Don't have professional people

It is a proper shop for buying "do it yourself" tools. I found what I wanted to buy. It is Not so expensieve.

Terrible service. Asked for assistance because I couldn’t find what I needed at Hornbach and the answer was “if Hornbach doesn’t have it, we don’t have it”. So Hornbach will now get all my service going forward - Sorry, not sorry

Good attitude from Patrick and another two at least employees when he wasn't there( i made a big isolation order with him),good and discounted prices and general helpful attitude even by helping me carry the whole stuff to the car! I have to mention that this is not something i experience often in the Netherlands,and i m happy for that!
