I did 6 treatments and at every appointment I had a different person doing it. There is a lot of variability in the quality of the treatment depending on the person that is doing it, and the time and care that it takes to cover all areas in detail. Sometimes they don’t have the time and rush over the session. This means that I went home multiple times with areas that were not touched at all (and I knew that because the hairs were still there). The treatment is really expensive (I do 2 big areas) and honestly after 6 treatments in which I was treated this way it put me off. Also their ability to work with the clientele is very poor. They don’t seem really to care about their clients, but it’s an important decision that you make about your body and also financially, but they act as if they were doing you a favour. I don’t recommend.
