Terrible. Service was the worst I ever encountered. I had to get up and ask the waitress to take our order. Then after a 15 minute wait while the “bartender” had been chitchatting with colleagues I get my “margarita” - warm, in a wine glass with no salt. I had to try to shake it myself to cool it down with the few ice cubes in there. And it tasted like a bad margarita mix. The steaks were dry, over cooked on the verge on burnt, though we asked for medium. They were also so overly salted and peppered that I couldn’t even finish mine. I’ve had good meals at other Buffalo Grills but this was the worst. Plus there were stains all over the booth and in the ceiling. Gross.

The management here have no clue on how to run a restaurant. I’ve been to two other Buffalo Grill restaurants but this franchise is down the drain. Staff is all over the place. Slow, slack, not nice or service minded. Just straight up unorganized from the management to the kitchen. Beef is tough, and probably pre-frozen and might be injected with salt or the kitchen just added tons of salt or some pre made steak spice before grilling it on a griddle that was not cleaned off before grilling the steak. Bad bad bad.

It’s a cosy place with friendly staff. The food is not great but you cannot expect that for that (cheap) price. The fries are very good. Fair deal.

I was at Happy to go to Buffalo Grill Chaintre but was soon unhappy with the service ie s very dirty knife which was changed But the food was cold we ordered Chicken with sauce and chips and it was as good as cold ❄️🥶 When l wanted a drink l had to get a guy to come over while all the rest including cooks where outside having a smoke break .... Never again sorry !!! And please if you reply do not use the auto reply which we as guests get fobbed off with

Lovely restaurant. The place is amazing. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Food is very good. Highly recommend

Some years ago Buffalo Grill was the standard resto when we stopped in France. But the last 2 times (2 different locations) the quality of the entrecote was not good anymore

Burger was quite delicious. As ordered, the meat was medium. Friendly staff. Can't reproduce with previous reviews saying the food is cold or burned. That wasn't the case for me but I guess it depends on the current staff in charge.

Expensive option to eat while you are in one of the hotels. One of the employees just did really stink. Sorry to say that but it ruins any desire for food and makes you think of the cleanliness of it all. The price for a simple hamburger and a potato was extremely high. I would not go here again when I would ever stay in one of those hotels. The ambiance is fine though, but it misses quality.

We had a great evening. Food was good. Waitress very friendly. At the end 21.40 hrs we got the idea we had to go. We were eating our desert and coffee and they already brought us the bill. Restaurant was open till 22.30 hrs. But overall the food was great. Thank you all.

Great place, very well balanced in price and proportions (side dish are unlimited). Maybe the meat is a bit too grilled for the outside which bring some bitterness.

I would leave a zero star if possible Restaurant refused to serve us, would not give us a table in an empty restaurant with staff to spare. We then were refused service for drinks. If you're a Brit that is staying nearby, I would not recommend this place. Try Flunch over the road for honest but basic service

Awful service, smelt like a drain... Asked for glass of wine they bought a bottle... Steak ordered rare, came closer to well done... Just grim...

Unfortunately part of the staff became agressive when we requested why we had no food after waiting 65min and what solutions they were offering. Food and pricing was as expect from a buffalo grill

Dishes themselves are not bad (but the meat is overcooked). In my opinion portions are smaller than they used to be in Buffalo Grill. The service is terrible! We waited for 20 minutes for a waiter to take our order. And then we waited for another 35 minutes for our plates to be served. And when I ordered one more beer, it took another 15 minutes of waiting. Fifteen minutes for just one beer!

Restaurant was empty but we were not allowed next to the window. Average experience in all, but desert was nice
