This is a really nice Starbucks in a cute retail area. Plenty of outdoor seating.

This Starbucks is always busy whether in the drive thru, with online orders, or in store. I usually set aside alot of patience to go to this location. Today's visit was the last straw for me and my final time giving them my business. I decided to take a chance in store and ordered a latte. I waited for over 30 minutes with zero acknowlegement from the staff about the status of my order. My order was clearly lost or not submitted given that other customers who were in line behind me started receiving their drinks. After the long wait I simply asked for a refund. They granted my refund with no issues but what about the amount of time it took away from my morning? Still no acknowledgement and a huge waste of time. Ridiculous. This location suffers from bad management and operations. Why continue to accept the volume and flood of online orders, in store orders and drive thru orders if you do not have the staff or capacity to accomodate. I don't blame the staff....they are friendly enough and just trying to keep up.

I love the staff but they are so overworked. If Starbucks is going to allow Uber orders then they should hire more staff or open an Uber commissary. It's not fair to those of us who want to actually visit the store. I'd recommend that staff here think of organizing for real work rules. Unions are taking off at other stores, and there's no chance a store this busy would be closed. It could only help staff and customers.

Starbucks continues to set the bar high and they didn't disappoint!! Food was great and what I ordered was ready! If they're out of something they will update you unlike many of the fastfood places!

Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks in the country…. I understand busy and probably not being staffed appropriately, but only go when you have ample time. Mobile orders are hit and miss due to the large influx of customers in the morning.

This has got to he the worst starbucks of ALL the starbucks. They open and close at will. You can place an online order and come to pick it up and they are closed. This happens wayyyyy to often. I'm not sure what's going on but it is not look good. When they are open the lines are so backed up. Super slow. So disappointing.

Good location. A bit slow but they get waves of people at times and it's understandable that it takes a bit more time. Some of the employees were really warm and welcoming, others a bit less. The outside patio is huge and nice. And there seems to be a good vibe generally particularly among customers who live in the area.

This Starbucks is tucked into such a great part of town. The line outside was moving slow so I decided to park and go inside. The lady who served me was very welcoming, kind, and quick to fulfill my order. I don’t travel to this part of town often, but it has definitely become my favorite.

I’m sitting in my car right now still waiting to order. I’ve been to Starbucks all across the glob and that are just as busy. I’ve never in my life have had to wait this long in the drive thru before. You would swear that they were making burgers and fries. It’s just drinks for Christ sake !! I can’t imagine if I had to work and was on a lunch break having to wait this long.

This location always has everything together. They are almost never out of alternative milks, like coconut and almond. If you order online, it almost always goes smoothly. If the drive thru line is long, it's still moving fast. The drive thru staff is always super polite, straws, napkins, etc, always stocked. Inside staff attentive and someone is always watching the pick up online orders to assure no confusion or problems. Only once they didn't have my online order ready because a woman with my exact same first name accidentally took my food instead of hers. Even then, it only took a few quick minutes and they had my duplicate order freshly prepared and ready to go!

This might be the busiest location in Atlanta. The staff work very hard and efficiently but the volume is significant. Expect orders to be 10-15 minutes after the app stated pickup time just because of the volume at peak times. I often park in a space and walk-in. It does seem like drive through is a shorter overall time but you balance that by not being able to order ahead as much.

I just encountered the worst experience at this location. My friend and I placed an order with the cashier (Truck) at 12:06pm on Sunday, Feb 26th 12:06pm. My friend received her order two minutes later. I ordered the same thing directly after with Truck (cashier). Other customers came in minutes after me and received their orders. I inquired if the sandwich sitting by the drink area belonged to me? The name on the sandwich was Laura, very odd as I used my app to pay for the order and it was 1 of 2 orders from the order I placed. The cashier was very rude and told me it's taking a long time because they had one person making the sandwiches and did not offer a resolution. My friend complained to the person behind the register making the drinks, he said "he's not in charge of food orders". That's fine, but no one checked to see if the sandwich waiting by the drinks was mine with the wrong name. The cashier left her register and walked over to my friend who was sitting down eating her meal and told her to leave the store very rudely in front of other customers. My friend is a 60 year old woman who also lives in the community. The cashier was mad because my friend complained to her coworker and several customers complained that the cashier is taking a long time with their orders as well. Very embarrassing as I've never experienced this type of service from Starbucks in 20+ years of being a customer. Instead of making a new sandwich for me she offered a refund. She said they ran out of turkey and can no longer make my sandwich. Which was a lie. I looked at my app, I placed the order at 12:06pm...the refund receipt time is 12:24pm. They are extremely slow and lack customer service. Very unprofessional.

This has to be the worst coffee shop in existence, not just Starbucks. If you are ordering from this location, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes, even if just for regular coffee. There is no organization, coordination, or prioritization going on at all. People who order in the cafe, right in front of someone, are waiting 10, 20, 30 minutes for drinks, all while employees are mindlessly banging away mobile orders that haven't even arrived yet. This location, or Starbucks in general, need to learn how a queue works and how to prioritize the customers that are right in front of them. I'd give 0 stars if I could, and I'll never be back.

Order was correct. Service was great. Wait time minimal although there was a long line (drive thru). Definately a recommend!

I love this location. I have been coming here for a decade now. Love the braristas here as well. They have always been friendly and helpful. The remodel during covid has improved the location, making it nicer outside. The only major complaint is for corporate directly and how shameful they abuse this location!! For years now, they have somehow gotten their truck of supplies but are always out of stock for days. Out of straws, sleeves, and seasonal treats. I've even seen them buy basic supplies like white straws to get by, clearly not Starbucks branded. Go to Starbucks nearby in the city, and they have no idea what I'm talking about with shortages, being stock full. It's clearly corporate abusing this location, and that can only leave me to guess exactly why, based on Starbucks news. May the customers coming here realize this and blame corporate leaving this store to struggle, not Karen at the workers doing their best with what corporate is doing to them.

Went there a little while ago and I met the most loveliest team. Andrea was not only delightful but beyond helpful with ordering my drink. Stopping here for my coffee is going to be a regular thing from now on. See ya’ll soon

I only come to this location because I stay in the area.otherwise it’s a no for me! This place is honestly DISGUSTING. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and a busy location. The upkeep and cleanliness should be kept up. Even the bathroom and under the fridge where the sandwiches are stored made me want to vomit. Not to mention the worst parking lot setup ever!

  • 5/5 Bianca S. 9 months ago on Google
I live in the neighborhood & they’re like a family here! I need to start asking their names because I see some of them literally almost everyday and they’re always so kind and pleasant! You can tell they truly weeded out some of the bad apples they had when I first moved here because the entire atmosphere now is just positive and fun! Love coming here daily! 😂

Nightmare for drive thru or parking. I ordered regular coffee on the app to pick up inside and waited too long for it to be prepared. I will avoid this Starbucks in the future.

As with any open business on a holiday, they were quite busy, but they never skipped a beat! The drive-thru and long line inside was knocked out efficiently and with smiles on their faces!

This store stays busy. But even though it's busy the staff is always so nice and helpful. Except this one lady. She's always there and she's so snobby and rude. I believe her name is Chantal. I even see her speaking rudely to her coworkers. Avoid her at all costs.

I stopped by today for the first time, and the service by Mikey was so amazing. I was treated like a royal Queen. Oh what a nice way to almost finish my birth month. There is a nice dining area in the front. I should have asked them about my behavior, but I deliver love and kindness too. It go both ways. Thanks for all you do every day. It’s always been good in each store. Five Stars.

Genuinely the slowest drive thru on the planet and the worst parking lot setup ever so if you decide to bail, well, you can’t. You’re stuck. And you’ll be late for work.

Long slow line in drive thru. You'd think they could speed things up. I think between where you put in your order they should put a kiosk payment system. Pay now. IPhone or Android use your cell. Print out a paid in full receipt. Cash then insert money here change comes out a paid receipt. This pay station 40 feet before the pickup window. Currently the employee in the window has to take orders, take payments and then put the cardboard wrap around the cup hand the Starbucks liquid choice to the i am tired of waiting customer. The employees making the hot or cold beverages can't keep and can't make it right. Forward this idea to Starbucks corporate. Thank you

Extremely busy. Too small for how busy it is. Waited 20 minutes for my drink and they were out of ingredients at 10am. Drive thru customers were bringing back drinks that were wrong. Not enough seating so 20-30 people standing and waiting.

Was drinking my pineapple refresher and a long piece of hair from the drink went into my mouth from the drink. I am all the way grossed out. I spoke to Billy and he seemed to not care... And this is not the first time. Last time they gave me the wrong sandwich. This is so disgusting. And I'm really upset 😡

My mother and I went to this Starbucks just to get a small coffee with sugar. I’ve gotta say that this was not a good experience. We got in the drive through line and waited a good 15 mins before we got to order. Getting to the pay window took another 10 mins. And when we finally got the coffee, there was no sugar to be found. When I was in line waiting I actually went into the store and I saw that some employees were trying to do there job, and there were others that were slacking off. Overall, this might just come down to poor management, but I must say this was not at all a pleasant experience and I lost precious time only to be dissatisfied. Plus there’s no Wi-Fi in when your waiting on line.

My drinks came pretty fast but I stood there and waited 10 minutes for them to take a chocolate chip cookie and put it into a paper bag. The two employees that were running that side of the kitchen we’re standing there talking and laughing instead of doing their work. They didn’t even warm the cookie. When I asked one of the girls at the other end where my cookie was (nicely) she said that it’s being made at another station and it will get here when it’s ready. It was rude and bad customer service because she should’ve checked with that team what was taking so long to put a cookie in a bag.
