    Not very impressed with the customer service. We went to look for a new sofa and were initially greeted very friendly, but when looking at samples, my 5 year old daughter touched the mouse of a computer placed on a low desk behind us. It had pictures on it and she must have thought it was for customer use. A lady behind the countrr suddenly barked at her "niet aankomen!" And it frightened me as her mother, because even though i agree she shouldnt touch it...to be so angry was a bit akward as we were genuinly interested at buying an item. It made us change our mind...

    Just bad...chairs ordered in October. Unfortunately, a chair was damaged during delivery (December). Subsequent delivery took place 3 months later. Unfortunately in the wrong color. So the chair went back and we are still waiting for delivery today. With a single price of 250 EUR completely out of the question!!! Never again. Hands off!!!

    I received the WALL DECORATION BUDDHA XXL GOLD from my husband and children for my birthday (June 8, 2021). My daughter ordered it in February 2021, (and for the first time!!) I contacted Rofra Homes to ensure that it would be delivered on time for June 8. This was no problem at all, they told her. About 1 month before my birthday (May) my daughter called to be extra sure that it would be delivered on time. And this is where the bullshit starts. There is no answer after calling dozens of times, there is no answer to the emails,..... My daughter then said after 3 weeks that if they did not answer, she would call the ombudsman, and then suddenly she would hear from her. Rofra Homes. Anyway, to make a very long story short, it was not June 8, but June 24. We then drove together to a Rofra store in Roermond, on the day of my birthday, and they could not help us. All they could do was give a phone number. My daughter called and indeed the call was answered the first time. they went to check it out and would call back. A day later she gets a call, and suddenly the delivery is on July 1, only to receive another phone call 15 minutes later that it is the 24th, only to be told again later that it is the 30th of June, and then again. to receive a phone call that it will be the 1st of July after all, only to be told again a day later that it is the 30th of June after all. In any case, as of this writing (June 20, 2021) I still have not received anything due to the fault of this fantastic unprofessional company that ruined my birthday, adding to the guilt of my children and husband, because mom did not receive anything on her birthday. Once and never in my life do we buy something here. And now we just have to wait and see if it will really arrive! UPDATE JULY 6. Hooray it has finally arrived. they would call when they came, but suddenly they were there, so it was lucky that I was home. But they run over one of my rose trees and don't say anything about it, I saw it when they drove away. The Buddha is very beautiful, but when they unpacked it and put it inside, I went to take a closer look and was actually disappointed, because the Buddha's eyes have 2 ugly thick stripes. If you look at the back of this wall accessory, there is mold growing everywhere. I should actually contact them again, but then immediately think>> how is that going to go again<< In any case, I told the 2 men who came to deliver that they can tell their boss that they will never have me as a customer again. shall see.

    Very bad service! The hotline for complaints is the worst I have ever experienced. Even if the things are beautiful, the quality is not worth the money. We bought a sofa and 2 armchairs twice, the armchairs were replaced 3 times and the sofa was delivered defective again and we only replaced some of it because we didn't feel like waiting any longer than 9 months. We were about to hire a lawyer. Thanks, no is all I can say.

    Negative! Ordered months ago then arrived defective, exchange took months again... Joke... Arrived defective again! Emails are only responded to sporadically... Now a complete exchange! Price performance = inadequate! Never again! Beautiful furniture but unfortunately none of it arrived here in good quality!

    Ordering and delivery of the 3.5 meter table all went smoothly. Now, within the 2-year warranty period, a 'complaint/service request' has been made because there is cracking/thickening in the wooden table top where the table leg is attached. In our opinion, the table leg was tightened too hard, causing the wood to crack. We receive the following message in response: "Thank you for your RMA request, we are sorry to see that you are having problems with your table. What we see in the photos is a so-called drought crack, which is often caused by fluctuations in humidity, which can cause these types of solid tables to develop cracks. In principle there is not much that can be done about this. I may send a service technician to visually correct this, but this could always happen again. Since it is a product and material-related property and this problem is probably due to daily use, we do charge a call-out fee for this, the price for the total visit will cost €75." Firstly, you are not going to move a 3.5 meter table, so how can there be a change in the humidity, and secondly, great service that you can pay €75 yourself, even though it falls within the warranty period and the table has €2,915. cost. It's easy to talk down to say that it is natural for wood to tear!!

    After 5 years, the caps under our rofra home chairs were worn out. We had sent an email to rofra home about the procedure we had to follow to order new caps. We immediately received a response the next day that the caps would be sent free of charge. We live in Germany and within a week we had the new correct caps for all 6 chairs including 4 spare caps. And that completely free!!!!!

    Absolute disaster. Confirmed delivery dates will be canceled at short notice. Forever long waiting times. Customer service is just ridiculous. No accommodation in anything. Constantly putting people off with standard phrases.

    Horrible experience. Customer service is a 0. I wanted to ask the lady for the price of a couch that I was interested in, she basically yelled at me. I still waited for her to look up the price. She stood up to pass by me. Yelled at me to move. So I decided to leave, no couch is worth being yelled at by the sales person. Then she started yelling at me when I walked away, asking if I was annoyed. It was a really strange and awful experience. Horrible sales person!

    Never again!!! Ordered 2 pieces of furniture over 3/4 years ago, no longer get any feedback. Telephone is permanently busy. I received several emails with delivery dates that were not met. I received an email from the shipping company with the delivery status, I called them, the carrier told me on the phone that they were not allowed to deliver anything for Rofra. I hope the shop goes bankrupt, but I would like my deposit back of around €2000
