Very nice location for big and small wedding. Also great to discover by bike when riding the RS1 way through the Ruhrgebiet. It's close to the Ruhr River.

Well conserved castle. There's a museum inside. If you don't look for it you won't find it.

Tourist destination and event location, if you plan to go there visiting an event buying tickets in advance is recommended, since the place is moderately popular and usually quite busy. Nice park and options to dine or have a drink or coffee, can recommend.

Nice place for a walk and sightseeing in Muhlheim. Surrounded with nice park area, with good vegetarian restaurant near by.

Schloss Broich is a castle built in the ninth century that was renovated multiple times and looks really beautiful and clean today. There are a lot of cultural activities there from medieval markets to folk and gothic festivals. The atmosphere there is always great and you end up meeting a lot of nice and interesting people. There is also a park right next to the castle where you can relax in the summer.

For years in development and that makes it a living restaurantion. Interesting historic significance. Free admission.

I was there during the Medieval Festival and it looks amazing from inside and outside. Nice for a weekend day to spend time around.
