Car break-in and theft of all personal belongings in the hotel parking lot. A hotel better avoided. I booked the hotel for two nights and put my vehicle in the parking lot of the hotel All Suites in the underground garage. The next morning I went to my car and found that the passenger window had been smashed and all my personal belongings had been stolen. Everything from suitcase, e-bike, sports equipment and camera equipment was gone. The entire car and the floor full of broken glass. I then went to the hotel reception and reported the incident. The employee didn't even turn his head away from the screen and just said "We don't have surveillance cameras and the parking garage is used by tenants next door.". The hotel had not told me where the police station was until I asked. Otherwise, the hotel had not been interested at all. Neither an apology, refund of the stay, help with cleaning and tidying up the vehicle, inspecting the damage or help with the hotel insurance! No help at all! After my 7 hour stay at the police station, I decided to start the return journey and leave the hotel one night earlier, as the car was no longer protected. Again; no reaction from the hotel. The hotel is located in a rather unsafe neighborhood. Means, at night you better take a cab back! The hotel rooms themselves are not bad, but were with me from the guests from earlier still dirty towels. I would like to say better, but I am simply disappointed by the hotel management as this incident was treated!

It's about 15 minutes walk from Gare Bordeaux St Jean but along the way especially in the nights, you'll encounter some homeless people which can be unnerving. Rooms are ok. Heaters work quick. There are washer (€4) and dryers (€1) for an hour each. There's a little gym and sauna as well. Kitchenete works.

The location is very bad. We had a robbery inside the hotel car parking. Hotel charges for the parking but takes no responsibility for safety of their guests. I just saw now a similar review one week before my stay. The rooms are okay but the service at the hotel can be better. The breakfast at hotel has very less options and all the coffee machines, toaster and egg cooker are defective. Not Worth the money. There are better options!

Inconsiderate management, definitely not recommended. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The management is just inconsiderate and would never recommend this place should you think your travel plan might change for any reason. I couldn’t get my visa in time and requested for a cancellation more than two weeks before my stay date and the management just refused the cancellation three times and were charging me the whole amount (£98). Later they suggested date modification and were charging me about £50 extra for that. Overall, would not recommend this place as they are pretty inconsiderate. Response to comment: Advantageous rate of £98 which was consumed by the property. You are speaking as if you make no business via these portals to have such strict policies where there is no room for circumstances like mine. You provided modifications and were charging me another £50+ for it and when I requested a modification the management cleverly marked it as ‘no show’ thereby consuming my £98. Moreover, the management reported my review to have it reviewed; however, they failed.

Bad accommodation for the price that I’m paying. A hostel is way cleaner, cheaper and welcoming. Check in is at 2pm and we still had to wait an hour to get our room. Our room had no fan and the only way to air out the room is to open the window and use the outside blind that cover the whole room. The pillows are horrible, you can’t sleep on it. Breakfast for $6 euros?! Stale food. You have a bakery down the street that makes fresh pastries, coffee and fresh press orange juice. Very disappointed and will definitely NOT recommend and never coming back to this hotel.

This is very much a value-for-money hotel. It's not gorgeous, but it has everything you need in a quiet private room, with a comfortable bed and kitchen, a medium-sized fridge and microwave. What we liked most was the small fitness gym and sauna. It is dry, clean and of high quality. The water pressure in the shower in the sauna could have been stronger. There were also some problems with the air conditioning and telephone in the rooms but staff were quick to attend to them.

The hotel is near the central train station and just 100metres from the bus stop of no1 bus from the airport. City center is 2 km on foot but there are a few tram stations near. Rooms are big and well equipped,we used to make our breakfast in the room. Free Wi-Fi and a big tv is a plus. Bathroom was big !

This place is, unfortunately, a scam. Despite me having a refundable booking, they have charged my credit card and are refusing to process the refund. I have filed police report against them, I'm working with the CC company to return my money. I've reported the matter to booking.com and we are now exploring how this malpracrising business can be blacklisted on travel aggregator sites.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with an hotel. 1) Room does not match photos on Booking.com; 2) Dirty cutlery, crockery, bathroom accessories, fan; 3) The bed was horrible in a very tight room; 4) Prices displayed outside the hotel are significantly lower than the price paid on Booking.com. The higher price was charged although the reception staff were aware of the lower nightly rate; 5) Located in an awful and noisy neighborhood with people shouting, playing music and banging car doors the entire night which makes it virtually impossible to have a decent night's rest (not in line with Booking.com description, i.e., see the real pictures) Stay away from this place!

Our room was clean and quite big with a nice small kitchen and a clean and modern bathroom. However, the district of the hotel is very very old and run-down. Not at all recommendable for families with little kids and women travelling alone. Also, the organisation of the parking spots is very confusing. They gave us the number of "our" spot but there was another car in our spot. We were told to leave our car in a spot that wasn't even the hotel's. It would be a lot easier if they just let the clients park wherever they want within the hotel's spots.

Overall was a nice place to stay. Unfortunately they tried to charge for a supposed broken stove top after checking out. Luckily my partner recorded a video upon checkout showing proof that the stove top was in an undamaged state. So beware.

No air conditioning, no extra pillows, average small room. At least 11€ breakfast was good. For 100€/night, I'm not coming back.

Good price value spot. The location is prime close walking distance from St. Jean train station where you can be dropped off by public transportation from literally everywhere including the airport. Easy to go from here to anywhere in the city. Hotel itself isn't fancy but great amenities including kitchenette at the rooms.

Loved the apartment hotel. Tram ride away from all the sights of Bordeaux. And restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable room with a good bed. But. The dishes and drinking ware were kinda sparse. The chefs knife was so dull you would need to heat it up to cut butter. But we made do and were able to cook meals in the unit. There is also an on-site laundry facility. And the staff always had a smile and greeting for us as we walked by the desk.

Honestly I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews but gotta say that I had a very pleasant experience there. The room is quite spacious and has a kitchenette. AC was perfect which is indispensable during Summer hot days. Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful.

I was a bit put off by the reviews at the beginning, but I actually found the experience pleasant. The building itself might need better maintenance, though. The room was super clean and had everything I needed. The bed creaked a little bit, but not a big deal. The hotel staff was friendly and there is a gym and sauna available.

I would strongly recommand this hotel if you're staying in Bordeaux. Very friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and close to the railway station and city centre.

Nice place, great location, near (ish) to the train station and the river (both are about a 10 minute walk).

Good location and we were surprised by big modern rooms all with aircon so we described it as having 'good bones'. We had multiple rooms in our group and all needed to be cleaned though, obviously dirty and built up scum in bathrooms and kitchen and the floors make socks black, made for an uncomfortable stay. The bathroom had an old pipe smell too which went away after we cleaned the mould off the shower screen ourselves. Can see this is a consistent theme in reviews but it hasnt been addressed yet. Wouldn't stay again unless this changed. Good luck All Suites!

Very good place, at 10 minutes from the city center. The rooms where clean and had everything we needed. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the bathroom has a shower that works perfectly and inludes soap and towels (which is normal). The temperature stays very good in it, and the heating sistem (in winter) works perfectly. The neighborhood is good and the train station (where you can take the Tram or the long distance trains) is at 5 minutes from the hotel. To improve: The kit to clean the dishes (soap and scourer) is not in the room (you have to ask for it in the reception). You have to pay 10,50€ per night to park the car in their parking, and is located in the next building so you have to carry your baggage a bit, when we went the parking elevator wasn't working (the hotel one worked well), so i consider the price too high. Really recommend to saty there.

Brilliant place to stay in Bordeaux. Very clean, air conditioning, little kitchenette, kettle. Walking distance to the main train station and city centre.

Seriously impressed for the price paid. Well located, immaculately clean, plenty of space in the room, everything you need to cook in your room and stay for some time. Couldn't fault the hotel, especially for the price. Would return without question.

Nice service and that's it for the positives. Dirty room, hair in the shower and on the sink. The mirror is so dirty that you can see it even in the photo. We were at the hotel overnight, accommodation in the second building. So as I noticed the dirt we were already exhausted and we didn't have the strength to go to the other building to the reception. In the morning all I heard was sorry they would check it out. Unfortunately, there is no cleanliness control and a solution that will make the client get compensation for a dirty room. No air conditioning, no curtains or blinds on the window. The price is way too high. I do not recommend.

Very basic efficiency hotel room; apartment style with no daily housekeeping (ok for my short stay). Room was clean, but hallway carpet on 5th floor ('annex' building across from main hotel) was extremely bad with smells, stains and not vacuumed, very dirty. Good location for access to Gare St. Jean and public transit, not many restaurants or stores in the immediate vicinity, but within 20 - 30 minutes walk. Staff were friendly, with some fluent in English.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room being large is the only benefit stay wise. The location is atrocious. I currently write this at 1:58am after three evenings of no sleep because people scream outside the room at all hours of the night. If you want to rest peacefully please stay away from this place.

Acceptable, but I wouldn’t recommend. Particularly if you are a woman travelling alone as the position is not safe in my opinion. It could be only August as I know cities might got less busy and certain areas might be affected, but still. I imagine it can be better if you travel for business. Room was clean, but I would def advise a general “refresh”. Common areas, at least in the secondary building, were not clean at all. I stayed only couple of nights, I wouldn’t spend more and prices are much higher than quality.

Pretty good. Booked the executive studio. Nice big room, massive bed, good shower. Breakfast was alright, though there’s a bakery just down the road. I’d also say the housekeeping was a bit poor, as we ran out of toilet roll and had our towels taken away and only one replaced. But minor annoyances, place was generally comfortable and would stay again. Good location to walk/scooter into town.

A great apartment. A little difficult to find due to road works but staff and apartment were lovely and just a short walk to St Catherine Street

While the room was very nice and spacious, the floor seemed quite dirty still from the previous stay. The staff was very friendly however. Location is pretty good! Not in the heart of the city but close enough that you can do everything by foot.

This is the 2nd time that i've stayed here. I like the location. The room is clean and there is laundry on site. It has a little kitchenette. It wasn't too loud. The water was hot and the pressure was good.
