By chance I saw the name of this museum. How funny/coincidental?! that there is a museum with a name that I used as the headline for my biweekly articles in the newspaper “Overvecht”, namely “Zuilen when Zuilen was still Zuilen…”. This was in the 80's/90's if I remember correctly. I had many interviews with Mr. Scharenburg and with many old residents of Zuilen. Also, Mr. Scharenburg provided me with a lot of information about people who could tell me something about the Zuilen district. I will definitely visit the museum at some point; it was great fun to write about this neighborhood and its history.
