I got my lower back injured and went to other TCM few times but not fully recovered. On early of April my right leg started to felt numbness and I can’t control my movement. I went to Kang Le and did acupuncture and massage for the first time. My leg felt much better on second day after first treatment. Therapist said I might need 6 treatments to fully recover. Guess what, my lower back and leg recovered 90% after second treatments! I did 4 treatments in total and I am fully recovered. Highly recommended Kang Le as the therapist is vey professional and friendly!!

Non-Dutch speakers should avoid this clinic. The reception has incredible offensive attitude, I called them to double check my appointment time, the reception girl kept talking to me in Dutch, after I mentioned 3 times that I don’t speak Dutch and asked her nicely that would she like to speak English with me, she yelled “I don’t speak English” and hung up the phone immediately. This is really not how clients deserved to be treated, it’s unacceptable. You could have declined my appointment before I came to Utrecht, cause I wrote the contact form in English and Chinese, or you should at least mention it in your website that you ONLY accept Dutch speakers as your client.

Very kind, I felt they really want to help me. I took acupuncture treatment and massage for a stiff neck. The place is clean and warm. They barely speak English.
