I was under the impression that I had bought a Smart TV, but that turned out not to be the case. But it was no problem at all to exchange this (basic TV) for another (Smart TV). I was even allowed to exchange a cable that was already out of the packaging. Class! Patient and professional staff.

Always good help in the store, bought many products, a dishwasher, American refrigerator, TV Lg 65 inches. Sonos installation, washing machine, dryer. All good stuff, but when it comes to warranty they are not at home and they do not keep their appointments, which is a shame! Then take it somewhere else where they will treat you seriously.
