When
we
first
checked
in
at
this
hotel,
we
were
so
delighted
to
found
a
hotel
with
a
clean,
comfortable
room
and
a
very
welcoming
receptionist
Frederick.
All
was
superb.
My
husband
and
I
needed
to
stay
another
time
in
their
hotel
from
the
11-14Feb
2021.
As
usual
we
were
welcomed
by
Frederick
and
almost
identical
room
was
given
to
us.
All
was
fine
until
the
night
of
13Feb
around
11pm,
someone
came
knocking
at
our
door.
At
first
we
didn't
answer
the
door.
5
mins
later
he
came
back
knocking
and
I
asked
who
he
was.
No
response.
We
saw
by
the
peephole
a
tall,
quite
huge
guy
on
his
early
20's
(I
reckon)
holding
a
phone
pretendinh
to
talk
to
someone
but
we
cant
hear
nobody
on
his
phone.
5mins
later
he
came
knocking
again
for
the
3rd
time!
I
asked
who
is
it
and
again
no
response
from
him.
It's
starting
to
make
me
feel
uncomfortable
but
my
husband
said
don't
worry
we
will
talk
to
the
receptionist
tomorrow
when
we
check
out.
After
a
sleepless
night,
we
got
up
and
packed.
We
arrived
at
the
check
out
counter
we
saw
and
feel
the
receptionist
was
having
a
bad
day
(well
that's
the
feeling
we
are
seeing
from
her
face).
We
told
her
what
happened
that
night
and
suggested
to
check
their
cctv
for
the
security
purposes.
She
said
that
the
cctv
wasn't
working
even
the
one
on
the
reception
area.
Which
I
find
it
really
weird
btw.
Anyway
moving
on
we
left.
30
mins
later
we
remembered
we
left
a
well
packed
fresh
meats
inside
the
hotel
room
and
we
immediately
called
the
hotel
and
spoke
to
the
same
receptionist.
We
asked
if
she
can
help
us
check
our
room
as
those
things
we
left
was
actually
for
my
parents
in
law.
She
simply
said
-
it's
impossible
because
it's
the
cleaners
duty
to
report
to
her.
Now,
i
don't
expect
everyone
to
be
nice,
but
after
what
happend
to
us
which
she
knew
btw,
a
little
bit
of
sympathy
and
costumer
recovery
can
come
a
long
way..
So
we
decided
to
drove
back
to
the
hotel.
We
saw
her
(J)
and
her
female
colleague
(T)
(we
decided
not
to
put
their
names
in
public)
sitting
at
the
front
desk.
My
husband
asked
politely
again
if
they
can
help
us
and
same
response
from
J
that
she
can't
do
anything
and
has
to
wait
for
the
cleaner
to
report
back.
I
asked
if
I
can
come
up
quickly
as
the
room
was
just
probably
2
mins
from
where
we
are
all
standing.
The
only
reason
I
can
think
of
why
she
said
its
not
possible
for
her
to
check
or
for
me
to
come
up
was
because-
for
the
security
reason
which
I
understand
"IF"
somehow
I
felt
that
our
concerned
earlier
was
actually
handled
well
but
not
really,
so
for
some
reason
I
lost
it
(which
its
actually
my
very
first
time
to
make
abit
of
scene
like
that
in
public),
said
almost
same
thing
what
my
husband
said
to
her
and
that's
the
only
time
her
colleague
acted
and
asked
her
to
check
in
the
room
and
in
less
than
5mins
she
came
down
with
our
things
hallelujah!
Imagine
the
time
and
emotions
we
have
to
invest
just
to
get
abit
of
costumer
service
from
them...
We've
been
back
to
bdx
twice
since
the
incident
and
chose
to
stay
somewhere
else.
Its
a
shame
that
they
have
a
great
hotel
rooms
and
a
colleague
that's
doing
his
job
really
well,
but
with
other
staff
member
like
those
ladies
it's
only
a
matter
of
time
that
they'll
lose
another
bunch
of
costumers
in
the
future.
