed for one night but wish that we were there for longer as this place would have been perfect to explore Lytham st Anne's. The train station is minutes away as is the pier.
