Fantastic stay! A lovely hotel, with a great and impressive entrance. The hotel is nicely decorated and with a vibrant atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and professional. Rooms are very pleasant and with stylish interior. Really nice bathroom with fantastic shower and great amenities. Beds are super comfortable and with two different types of pillows. We went to the pool on the roof top, where we enjoyed the nice view. Highly recommendable hotel :)

The location of this hotel in the upcoming section of Bordeaux, near the educational center and local transportation is divine. There is a market place right across the way with all kinds of dishes and drinks to try. Great to visit if you are coming from a hot region during summer.

this place tries to pass as citizen m or other modern new boutique hotels but it lacks soul! their employees were polite but looked really sad and sloppy. you can see it’s a big dinousorus chain that tries to pass as a hip hospitality venue. they managed to make it tacky

Have visited the hotel for breakfast. The variety is amazing! You can find different type of yougurts, cheeses, nuts and cereals, fresh juices (!), ham, bread and sweet pastry etc. the stuff was very professional and kind, especially lady at the welcome desk. We enjoyed our time a lot! The hotel are is very beautiful and stylish and the reception stuff was welcoming and nice!

Fascinating property. So unusual and so intriguing ! What a great discovery ! The hotel has so many surprises: smartly furnished, be sure to get up to the top floor to enjoy the bar and the restaurant, not forgetting the pool ! But apart from the impressive architecture of the hotel , the one thing that makes difference - is the staff of course ! Antoine, Johanna and their Navigators’ team make sure you have a blast while staying in Bordeaux !

Well located and helpful staff but the quality of the room does not match the price paid (bathroom door very hard to close, shower door not waterproof, king sized bed actually 2 beds that kept drifting apart, mini fridge not working properly). The swimming pool is a nice addition but quickly crowded. Too many bad reviews on the restaurant to dare try it.

Our stay here was sadly mediocre. Definitely not bad, but not fantastic - our expectations were definitely higher because of the price. Check in was good, very kind staff. This was the same throughout the stay - everyone was really kind :) We arrived in the room. The room itself was nice, but definitely not clean (hairs and stains etc) and also not cleaned properly during our stay entirely. The iron was dangerous... It leaked water on the cord of the plug. We didn't want to use the kettle or glasses in the room because of how dirty everything else was and because of the malfunctioning iron. Calling room service in the evening didn't work. Other things which normal hotels have, such as a minibar or a robe/slippers, were not as available as in other hotels. There was a little fridge (not cold) in our room with two complimentary small water bottles. For other drinks you'd have to go down to the front desk. Robe and slippers are available or request for 5euros per person, but when we went to the front desk to get them, after the pool reopened a day earlier after being unavailable for a couple of days, we were told a robe should be ordered the day before and it'll be delivered to your room... I don't understand why they have to make it so difficult. We were told the robes could not be brought to the room and were instead brought to the pool, where we found them :) Breakfast was mediocre, and the restaurant too. We did not enjoy the rooftop bar, there was a strange smell, I think it came from the pool, kind of moldy, the service was mediocre and the drinks were not special. I expected more! The stay in general was fine, but I think for the price, the standards should definitely be higher. The location was really great, in the trendy neighborhood Bacalan, right next to the Halles and the Cité du Vin. Very easy connection with the tram to the center.

Superb modern hotel easily accessible by tram B. The rooms are well designed and have all that is needed, and the breakfast is held on the rooftop with spectacular views. The swimming pool is also located on the top floor. The staff throughout our stay were genuine and helpful. The only slight criticism is the difficulty in getting a coffee at breakfast and that dressing gowns should be standard. Overall, though, its a definite 5 stars.

The check-in process was smooth at 5pm when we arrived. When I look at other reviews and from what I saw happen at the desk when we were checking out, I would strongly recommend that you don’t count on early check-in. Just plan to check in at 3 and it should be a much nicer experience! Their check-out is at 12 so it makes sense that they are not able to take too many early check-ins, because they need to prep the rooms after the prior guests leave at 12. Overall service was great. Our bath drain wasn’t working and the fridge wasn’t working worker. Both got fixed quickly. The room was very cool which helped with the crazy great wave that was going out at the time of our stay. The location is out of the busy parts of the city so I liked it, quieter, wider roads. The restaurant was great for breakfast but not many options for dinner. No kids menu. I’m lucky that my kids like salmon and fettuccini! The pool on the roof is great! Nice bar, beautiful view. I do think that they need two bar tenders during the busy times. There was a long wait and the poor bar tender was working as fast as he could, the drinks were yummy! Recommend the sangria!

Look no further for a great hotel in Bordeaux What a pleasant hotel. Front desk staff are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, bars, transport, near the wine museum. Good rooftop bar. Good value for money .

Stayed 2 nights here. The hotel has all the amenities that a premium hotel would have. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has an unique facade that resembles a grain silo or a nuclear reactor, which lends to an initial visual discombulation. Also, the location of the hotel is bit off the main path, being located in an austere industrial part of the city undergoing revitalization. Nevertheless, I walked around in the evening and felt safe. There are a number of restaurants nearby.

Extremely clean, modern hotel. Really comfortable beds, great rooftop pool and bar. Very good food in the roof top restaurant at reasonable prices. The location is excellent, right next to a brilliant food hall which offered many options for food and drink. Only two very small negative things really. We had to ask for more coffee on the 2nd day as it hadn’t been topped up during the room clean that day. Also, the breakfast is either a quite expensive buffet, or a croissant downstairs, options in between these would have been appreciated.

Poor check in experience and housekeeping was definitely below standards. We had torn bedsheets . Very helpful bell desk staff.

Excellent hotel in a great location. It's close to the Cite du Vin, a bustling food market and a tram stop. Many of the rooms have a great view of the city and bridge and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I don’t know why this hotel is not five star. It’s beautiful, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the amenities are amazing and the beds are really comfortable. It also has a surprisingly comprehensive gym, better than most hotel. Will definitely come to Bordeaux again just to be able to stay here.

Luxurious hotel with all mod cons but with poor sound insulation in the rooms. Luckily our neighbours were quiet and we had a good sleep.

Excellent experience to stay at this hotel. You can feel peace and harmony once you enter and it will last with you. The staff are wholehearted and professionel. The food and interieur are aesthetically arranged and you wish to stay longer.

Although not in the centre of the city, I couldn't recommend the hotel more. The building is unique and inside it is modern with a luxurious feel. The rooms were spacious, clean and very stylish. They also have a rooftop restaurant and bar with great food and drinks.

Great location, great staff and lovely rooms. The decor felt very freshly done and beds very comfortable. Only issue was I requested foam pillows but had feather which are not great for me. I am sure if I had made a fuss they would have replaced them though, so that’s on me as much as them!

We LOVED this hotel - it’s beautiful, really well designed and well thought out, the staff are lovely, super comfortable beds, chrome cast setup on TV so you can easily stream from your phone, handy to get to the town centre as it’s just a few minutes walk to the tram. The only small downsides - the scrambled eggs at breakfast did not taste good at all and the cooked foods at breakfast should be labelled with allergens. The key card kept breaking so we did have to go to reception multiple times to resolve this. We ordered steak to the room and they cooked it very rare which meant I couldn’t really eat it so it felt like a waste of €40. Despite this, I still give it 5 stars as we had a fabulous stay here.
