Reasonable prices. Nice service. Not the best food. Tomato was unripe, bread was stale, the burger wasn’t very tasty… sorry!

The best tapas in Malaga!!! I was here the first time 20 years ago. It's still authentic and Spanish. And honestly the best tapas in town. Not a lot of tourists come here, as they don't speak English. They are friendly but some tourists don't get that the Spanish way is not creeping up your bum 😉! Love this place!!!!

The perfect tourist trap. It's location is what draws people here. We had tapas there: Tortitas Bacaloa (essentially cod fritters) were acceptable, if a little greasy. Patata Brava was very mediocre, Bolquerones Limon also greasy but the worst item on the menu was the Grilled Pulpo, it was almost inedible but I was too afraid to say anything. It was like eating chunks of a tractor tyre. I mentioned this to a Malaga resident and he told me that it was probably old frozen stock and that because I was a tourist they served it to me as I would not know any better. Staff were ok, but the floor was very littered with dropped food and serviettes and no one was cleaning up. We used the toilet which is in an old broom cupboard and not well kept. I'm sure they don't care - it's a goldmine.

Delicious food and fantastic service! Fran was friendly, welcoming and clearly great at what he does! I found no truth in the bad reviews. My lunch was perfect!

La Campana on Calle Granada was our first stop on arrival in Malaga. After flight and airport delays we arrived in Malaga after 9 pm , checked in and dropped the luggage . Yes , we were “hangry” … ( hungry + angry ) . Almost outside the door of our accommodation was La Campana ( the Bell ) . The cheerful host got us seated outdoors on a very hot ( 36p°C , scorchio’ ) and extremely busy Wednesday night . Menus in English were produced ( how can they tell ???? ) and our Tinto de Verano ( Red Wine of Summer ) arrived , much better than the tourist Sangria !!! As always we over ordered on TAPAS , about 9 dishes between 3 of us . They were all delicious !!!! La Campana became our last tapas stop before our daily siestas or for our nightly “nightcap” for the road . Yes we’d recommend it and we’re going back !!!

I think this restaurant is not a bad choice to have late lunch. Their menu’s are not spectacularly different compare to others around but I was satisfied with what we had.

This vibe of this place is amazing: looks super local and quite traditional, the selection of tapas is great (especially seafood), and the staff is friendly and very pleasant to interact with. It is quite busy though, you might have to wait for a table but you can stay drinking and eating at the bar until one is available.

Authentic tapas bar, mainly frequented by locals. Reasonable prices, good seafood, worth a visit.

Just popped in for lunch solo. The razor clams are exemplary, I'd go again just for those. Wouldn't recommend for large groups as they mainly have 2 pers tables. I eat mainly seafood so suits me very well!

Very good food and location. The staff was very responsive but in a rush. The only downside was that even though we stayed outside we were not allowed to smoke. The wine options are limited and we didn’t had the chance to taste it before. Overall a nice experience with good food and a bog range of food options.

The organization at this place was not great. Despite many people waiting in line for a table, a family saw an empty table and sat down without waiting, and when I brought it to the attention of the server, the issue was not resolved. When our dishes were served, the server forgot about our order, and we waited for over 15 minutes without anyone bringing the food, so we had to remind them. As for the taste of the dishes, the fried items were delicious, but the boiled prawn tasted extremely poor. It was overly salty with no other flavors.

Rude service - ohr waiter was frowning and literally throwing stuff on our table. The mini burgers we got were two buns filled with a microscopic piece of minced meat. The toilet is in a horrible condition, very dirty and with flies. Yes, it's relatively cheap, but absolutely not worth it.

👍👍 I’m a tourist and this is easily one of the best restaurant I’ve ever seen. It has the culture, the atmosphere, the music, THE FOOD. Gosh, bless them for the food they’re making! It’s unbelievable good. Every inch of this place is different. You could sit down in a very normal room or you just could...

👍👍 The best jamon sandwich I ever had. The sandwich coming with jamon and cheese, and can choose with tomate and olive oil pasta and it’s delicious. Very friendly and service. Very close to the marina, so it’s great for a nice walk after eating. I’m definitely coming back
