The masters themselves are sweethearts, it’s already embarrassing to write this review, and in principle I have never written negative ones. However, I pay for the service, and I want to receive it in proper quality, forgive me. Therefore, at least I will not come to this salon for this procedure again.

Today I visited the Sfera beauty salon. I came for a manicure + coating + design procedure. I went to the master Nafisa and was very.. very surprised by this wonderful girl 👍 No one treats my nails with such care, care and attention!!! The manicure was done impeccably, honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. Removing the old one was so perfect that I didn’t even feel it (with the previous master it hurt me and when she covered it with base it stung very much) the polish was applied perfectly and the nails had no layer thickness, they looked great! A couch in a cosmetologist's office with suspicious brown spots. They put a disposable diaper on top, but it is transparent and the stains can be seen through it. There are small terry napkins in the toilet for wiping hands, but they are washed yellow and some have hair wrapped around them. 2. About the cosmetologist. In my opinion, the girl looked unkempt with disheveled hair hastily tied into a ponytail. All movements on the face are very sharp and unpleasant. 3. About the procedure. I have no problem skin, just a little clogged pores. The cleaning was very painful, almost to the point of tears. Afterwards (despite the soothing mask), my face was very swollen and burning. Today is the second day. The swelling and redness still persist, plus inflammation has appeared, which was not even a hint before the procedure.

The first time I visited this beauty salon was for a massage. I was extremely surprised that there was video filming in the massage room (prohibited by Russian law), which no one warned me about in advance. The administrator apologized and admitted that it was his mistake, since they usually sign an informed consent with the client. The shooting is motivated by the fact that there is an “expensive device” in the office. Come on, there are thousands of salons and clinics where many devices are installed that cost much more than the run-down transion that costs in the Sphere. When planning the visit, I checked with the administrator in advance whether he was confident in the high qualifications and competence of the master, to which I received the answer: “this is a new master, but he has impressive experience, and the feedback from our clients during the days of her work was extremely positive.” About the manicure itself: I asked for a combined manicure, which in the generally accepted view involves treating the cuticle with a device, and then cutting off the excess with nippers. In this case, the cuticle was simply lifted with just one cutter and then mercilessly torn off with nippers. When I asked the master to remove the pterygium from under the cuticle, she began to drill under the cuticle with a thick nozzle (which, by the way, she did not take from a craft bag), and then pulled it out again with nippers. The result is torn pieces of skin around the nails, and the inability to even wash your hands for several days due to pain. I won’t go into detail about the coating, there are no words there - I’ll attach a photo. The manicure lasted 2.5 hours. When I asked the master why it was taking so long, she replied that this was her first working day in this salon, and she didn’t know where and what was there. It turns out that the administrator blatantly lied to me during the telephone conversation. In resolving the conflict, the reception staff also showed themselves to be extremely unprofessional, they began to argue and argue that a service was provided to me and I had to pay for it, as if I were some kind of freeloader who was making trouble in order to be served for free. Further, the girl, calling herself a senior administrator, said that she does not solve such issues at all, took a photo of my nails and promised that someone would contact me in the near future. However, there was no message or call either that day or the next. The next day I wrote a message that I was still expecting a call from the manager, but it went unanswered, as did my subsequent call. Therefore, I advise everyone to avoid this scoundrel, who, in addition to providing low-quality services that threaten the safety of your health, does not know how to resolve conflict situations and behaves indifferently towards his clients.

This is my second time visiting the salon, I liked the fact that everyone can do it with 4 hands) the first time I needed to quickly get ready for a friend’s wedding, I had a manicure and pedicure done at the same time, which saved a lot of time! The girls did their best! And most importantly, it was not boring to sit through the procedures, the girls were cheerful, professionals in their field. I came for my second time to have my hair dyed and I was delighted with the results. I am a blonde, blondes will understand how important it is for the color to turn out the way you want, in my case - ash gray! She came out satisfied and happy. Now I am a frequent visitor to this salon. Definitely recommend!
