Great campsite in a great location by the river. Easy walk along the river into Macon in about 30 mins. If you arrive when reception is closed during the day, you simply find a pitch and then go see them when they open. It was nice & quiet when we visited. Only negative for us was the selfish i***t who thought it was okay to fly his boy-toy drone over our pitch, but that’s not the campsite’s fault.

Great site - large but with a quiet feel. Excellent facilities, pool and restaurant on site with - good location for closeness to motorway and local supermarkets. Excellent value for money too - we use this site every year as a one night stop as we travel down through France - highly recommended!

Not a place for bikers, No tables, chairs etc. After a long ride on the bike i would be nice to sit in a chair, an have some kind of table. I dont understand why campsites dint have areas for bikers with these facilities

Nearby events meant loud music for 4 nights but the site was otherwise good with a lot of trees for shade & good facilities

Lovely campsite great little find. Beautiful pool and good size pitches. Outside few local places to eat. If you have bikes huge supermarkets down road. No facilities for shopping on site. Good restaurants with menu of the day. No bar inside which is a little disappointing. Toilets and showers immaculate. Open till 10. Good camping.

This site is really well setup. It has great sized pitches that all have water and power directly available. There are multiple shower blocks that are clean and spacious. Shops are nearby and the site is big enough to give your dog a good walk. Office staff are helpful and access from and to the motorways is easy. Noise from the local club can be a little noisy at the weekend but that shouldn’t put you off too much. Great as a stopover when travelling in either direction, north or south.

I tried to make a reservation for 1 night via the website. There was enough availability. Unfortunately my request was declined, by email the reason: they dont take reservations in July-August, even if I pay upfront. How strange, in middle of the season, how customer friendly..... Also communication about this really poor... Luckily we found a great other camping in Macon :)
