    I have ordered - a large order ($350) of donuts for our church - for six consecutive Sundays. First of all - the online system does not allow orders of the magnitude we need and the catering menu does not offer the items we require. So - I am forced to place multiple online orders every week to get what I need. I order three days in advance and then, after three weeks of getting the order delivered on time I received a text - one hour before they were to be delivered - telling me that my order could not be filled because they only had half of the order. I spoke with corporate and they asked me to contact the manager, Brian. I spoke with the store manager and gave them another chance. I ordered the same order again for this morning. One hour before my expected delivery I received a text telling me my order was cancelled and I would need to call the store. That was not helpful. I called. The store rep said they had my order ready but their system was down and told me I would need to get back online and re-order so they could schedule a delivery driver. By that time I had no assurance I would get my order placed and delivered on time so I was forced to become my own delivery driver and go to the store - 40 minutes round trip - and pick up my donuts. Krispy Kreme has a great product. However they have forgotten to serve their customers. They have forgotten that their own internal issues and problems should not become their customers problems. Until I am confident that this issue is resolved and I can be sure that the South Cobb - Smyrna Krispy Kreme is willing to go the extra mile to serve their customers I will choose a different donut supplier!

    this location off S.Cobb has some fresh donuts and their drive through is fast. they have you zooming theough that line quick. I use this location when i have a client ordeing decorated donuts added to their cake order. I get a regular glazed dozen then i start my decorating, who doesn't love a yummy Krispy Kreme donut. @pineapplecafecakery

    DO NOT go in the morning. I went to buy 4doz glazed for my students on Exam day. I even waited until they'd been open an hour so they'd have fresh donuts. NOPE everything in the store was a day old. The manager says they won't have fresh until 9am at the earliest. What kind of donut shop sells day old donuts at full price and has nothing fresh to sell in the morning???? My students will be seriously bummed and I'm furious that I went out of my way first thing in the morning to buy day old nasty donuts from the refrigerator!! Worst Krispy Kreme ever. I didn't discover they were stale until I left. The manager was polite and did offer a refund, but he doesn't understand why I care. He thinks day old refrigerated donuts are perfectly fine. So this is normal operations, not just a bad morning.

    Placed order in advance by three days, picked up as schedule, and the order is wrong. Ordered two dozen that included one glazed original and one custom mixed. Upon arrival the glazed dozen were ready but the other dozen was not and while waiting the employee filled the custom dozen and told me the order was accurate & complete. When I returned home I checked my custom dozen and only received 4 out 12 doughnuts that I actually ordered (2 chocolate iced filled and 2 jelly). The store employee at drive-thru without any notice or providing any options substituted more glazed original (even though I already had a dozen), cinnamon sugar (plain), and lemon filled (yuck) vs. cake batter, chocolate glazed, and strawberry iced. So I end up paying for doughnuts I did not order or want. I've already reached out to customer service who said they would review with the store, but I have not heard anything in weeks. The store is unreliable with online orders... sometimes they're ready, sometimes they're not. Sometimes they want you to pickup inside and other times drive-thru only. And many times what you order will not be what you receive. If you arrive early 6 AM-6:30 AM, good luck since they'll open when they feel like it and make you wait until they do. If you pick up in the evening after 9 PM expect the employees to be more concerned closing the store at 10 PM than taking care of their customers. Whether early morning or near closing hours this store regularly keeps as many lights off except the minimum so you can't tell if they are open or closed... easy to notice when you drive by them 2x a day. The store might look deserted and very dark, but they're actually open. Even though Krispy Kreme doughnuts are amazing, I would not recommend this location until service improves and management actually cares about their customers. Maybe if things improve on the next couple trips I'll update this rating in the future.

    Never hot, never ready now. This location is poorly run. They are never staffed properly to open the inside, just the drive through and it’s always slow. It’s the morning folks, that’s when people want donuts, be ready for it.

    We love coming to Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately, their customer service was sub standard. Initially our family placed an order in the drive through for 5 dozen donuts. Due to having a large order, we were asked to come inside. Although this was an inconvenience with a 5 month old in the car, we went inside. After paying, my husband was forced to wait 20 minutes for the order to be completed. During this time, however, we watched customer after customer come in and leave with BOXES of donuts. When we asked the attendant, Natalie, about why we were being overlooked, she was not able to justify why the team had not prepared our order. After 25 minutes we finally received our order, but we left very dissatisfied with the lack of care for the extreme inconvenience to our family.

    The customer service is absolutely horrible at this location. I really don’t understand why certain people to choose to work in these environments with the bad attitudes they have daily. Girl got an attitude just because I asked if they had hot donuts at the moment. She responded our light is off. I said your light is always off. 🤷🏾‍♂️ 3 mins later she asks what my order. I said are the donuts hot. She said yes!! All that just to get a simple yes or no. Ridiculous!!!

    A friend and I stopped here while driving through Atlanta. The place was clean and the donuts were fresh. I got 2 Chocolate Iced, Custard-filled donuts (my fav)! I'll be sure to stop by whenever I'm back in Georgia🍩

    Visited 11/06/23 fresh donuts that is the only good thing I have to say about this place I will never go back. Started off at the speaker the guy taking the order was so rude if he didn't understand what I said he would say what. Then I get up to the window ask the guy to repeat the order he is talking so low I can't hear him and he is talking to the computer. I tell him the man taking orders is rude he starts laughing shuts the window is gone for a few comes back trys to hand me 3 drinks at once then I tell him it's not funny that he was rude to us he said well that ain't got nothing to do with me and was laughing the whole time while being smart about the whole situation. DO YOU NEED SOME NAPKINS WITH THIS IN A SMART ATTITUDE I said no he said well You have a great day then very smart.

    The doughnuts are good, service is a bit slow but they only had 2 employees and the hot sign was on. I got out of the drive thru line, ordered through the app and got my doughnuts faster.

    In the time that I've lived here, I have only been here a couple of times. After the last visit, I probably won't be back. This location is very inconsistent. The customer service and wait times are a hit or miss. As several reviewers have said, it's rare that the donuts are a fresh and hot. The store differs from what the app/online says. For example, online/app will say that the hot and ready sign is fine but it's not. Ordering online is pointless because they don't actually put together your order until you are physically at the store. Also, there seems to be a bit of confusion within the store itself. In the drive-thru, they told me to come inside the store to pick up my online order, but the doors were locked so I had to rejoin the drive-thru line and wait. Finally at the window, I could see that people were scrambling, bumping into each other, not very well organized.

    I’ve been to this Krispy Kreme over six times. Each time I have tried to order an iced or a frozen coffee and each time they have told me that they have shut down the coffee machine. Meanwhile, each time I’ve been has been well before closing time. For example, today I went at 7 o’clock in the afternoon and was going to surprise my daughter with her favorite frozen latte that we can seem to get at every other Krispy Kreme but can’t get it this one due to staff, incompetence and laziness. This place has terrible service is about as bad as McDonald’s and their ice cream machine being broken. I hope the owner knows how much money he is losing out on due to his staff not wanting to work.

    The inside is closed on Sunday mornings :( They kept asking me the total amount of donuts I wanted before taking my order I said I don’t know the total Please take my order

    This location is a complete disaster! My office has visited here numerous times and donuts are always cold. Seem to me they are pre-packaging items and selling cold. Last dozen I purchased were ice cold and hard as a rock. Not recommended.

    They are guaranteed not to have glazed doughnuts during any special times, such as discounts given or freebies. And check your orders b4 leaving! But their doughnuts are the best to me

    Oh my goodness! I love Krispy Kreme so much! I really need to stop going! I am getting addicted to them and I really should have only one a year! My husband loves the Bismarck filled and my daughter loves the birthday cake! I am a chocolate frosted lady myself!

    I am very much upset about this experience here. We arrived at 5:35 and the hot light was supposed to be on and it wasn't. We decided to grab donuts for our kids anyway. Big mistake... the lady at the window was terrible. She had terrible customer service, she handed us the box no napkins or anything. Get down the street open the donuts and these things had to have been made the day before. They were so dry. We drive an additional 15 minutes to a different KK that had the light on and threw these away. Just 15 bucks wasted.

    Oh my goodness, who knew Krispy Kreme donuts were superior to all other donuts?! I had my first Krispy Kreme donut yesterday because they were giving away free donuts to anyone who came in wearing red, white, and blue. It blew my mind as soon as I took a bite. I loved how tender and doughy it was. The flavor was actually there and oh so delicious. I never actually liked Dunkin Donuts or any I had anywhere else to be honest, but I ACTUALLY Liked Krispy Kreme. I will only recommend them from now on. 👌

    The workers been sitting around & the hot light was on. I’ve been in line for 30-45 mins for 12 hot regular glazed donuts. Cheers to the girl supposed to be working, drinking & eating donuts while at work!! And the boy in the corner on he’s phone.! This is just poor. I even seen them mix my fresh donuts with the old donuts they had…..

    Who doesn't love the hot donuts now sign? It's the harbinger of delectable moments to come and that is what they're known for and good at. My praise sadly has to stop there. When it comes to assorted donuts the selection is slim and at least this particular location, the quality and availability of that selection is even worse. Order online or at the window, the problems remain. Order in the morning or evening and supply issues are the same. Today almost two hours after open I was met at the drive through with a speaker blaring in repeat "our store is currently closed please visit another location." When reaching the window I find out yet again that several of my assorted options I ordered are not available. I accepted substitutions, got home, and noticed the increasingly common cave of wonders filled donut. It had plenty of air but was almost devoid of any filling. Upon looking at the rest of my filled options they looked nearly identical. I'm hopeful that this is a training issue and not cost cutting. I'd be willing to pay a little more to have a selection that's actually available and correctly made. For now at least, I'd skip the assorted options at this location. Instead, download the app, and wait on that hot donuts now sign. If you've never had one, I promise it's worth it and it's what made them famous.

    This location is nice looking from the outside, fine on the inside, but internet ordering beware. Not reliable at that. They seem to always run out of apple fritters. However, if you go to Race Trac they will have them. Frustrating! The young man who waited on is was very nice, friendly, etc. He said they are no longer carrying the fritters for the present season.... hmmmm Anyway, the one on 41 is a big leap ahead of this location.
