The bikes go really fast and it is a nice way to see Utrecht from the water. Had a great time and it is absolutely worth the money!

We had such a good time with the four of us! Perfect water tour of Utrecht and on such a lively day. Prepare for lots of waves from people when you pass through the main canal. Very nice way to travel around Utrecht and fun way to spend time. Easy to ride and completely safe from water. Recommend to start as early as possible so there won’t be to much people on water

Worst experience ever. We came 12pm then they told us to come back 13.30pm. We then paid and we were told to walk to another pier 15 minutes away because "our bike and ready and waiting there". When we arrived there there was nothing, no flag, no water bike, nothing. We called their phone number 6 times but nobody picked up. We then had to walk 15 minutes back to where we paid to be told that they dont have Waterbikes because the previous custumers were delayed. Turned out the "ready bike" was just a lie. They then offered a refund but requested us to go to another office "just arround the corner". They wanted us to go there alone but we said they have to escort us. Lucky we did, the office was at least 5 minutes away. City Waterbike: get your act together!

Fun way to see the city and experince the recreational canal culture! The staff helped us promptly and were very kind, ensuring we had water to drink and even took photos of us biking which they later airdropped to us. Thanks for a great time!

The best fun, the trip along the canal was beautiful and peaceful. We went early morning and there was no traffic. The bikes were easy to manage and glided along the water without too much effort. Wish we were in Utrecht longer as I'd love to do it again. Highly recommend 👌

Excellent way to explore the “Utrechtse grachten”! Really friendly people that received us and got us on the bikes. I would definitely recommend this experience.
