I visited Hotel la Rose because of its fine location in Julienas, in the prettiest part of Beaujolais. My room was spacious, quiet, and the most comfortable of the 3 week trip. The kindness and professionalism I received was even more important. . 5 stars and I highly recommend La Rose.

This is a quiet wonderful place to stay while visiting Beaujolais. The lodging is very comfortable, welcoming and quiet. The innkeeper is exceptionally friendly and helpful offering places to visit, taste wine and dine. As for the restaurant it is the best in the area. Fine food, well prepared and presented, exceptional service. I could not have enjoyed myself more. Many thanks.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. We arrived around 6:30pm, had time for a swim and shower before a drink on the terrace, followed by dinner in the restaurant. The Meal, the wine and service were all of the highest standard... Really we could not find any fault with our stay..... We will most certainly stay with you again, if we are in the area. I would especially say that the waitresses in the restaurant were not only lovely, but helpful and informative when choosing what to eat and what to drink with our choices. A gem of a hotel in a tiny but beautiful village. Well-designed rooms with quality materials. Fantastic dinner and breakfast options. Truly memorable many months after our visit.

We go to the restaurant every time we are in the area. By far the best restaurant around. Regionally sourced produce, thoughtfully combined ingredients and a friendly atmosphere. We look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful stay at this delightful family run hotel. I cannot thank them enough for the attention to detail and kindness shown to us on this trip. I called ahead to book a room with two beds for myself and my friend, as well to check if we could bring a dog. They said sure, no problem. When we arrived, we were shown to a suite with a private garden for the dog! We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant, where the male half of the couple who run and own this hotel is the chef. All told, for our spacious, lovely, and well equipped suite with a garden, a three course fine dining dinner with wine, and a full breakfast, we paid 100€ each. I will definitely be returning when the weather is warmer to indulge in the pool!

Lovely hotel where the chef and owner will give you great food, great welcome, great breakfast with the perfect croissant and omelette. Spacious rooms and we loved every minute there. Great staff also.

Excellent food, beautiful terrace

A lovely lunch on the terrace. Excellent service and food. Everything was absolutely delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The town itself is also beautiful.
