Worst service ever !! I ordered two numbers 6 combos with refried beans none of the chalupas or tacos had beans ..went back and told they forgot to put beans so they to food and literally kept the beans on paper and mesh whole food with beans even the bag was wet. Chalupas were un cooked ..

Was short staffed!! Took 20 mins to get food. Food was cold. Took another 15 mins to get food. Had to ask for a cashier because manager stopped taking orders at the front counter to talk on the phone, go in and out the office, and handle food after handling money. Ceiling was leaking severely in 2 places, at the front counter and over the bar table seating area. Front counter was dirty with food. The sauces were not stocked. The drink machine area was messy. The floors were dirty. The young lady working the drive thru window was the best employee there!!!

This Taco Bell location is NO JOKE. The staff is on point with your order, and the food was fresh. The drive-thru attendant, James, had the right customer service skills, with the right touch of southern hospitality to makes you feel welcome. His efforts are applauded; ‘cause the level of service he provided was exceptional. I will continue to drive 6 miles out of my way(W. Midtown) in order to give this particular location my business.

ordered from the kiosk - got 2 chipotle black bean chalupas, 1 cruncwraps with blackbeans, fiesta burittos, and side of creamy jalapeno sauce - 2 chalupas wascold with no chipotle sauce, crunchwrap hardly any blackbeans or nachocheese sauce(very dry), and fiesta blackbean buritto - no guac, no chipotle sauce, just sloppy overall. Had guest walking in complaining of incorrect and missed items in their order. They had staff was not busy just mismanaged. I recommend dont place large order (1 or 2 items) but multiple small orders - makes it easy for staff and ensures quality.

It's been years since I have eaten at Taco Bell so it cane as a surprise when I had the urge to eat there. But there was a Taco Bell. My hubbyvand I both got the number 1: 3 tacos and a drink. We both got a Taco Supreme. They were okay. The sauces were not very hot. The restaurant was clean and we were greeting warmly when we entered.

We came in at 9, an hour before close. We showed up with a party of 20. What was ironic is that over the 50 minutes it took for everyone to get food, we were apologized to for the wait. Why? It's almost close, hardly no one was working, the drive through was packed. I'll tell you why: great service. Thank you for modeling that for us while we waited. It was appreciated more than you could ever know after a full, draining day at Six Flags.

This was a great Taco Bell. Very fast service. They have some of the new menu items (various cheesy burritos) that really exceeded expectations. We're planning to have these again. Oddly we tried Mcd, and Kry just across the road, and one was closed, and the other told us they have a 20 minute break when they can't serve due to shift change. Floored by this message, we crossed the road to Taco Bell, and are glad we did.

They forgot 3 items from our order. Then when we asked them to get it for us it took another 20m. Pretty sure all the staff was on drugs... Edit: 7/29 literally an employee lighting a joint in the parking lot

I go here like once a week. They are always so fast and the food is always so good. Never been inside the building, but atmosphere at the drive thru is pretty good. The people are always so nice and never mess up an order. Never take longer than they should. This taco bell is the best!

Food was fresh. The cinnamon twist was fresh. That made me happy. Person working the drive through didn't seem to like their job or maybe it was greeting customers or people period. Smile more . You'll get further in life that way 😉

Good customer service! Fast service too. Got my Doritos tacos 😋 I'm not even a tocao bell fan but this day, my experience was really good!!!! Go get your Doritos tacos... So worth it!!!!

I like this place, great service, on 1/22/2023 around 330pm the young man served a few of us . He made sure our orders was ok. He was a pleasant worker and provided great customer service.

The service was horrible. The food was the worst hardly any meat in anything that I purchased. Looked like they just threw the food together and completely got my order wrong. Too much money for junk.

Me, my mom and my granny went here late last night because we had been out of town all day we placed our order. When we got to the window we let them know that we wanted to split the payment between two cards The guy who was working the drive-thru went to go get a female coworker who had a very nasty attitude and said in a very nasty and rude way. It can't be split between two cards. It has to be card and cash we were fine with that and we didn't mind paying for it that way but the extra attitude was not necessary Don't go here because the attitude is extremely bad

Visit here for lunch occasionally and I must say the male workers be doing their thing. I believe it is Landen that usually works drove thru and his is awesome. Food be correct with not meat and I love it! Thanks men for doing a great job and getting us in and out for lunch

Usually great food and service, but we have been upset that there are never fountain drinks. There is only hot tea with no ice.... this has been an issue for over a month!

I mean, its Taco Bell. I just wish they would give you more lettuce. ordered 4 crunchy tacos. I asked for sauce, she had already given me some. when I got home I had over 20 packs of mixed hot and mild sauce. and this was after I used about 4 of the packs.

I like that the food is fresh and it was very clean inside. Only four stars bc they need to train their new employees better so that they are more efficient in taking orders.

Service was great, and food wasn't bad but it did not taste like the Taco Bells I'm used to in Nebraska. The meat had a completely different flavor, almost like it was missing some seasonings or something.

I've been coming here for a long time. This is the best Taco Bell in this area! The service is amazing. Their personalities are wonderful! The food is hot, and my orders are Always accurate. The store is clean, the staff & Management look professional and they are food safety & sanitation oriented! This store should be a model for training.
