I don't like giving 1 star ratings but I have to say, this was the worst taco restaurant I've been to. Maybe it's how Dutch people like to serve tacos but honestly so far from authentic and without flavour. The tortilla was rubbery and the salad had no life. The server rushed me and I didn't have time to make up my mind. Such a disappointment. It was so busy with locals and tourists at 1800 on a Monday, so obviously they cater for some. But I would rather have eaten somewhere else and not waste my money and precious food. Sorry guys but not for me.

This really is a 5-star place. One of the best burritos I've ever had. You can add many ingredients which all taste delicious. You can also have side plates like nachos with guacamole and another sauce which I didn't know what it was, but it was nice. The costumer service is excellent, you feel welcomed and the staff is very kind.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Everything from the food to the service is amazing. Vegan-friendly as well, with more than one option. Get the homemade iced tea. Come with an empty belly!

bumped into this place by accident but suprisingly good burrito place! you can basically create your own burrito at the counter we had the pulled chicken and beef (they don't skimp on the portions they give A LOT of meat on the burrito) you can also choose as much veggies as you want (but do notice that your burrito will be a bit soggy because of all the water/moist those veggies have) it's not problem but if you like your burritos dry then skip the wet veggies. you can get the special menu for around 15,95 i believe...which gets some fried potato/sweet potatoes + drink + Adobo mayo. I think it's worth it because the amount of food you get is definitely enough to fill you up. I'd recommend this place if you want to grab a quick bite!

Nachos supreme was very good. The nachos especially were very good. Also had grilled chicken and pulled pork tacos - could be more spicy but flavorful (not as much as it looked though, might be better with a spicy sauce). But definitely will get the nachos again

Vegan beef burrito with hot sauce and all vegetables including extra jalapeños. Delicious, with a small hot kick to it.

Been here several times in the past. Visited Babs today again and prices have gone up significantly and the portions are very small nowadays. Service was not good either. I asked for extra nachos and cheese. Paid for it and it was served without the extras. After my remark the lady added the nachos but no cheese. Very disappointed. Babs was really good but not anymore. Paid 14 euros for this...see photo.

By chance we found this burrito restaurant nearby the place we stay. Very delicious: Jamaican jerk and pulled pork are well seasoned with different spices and sauce, BBQ sauce and herb sauce are big plus to the burritos and tacos. Homemade French fries is fresh (and bulky)

Had burrito with chili con carne as the meat. Tasty, fresh and staff speaks English and great service. At 6 pm it was very busy. Lots of students from Maastricht University with big orders at 6 pm. Also take VISA credit cards!

Probably the best burrito in Maastricht. Very good and heavy ! I couldn't finish the homemade fries alone. Very friendly and helping staff ( they speak English Dutch & French )

Love it! The food is so good and the staff are super friendly. The ice tea is so good! But the plates for the burrito bowls aren’t convenient. Everything else is perfect!

Stopped in for a quick burrito. Service was great - staff were fantastic to deal with and more than helpful. Burritos were all fresh and tasty. Great seating area both inside and outside. Highly recommended.

Had a very tasty burrito, well packed and filling. I can also recommend their special fries/chips which are kind a like big sweet potato wedges. Their spice levels are however much tamer tha they sound. There a couple of good vegetarian options.I would definitely eat here again.

Wow! Excellent pulled meats and huge portions of toppings and sauces. A great guy working there let us taste all the meats and sauces before choosing, because my gf is very sensitive to any spicy stuff P.s. Burna boy playlist was great

I love the burritos here but last time I went I got a burrito bowl and the portion was a joke I do not know if they were running out of food but I paid around 14 EUR for mostly a bunch of lettuce, one spoon of rice a little bit of meat and some guacamole. Really outrageous... I had to go somewhere else to eat something else ...

Best burritos ever! You get to choose all the fresh ingredients in your burrito and the sauces are also amazing. Loving going here and getting a nice meal for a nice price. Love it

Delicious food for a fair amount of money. The staff is friendly and they have 2 vegan options on their menu. The restaurant has several places to sit (inside and outside). Definitely the best location for burritos and burrito bowls!

I went there with my friends and siblings after a long Maastricht tour. Going to the restaurant was the best part of the trip. The people there were so friendly, welcoming and helpful in choosing your meal because all the options looked yummy😋. I watched the lady wrap up biggest burrito I have seen in my life like a pro😂. The fries was good and the sauce was even better, I can't describe the taste and Obviously the Burrito was also great. The vibe and interior design of the restaurant is creative. If you are a foreignor take your country's currency along so you get to stick it on the well. It's a place I will always want to visit when I go to Maastricht.

Babs is the best burrito place in town. Not only are the staff and owner friendly and professional, but the food is always of excellent quality. I order from babs multiple times online and they are one of the few places that really package their food in a proper way so it will still arrive warm and intact. The ambience they created in the restaurant itself is nice and they offer something for every taste. I love that you can choose your toppings, even the rice, yourself and really create it to your liking.

Nice Mexican burrito place. I was surprised at how good it was. The quantities are also excellent, and I liked the homemade fries as well. Recommendation: Burrito bowl and homemade fries with guacamole.
