This dental practice is wonderful. Staff is friendly, professional & kind. They were able to schedule me same day for cementing a loose crown without delay. Dentist is skill full, compassionate & caring. She was able to solve my issue without 10 min. Would absolutely go back to this clinic if the need arises.

I don't like the service that was provided to my husband in one hour after the appointment started. They need to do something with timing. People have plans and expect one hour being in the clinic. The problem my husband came with is painful wisdom tooth. The purpose of the visit was clearly formulated. This tooth needs to be removed, but this clinic don't remove even teeth in good position. Why the administor didn't refuse to accept the patient, everyone understands.

I had agonizing pain and someone recommended them to me, They gave me an appointment in the same day, so I traveled from Utrecht to Amsterdam. The staff are amazing and the vibe is just so nice. They take the time to talk to you and make you comfortable. They treat you like a person should treat another, not just a wallet there! Highly recommended.

Don't expect the same quality as your normal dentist, place could us with a bit of more cleaning. Dentist area is so small comparing to the lobby which is a bit strange. Forget about the privacy, part of the wall is simply a glass where you can see other patients being treated. Also during the treatment the back door is open and every member of a staff can simply walk whenever they want. Service requires improvement including the whole dental practice, if you charge the same prices you should also provide same treatment as any other good quality dentist.

This was my first experience with a dentist in the Netherlands and I'm happy to say that it was a good one. I had to wait for some time (45 minutes) due to a mishap in my appointment reservation, but these things happen sometimes. The lady at the front desk was kind and immediately helped me with a new appointment. More importantly, I was very happy with my dentist, Dr Elisabeta/Beth who was very professional, made me feel very comfortable, and patiently explained everything that was happening and that she was doing. It's definitely a place I would come back! :)

Expensive, but very good clinic. Katerina is a great dentist, very thorough. She won't let you off easy, but she is a great professional. Clinic is neat and clean, as you can expect from a dentist. Ladies at the desk are helpful. Service is good, they even call 24 hrs in advance so you don't forget appointments. Most of the times my appointment starts 10-15 minutes late, which is a bit annoying. I always come early in the morning, so I would expect a timely start. Therefore, 4/5 for Dental365, 5/5 for Katerina.

I am Australian and was travelling. I had to go a dentist in Amsterdam after losing most of my tooth and dental365 was recommended. I obtained an appointment quickly and the reception staff were great. I received great care and expert advice from the dentist and she did a great job putting a solid temporary solution in place until I returned home 2 weeks later. This was the best decision. I was impressed with the hygienic procedures, including use of gowns, masks and a spotless environment. My dentist in Australia was pleased with the care given and I now have to have further treatment. Thank you team 🤗

I had an appointment for teeth bleaching. First the doctor said that they actually don’t do it without cleaning before the treatment. They did it anyways. I don’t know why i think they just saw the quick money. The result was really not good. My teeth are in general not yellowish they are already pretty white but still not bleach white. The doctor said it will get more white in few days. Now it’s the 5th day and I can’t see any signs that it is getting more white. I’ll definitely try to get some of my money back or a second treatment for free or whatever but for 300€ I really feel scammed. Can’t recommend! I’ll give you an update here IF they offer me a solution.

They took my wisdom teeth of immediately without stopping inflammation and i got infection, one day later went there again and they saw me and gave anthibiotics. 1 week later they called me to check if everything is OK and invited me to check by dentist again since i still have problems..They arranged the appointment, i was there before meeting and waiting there 1 hour 15 minutes, no explanation and just told to me wait for 15 minutes i every 15 minutes..not recommended..

Top notch experience. I secured an appointment same day. The treatment to restore a massive tooth filling that fell out was excellent, even better than my own dentist practice at home in Canada .

07/09/2022 it was 10:20pm I was in a lot of pain on holiday very stressed . My wisdom tooth was infected and needed to be removed . In London they were telling me I have to wait weeks to get it removed. I didn’t catch her name but she was an amazing woman ( she knew she was amazing aswell :D ) saved me from the worst pain by removing it . All the staff was amazing and helpful . Thank you so much

I had to go last night to the clinic for an emergency treatment after my tooth erupted in pain in the middle of a long flight to Amsterdam as I am coming on a short trip and this worst start to begin your trip with. The hotel arranged this appointment for me.. What an amazing experience and a such a relief...from the welcoming attitude of the kind lady at the reception to Ms. Eureka who is the assistant who did a great job explaining the process to me. Then Dr. Danilo was spot on and was through with explaining the problem to with all available options. The root canal treatment was pain-free and it is probably the best experience I have had. The also sent me a detailed report to be shared with my dentist back home. Thanks to the entire team.

During a leisurely Sunday in Amsterdam, my tooth broke at 13:00. I swiftly scheduled an appointment at 21:20, receiving an SMS confirmation, albeit with a nonfunctional form link. Parking nearby for €4/hour, I underwent a swift and painless procedure where the dentist removed the broken portion of my tooth and applied a filament. I paid around €200 and left before 21:45. Despite needing to follow up twice, I received the promised report the next day. Overall, I'm satisfied with the treatment and rated the experience 5 stars. Was in Amsterdam for a holiday everything was perfect expect one thing, My tooth was hurting and I couldn’t sleep at night..found this dental clinic through google maps and went there for a check up, the staff was very helpful and i was in the doctors room after few minutes, the receptionist was very helpful, the clinic was 100% clean and thanks to Mady the TOOTH FAIRY Dentist removed my tooth like MAGIC ,couldn’t believe she removed it in seconds without even me noticing or felt anything.. My nights felt much better as finally I could sleep and thanks to Mady i kept enjoying the rest of my holiday.. Big Thank You And Thumbs up for all the team..

Great quick service for an emergency broken tooth

After being in extreme pain the dentist saw me same day on a Sunday evening and saved my vacation. Felt immediatily better after. While I had an appointment it was two hours late due to a previous patient with multiple injuries but beggars can't be choosers in an emergency. I do wish the itemized bill could have been presented in English (I now know that google camera will translate a paper). Overall the staff was very professional and courteous and if you need emergency work I highly recommend. The price was reasonable.

I got a same-day appointment, met with very kind staff who explained the procedure in more detail than my own dentist, and so far it looks like the procedure also went very well and I'm (mostly) relieved from the strong pain. I did have to wait a bit when arriving and the dentist was seeing/communicating with multiple patients in parallel, but this is expected for an emergency dentistry in my opinion.

I went to Dental365 tonight after asking for an urgent appointment. The staff was friendly and cooperative, and Mady was understanding and knowledgeable and she explained the work she has done, and the potential repercussions. Definitely my favorite Dentist in the Netherlands, and I will go again and see her next time I need something done! :)

I wouldn’t recommend this place not even if you’re in really high pain and you don’t have other place to go on a Saturday or Sunday. I had infection on my tooth which caused me excruciating pain in just 3 days. I went at Dental 365 in Amsterdam because they we’re free on Sunday. The doctor missed one of the tooth canals when cleaning and after 3 months I got again the infection. She was not working with the microscope, all the work was done fast and didn’t care about the pain I had. I have paid 950 euro. I went after to another dentist who had a microscope and saw one of the canals untreated and infection above it. I had to pay another 750 euro for the new doctor treatment. It’s a shame what happened. Unprofessional and very expensive.

From a dentist pov, it's usually not the most professional to give bad reviews but in such a case, I have to spit the painful truth. My partner went there for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and I can say with full confidence that the doctor there handled the situation very badly, no care nor consideration for the patients fear and situation, was rude and after trying to extract it, roots were broken and left inside, the patient had to stop the doctor after incomprehensible pain and after things ended, the doctor continued being rude not caring about the state the patient after the procedure, came out full of blood and did not even offer something to clean herself with, something that's considered basic procedure in a dental office. Not the service you'd want from a dental professional, surely there's so much to improve and work on.

Good place if you need quick assistance. I was concerned about the TMJ Jaw lock issue while operating on teeth. The medical expert took it into consideration and was very helpful during entire procedure. Had a great experience.

Great place if you are in need of any emergency treatment. I've used them in the past when my regular dentist did a root canal that got infected. I was in a lot of pain and my regular dentist didn't have time to solve the issue within a week so I went to dental365 in Amsterdam and stayed at this place since. The staff is very professional and skilled, they solved the issues I had. I've also used them when a piece of my tooth broke off, and they placed a filling within the same day (and didn't experience pain afterwards). I can highly recommend this dental clinic for regular treatments or emergency treatments.

Had a tooth emergency due to a severe breakage of my tooth. My own dentist had no emergency service, but did pull like a quarter of the tooth out and could only schedule an appointment for further treatment in a month, so kept things very vague regarding how bad the situation was. Basically said I was okay, tho I really wasn’t comfortable with roots exposed and the blood so I called the emergency and luckily got scheduled the same day. Service was very professional and fast. Appreciated second consult as well. Mady cleaned the cavity which my own dentist did not even mention and inserted a robust and deep filling so now I don’t run the risk of infection and have a temp solution until I can put a crown or an implant, meanwhile dropping my dentist for a new one…

After arriving in Amsterdam just a few days prior, I started having extreme pain and swelling due to an impacted and infected wisdom tooth. The team at Dental365 were quick to get me in same day and walked me through the whole process. The dental assistant and dentist were both very nice and compassionate. Being someone who has had awful experiences with dentists in the past the dental team here took all my concerns seriously and took their time to explain what they were doing and what to expect. I really appreciate that the team took me seriously and really did care. Absolutely excellent experience with them and would certainly recommend them for anyone with emergency dental care concerns!

Visiting from Australia and waiting to depart on a river cruise and suddenly a broken tooth. Found an evening appointment for me and then rang to say an earlier time available. Very professional treatment with the verdict required extensive work but could wait to return to Aus. Tidied up the tooth so wouldn’t annoy me. Excellent English spoken.

Especially being an international student traveling away from home, I didn’t expect such care, kindness and compassion from the Dental365. Great dentist highly trained and very good explanation of the treatment and costs. I phoned at 8 pm in serious pain, by 12 pm I had completed the first stage of root canal surgery and was pain free with the correct medication prescribed. If you need quick and highly effective emergency dental surgery I highly recommended dental365.

Dr Mark was great, quick and gave me all information about my current situation and next actions. On the other hand the lady at the desk that day wasn't that helpful, she said someone will call before my next appointment and give me details about my next appointment (procedures & cost wise) that didn't happen .. also i paid without giving me receipt .. i felt like I'm being dismissed from the place !!

I liked the fact that they went into my situation and made an appointment for 21.20 for my daughter. but it was an unpleasant surprise for me that they took us at 22.20. Plus, I paid 113 euros for a tooth pulled out, although many official channels say that children's dentistry is free for Ukrainians (or partially covered). but the doctor is well done, he did everything quickly and efficiently, here he is personally five stars from my daughter and me!

Experience was really good. My 4-years daughter had pain in her teeth. Doctor and staff were really calm and handled her very well while also managing to get the problem identified and fixed. Thank you so much to the entire team of Dental 365 for such a superb experience.

Had a toothache at 8:30pm, called them and was immediately given an appointment at 9:45pm on the same day. It turned out that the only solution was to extract my wisdom tooth. The procedure lasted for almost 1 hour but Dr. Danilo was good as well as his assistant so I felt safe. It’s now the 2nd week since extraction and I didn’t have any complications (thankfully). So, I highly recommend Dental365 for tooth emergencies. They were very accommodating and charge a reasonable rate.

I broke my front tooth and was able to get an appointment the same day (weekend). The assistant was lovely and friendly, speaking to me in english and reassuring me my smile would be good as new. The dentist was very matter of fact and did an excellent reparation of my tooth. I was in and out within 1 hour. The cost is very reasonable too. Highly recommend.

I have a filling that chipped and needed to be reparied quickly. They were great about finding an appointment for me and did an excellent job with the repair! My daughter had an accident. We went to Dental365 for an emergency help. They gave us priority to have the tooth checked and repaired. The nurse was very kind to my daughter. She helped to make my daughter not feel nervous. The dentist was very helpful. He explained what needed to be done and follow-ups in detail. He fixed the problem efficiently. The ladies at reception were also very helpful in the whole process.

Thanks to Dr Maddy for extracting my most difficult wisdom tooth. She has also handled very well my daughters after an accident that resulted in to broken front tooth’s , she made it very comfortable for the little one to feel better and fixed the tooth’s very well. Dr Maddy is very caring and lovely person and above all a great dentist.
