Well I guess I should have know better than to try and Uber Eats from this location. I ordered a regular fry and got the equivalent of the leftover scraps. I think I would have ended up with more fries with a small fry order from McDonalds. It was possibly the smallest bacon and cheeseburger I have ever gotten from a 5 guys too. Maybe this location is trying to cut cost by giving half the normal amount of food ?

Good patty quality and awesome fries. Great customer service. Kindly explained all the answers about burgers and toppings. Clean atmosphere and spacious store. Parking gets validated on 7th street though the exit for the parking is very tight... as you enter the parking tower, it will directly guide you to the second floor. If you take the stairs down out to the street, turn right and you'll find Five Guys. You can always get peanuts for free while waiting for the order. Many postmates and ubereats pickups come and go. If it's your first time, order cheese burger with "all the way" topping and fries. Fries there is really good.

Food was great, the service was appalling. No one wore their mask correctly, if they even wore one to begin with. Girl at the register was too busy picking at her nails to take my order properly -- and then she was responsible for my burger, which had half the cheese on the wrapper and was missing the sauteed onions. Guy making the fries stood there staring at me, like there was a problem -- every time I looked up thinking he was taking my fries out, he was dead-eye staring at me. For a $20 meal, I'd say go somewhere else, unless you're cool risking COVID.

I have had there mini burger 🍔 it was good but I gotten rotten attitude from the employee I asked for salt and pepper for 🍟 one day lousy attitude from her don't remember her name she was not 🚫 good for a VIP Queen 👑 like myself OMG 😳👎🚫 uncool 😎

Clean restaurant. Fresh food. Good service. The veggie sandwich was actually delicious, and Cajun fries hit the spot. At a time when it feels like a lot of quick Midtown restaurants are dying, old, and dingy, I was actually pleasantly surprised by the service and overall preparation.

We arrived at this "Five Guys" 15 minutes prior to their closing time (when there were no other customers).. The staff was GREAT and took our order and served us a DELICIOUS hot and fresh meal of burgers & fries. We were SO appreciative of their service at such a late hour. They were nice, professional, and VERY accommodating. KUDOS to them!!

Strong with the delivery game. Saw many couriers coming and going while waiting on Lyft to take us home.

Hey man say mannnnn lol. Let’s just say five guys need to be ashamed of themselves with these high small double burgers lol. I paid 34 dollars for 2 double burgers and a large fry (ion think I was supposed to get all them fries geeshhhh thank ya tho lol) . Honestly the food was good made fresh and to order but come on yall the price is ridiculous. But what I can say is I picked up my thoughts when I seen how clean the restaurant actually was so I was like ok I’ll pay cause cleanliness is next to godliness and to see a clean food establishment in Atlanta is a hit and mis so 5 thumbs up for a clean and comfortable place to eat. The staff was friendly and serving so that made me wanna just give them the 34 dollars lol. 7 outta 10 tho 💋

All of them were so great! I didn’t think I could handle all 5 but they don’t go as hard if it’s your first time. I would highly recommend requesting the special sauce.

The milkshake machine makes melted shakes. They were nice enough to make the shake in front of the delivery man and they said the shakes just come out that way. They’re not frozen at all like a milkshake should be which is very disappointing.

Ended up puking up my food cause of spit in my food. 60 percentage through with my burger then discovered this and ended up puking up my food. At least my cold fry's are still ok. I honestly normally love 5 guys but I shouldn't of expected to much. I never experienced then ever before or from any restaurant before. McDonald's does better now.

Very clean place bath was spotless and staff was very attentive to guests and cleaned promptly after each guest.

The service was good, everyone was busy busy as the store had back to back orders. So if u walk in be patient because they work on both phone orders and in person. I appreciate their hustle to get everyone's order out. I always order the burger 1 pattie and hot dog. I do think the hot dog is over prices at 550 with tax for just plain hotdog.

After eating years of five guys, this will be my first time ordering from this location and also my last . The lettuce tomatoes and onions were not fresh .

The milkshake was lukewarm. The girl who gave it to me knew it was warm and didn't care. The message she wanted to send is clear: "Don't order a milkshake". Message received.

My burger was fresh & really good. Customer service could have been way better though.

Food was good, but it was extremely smokey inside. They need to prop their doors open. The bathrooms were filthy. Both the commode and urinal were clogged. For $22 for a burger, fries and drink, I would expect better.

Enjoyed the outdoor seating, disappointed that the fries were skimpy and the peanuts were stale, which has never happened at other any five guys I've been to. Otherwise, the service was faster than expected, and the order was not accurate but close enough to be satisfied.

From the lady at the counter to the clearly very friendly cook environment, it was TOP NOTCH. I don’t get 5 guys often and never had it at this location but it was ridiculously delicious. Service was superb. I see a lot of one stars but I strongly disagree. YUM.

My daughter got food poisoning after eating from five guys on Peachtree St in Atlanta. My daughter contacted poison control and they informed her that it was most definitely food poisoning according to her symptoms. Plz be careful eating at these restaurants worker care only about their paycheck and not the customer service or quality of the food their serving. I haven't been able to contact the store no one answering the phone. My daughter and I look forward to speaking with a representative from five guys corporation asap.

The food was delicious as always but this time the customer service was better. The young man at the service counter was extremely patient and kind. I do not remember his name but I believe he had gold teeth. Young man, you made both my daughter and my day by your conversation with a homeless man. God Bless You!

Apple Pay doesn’t work. Card reader for customers doesn’t work. Cashier automatically applied a 20% tip to my order of cheeseburger, fries, drink, shake. Those 4 items were $36 after he scammed his tip

Ordered on line. Service was slow. It was not that busy. Estimate time was around 8 minutes per website. Got there in 25 minutes. Order still not ready. There is no place to park. Luckily I was a passenger. Get back to the hotel to find my order completely wrong. There was no bacon and it had cheese, (which in I'm allergic to). Called the restaurant and was hung up on 4 times. Now they are closed, I have no dinner and out of money. If it wasn't for the brand, fresh cut, gluten-free french fries, it would have been a zero.
