    The worst online shop ever!The worst client support ever! I'm living a nightmare with this company since febuary, I ordered one tent and one backpack on February 14 some days before my travel on February 21. Before place the order I asked them if the items would be on time before my flight they told me YES, so I placed the order waited and nothing, one day before my flight I was still contacting them and they never gave any accurate answer just saying that was not normal and I will receive. So I left Portugal without my backpack that I spent some money to travel comfortably. And the items arrived at my home 2 days after I left. I was without internet on my phone on the place I was for 19 days, and when I connected my phone on internet I sent a mail asking them for a refund that I will sent the things to them, but they didn't accepted saying that only with 14 days, its funny they didn't keep they word when they said that I will receive before my flight but they keep the word on stupid rules that are only good for them. Once I already had spent a lots of money I I tried to solve the situation in order to have the things on the place I was they told me that I could send back the things and I could only place a new order and they will send to me again, so did and they sent to the country I was, result: I waited for almost 2 months and nothing, I left the country without the things, Apparently DHL lost and nobody know nothing, they place a complaint on DHL( they said that) and they told me again to wait this was in June, and Im still waiting. But now I don't want the things anymore I want my money back because I'm traveling and I could not be caring a uncomfortable bag I need a good backpack to travel thats why I bough one in February. I already opened a case on PayPal and try to have a resolution, they answered once with a very vague answer that I need to wait. But I will turn this in a complaint if they don't decide to give my money back. I can see that they are not responsible because many people here had problems with them. NO I WIL NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY IN THIS SHOP! I'm very regretted with this purchase. Not even one star for this shop.

    i ask the tracking code for few days and the package was arrive in 10 days and not in 4 days. the pants were wrong because i asked a black pant with colored zippers and is arrived another pant. the size was correct. bad shop

    BETRUG/SCAM! Bought a sleeping matress which in the middle of a bike trip stared leaking after 4 weeks of use. Bought a new one at a nearby shop to continue the trip. As i was back home i contacted Stephan again and shipped the defect matress back. He confirmed the defect article was received and sent to manufacturer. After some weeks I followed up and was asked if i had not received a new mattress, which I didn't. Then I also told I dont want a new mattress since I had to buy another to continue my trip and asked for refund. I was told in a couple of weeks the refund would be processed. Nothing after a month. Since then its been months of trying to get my money back. And last conversation i was again told that i would receive a new mattress which i dont want. So Sent the old matress back, paid for shipping and now i dont have neither a matress nor my money.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered climbing shoes and got the wrong size, when I pointed this out they asked me to send them back but they did not provide a return slip, meaning I would have to pay shipping. They refused to send me a return slip or send me the right size of shoes. Customer service appears to barely understand english.

    The seller Sport Stephan aka outdoorworlds.de is a fradulent seller who seems to never send the correct goods. I have the exact same experience as the other buyers in these reviews. On my fisrt order I have recieved incorrect coulour of the pants I have ordered. I have dealt with this and made a new order, since the seller wrote me the correct color is in stock. However, a week has passed since my order, the tracking number was issued and the goods never left the warehouse. Sunds familiar? If not, read the other reviews.. I got my money back with the help of PayPal. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE? YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!

    it took 2 weeks before the goods were send. Got the wrong one. But got a compensation of 5 €, because I kept it. communication was normal und friendly. The product I have ordered had a value of 130€

    Very good service! Before ordering I double checked if item I wanted is really on stock what store confirmed. I paid against their invoice and next day, after they received funds, my item was on the way via DHL.
