Tourists beware! The „offer“ is a joke, as staff tries to skim on the offered menu (Story below)! BE FIRM ON YOUR ORDER! Feels like this outlet tries its best NOT to sell you the offer menu. We wanted to order a Menu for 7€ and pointed to the offer as advertised (Original Agnus burger, Waffle Fries, Heineken Beer). Sounds good so far. Issue 1) Offer menu was not available at the self help counter. We must order from staff. (Not an issue as there were not many people, and staff speaks english). None the less, why?! While ordering, we said we wanted the advertised offer and said NOTHING ELSE. Nonetheless, the staff asked if we wanted fries, not realising the implication of it, I just said yes, as we wanted NO CHANGES to the default offer menu. No question asked from staff regarding drink choice. (Just to clarify the receipt: The receipt indicated cocacola and original fries (?), BUT we didn‘t initiate the change as mentioned earlier! We just said offer menu and that is what the staff put into the system!) Issue 2) After completing the order, Staff gave me a „simple“ coke refill glass and asked me to get the softdrinks myself, instead of the advertised Heineken. I returned the coke glass and insisted on the Beer. Staff complied, but not very happy. Issue 3) When the order arrived, we were given the „normal fries“ instead of the Waffle Fries (Dien‘t get a photo, as I only decided to post a review after eating, and hoping that others be warned). Summary: Burger was ok (Hence 1 extra star). Portion was a little small. Offer exists only and ONLY IF you insist on what is shown! Very low level tricks to save on some cents. Advice to Carl‘s Jr.: Put up an offer and stand up to it! Can‘t turn a profit on the offer? Take it as marketing costs, or not put it up at all! If you put it up, then sell it as it is! Don‘t be a cheapskate franchise!

Food was delicious, Carl’s Jr has one of the best burgers in my opinion, after I’ve tried one at the Panama airport. I’ve ordered a burger and 5 chicken wings. Unfortunately the staff gave me 4 chicken wings and one piece of fried cheese. After telling them that they made a gave me the missing chicken wing, so it wasn’t a big deal:)

never had such a good burger before. really good meat. and superfriendly staff. the 'menu del dia' comes with refill. highly recommendable. for sure, I'll visit again. thanks to all the staff who is working here❤️👍

Hyvä burgeri ja ranskalaisissa oli kuorta vielä jäljellä = täyttä tavaraa! Vähän outoa tietenkin se, että kaikki on niin Amerikkaa ja Californiaa.... Ja olut... Heineken? Olisiko nyt kuitenkin Bud tai Coors...? Nopea palvelu ja tilaukset voi tehdä kosketusnäyttötaululta.. Hyvä, ni ei tarvii änkyttää tiskillä.

The staff weren't particularly attentive, the guy on the counter was less than motivated to be there and we had to ask twice about the dessert that was forgotten. The coffee was lukewarm and the tables weren't looked after.

Bought 2 burgers last night , one for the mrs and one for myself, Chips were cold and my burger was warm, but my partners was very cold she ate it anyway as was hungry, but has been up all night vomiting and stomach cramps 🤦🏻‍♂️

Decent quality, waffle fries with cheese and bacon were good.

Not bad, nor the best. Burgers are somewhat cheaper than one of the best but still not bad cause of sauces
