As I understand it, the Diocese wanted to get rid of it some years ago, (typical!), but the parish priest and congregation would not accept this and so kept the Church going themselves, hosting concerts for supplementary income. They deserve great credit for preserving such a jewel. Now administered by the SSPX, it is a heavenly place to visit for traditional and authentic Catholic worship.
