Alex was my waiter and the food came out fast and delicious. I have had to scale back service expectations lately, but Alex was excellent and got high marks for being aware of our needs before we said anything. Food was good, well made and tasty. Look forward to celebrating here again!

The wait time was ridiculous but my family and I really wanted a steak. When we finally got seated Sebastian turned the wait into the best experience. It was like he knew we was waiting a long time. Drinks and waters were quickly given. We did not wait long for our appetizers. And our dinners were brought out very quickly as well. Sebastian was attentive and took care of all our needs and wants. Trust me if we go back we definitely will be asking for Sebastian.

They messed up my order and My Porterhouse was DRY and overcooked No Red...ordered 2 Porterhouse Steaks and a Rib, which my son was not pleased as well. If the Manager does something..like replace our meals I'll convert this to a 3star.🙄

Order take out for a small graduation celebration dinner. The food as usual was cooked to perfection with appetite quenching taste. Only thing that keeps it from a 5 star experience is the order wasn't correct for the graduate & mom. Never a good thing. However we will try again even though we were only compensated $20 on a $116 order plus a $18 tip.

I had ate here with my parents around 4pm on a Saturday. I had 7 pepper sirloin salad, medium. It was excellent. We all shared an appetizer of fried shrimp.I wish I could remember our server's name because she was fantastic.

Had a great Birthday meal with my Son and all the Family. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was very elegant. Kids had a great time. I was served my loaded Baked Potato at the beginning of the meal, what a great courtesy for my decreased Blood sugar. Server was very efficient and even anticipated our needs. Very enjoyable evening.

Just had lunch, Shawn was our server. Shawn was amazing! Very friendly, very attentive. Definitely would like to request him again in future visits, he has great customer service skills! He deserves a raise y’all! 😃 food was fresh and delicious! Our appetizer was perfect, spinach dip with the pita chips, sometimes they’re a little hard, no biggie today they were soft and so delicious done perfectly! Overall we had a great time dining today, thank you Shawn and the kitchen staff for the incredible food and atmosphere! 😊

Dishes were filling and tasty. We didn’t experience any wait time on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere and staff were welcoming.

I thought I would be enjoying some shrimp tonight, but to my surprise I took a bite of a plastic water bottle cap. It was breaded and fried with the rest of the shrimp. It was a terrible experience although what was worst was the manager charging us for the appetizer chicken wings and drinks.

Won't lie, this place is SO good. Really constant. The steaks are seasoned so perfectly! The service is always great. The team seems to be happy, they're always busy I can't seem them not making money. Strawberry salad and french onion soups are fantastic and they bake their potatoes in salt!

After a nightmare of an experience at a nearby restaurant we decided to stop at this Longhorn. The seating was quick. Our server was phenomenal. And everything we ordered was Hot, Fresh & Quick. The lady manager stayed walking the floor making sure everything was right. I salute this restaurant for getting EVERYTHING RIGHT !

Ate the parmasean crusted chicken , no complaints ,service was good, even sat long after we were done eating and nobody said anything to us about having to leave

My number one go to spot never fails me. Food is always good. The service was good and my drink was made just right as usual. If you want a good steak, salad or appetizers, I suggest you check it out.

The service as always excellent the food super delicious. There was only one small problem with my salad, but it was quickly resolved. super generous manager. This is honestly one of my favorite places to eat meat.

This place never disappoints. The consistency of quality steaks across all locations is less appreciated honestly. The service can sometimes be on a slower side especially for larger parties but that’s common for most places

Ordered a potato soup no bacon bits and a Caesar salad.. simple right? Potatoes in soup were raw there was bacon bits when I said twice I didn’t want any. Wait was 40 minutes long when I ordered ahead of time and of course the soup was cold. ALSO found an ant 🐜 in my salad .. lunch ruined :( Won’t be ordering here again anytime soon.

The only problem that I have with this location is they don't give receipts that show you have paid for your food. Whenever you purchase ANYTHING you are entitled to a proper receipt that shows that you paid along with your method of payment. I asked for a proper receipt and I was told that I couldn't get one because I was cashed out already. I said if you can't give me my receipt then take your food back and give me my money back. She took the food instead of trying to give me a receipt. I followed her into the restaurant to find her lying to her superior. Guess what I got my food and a receipt that showed that I paid for my food! Why was this so hard? This generation smh

Not clean....very sloppy inside with the odor of a musty unclean restaurant. A very poorly managed establishment. The staff seems young, eager and well intended but clearly operating without any leadership. Doing the best they can but rising above barely "good enough" is not a requirement. Food was adequate. The entire experience was underwhelming because new layers of dirt and filth revealed themselves as I looked around. Looking in the bathroom gives us the closest sense of how clean the kitchen is kept, right? My advice overall is...tuck in, zip up, WASH YOUR HANDS, don't touch anything...and keep moving.

To-go orders aren't packed correctly. Additionally, I asked for no feta on my salad. The ticket says no feta but it was put heavily on my salad anyhow.

Loved the waiter. He was very hospitable and I made sure he got a 21% tip. I just was not a fan of the steamed shrimp. It was just too salty. The Cesar salad and bread was good.

I usually don’t leave any review at all for anything, but yesterdays visit exceeded pretty much everything I have ever experienced, when it comes to unfriendly staff. First off: our waitress was the nicest person ever. She was very courtesy oriented. Food came quickly and was good as usually, since we go there for dinner as a family almost every other weekend. What really upset me was the fact that the manager of the restaurant approached us, after we finished our dinner, we already paid and we were about to leave, while my 2 yo was walking up and down the hallway. Apparently there were guests who didn’t like the fact, that my kid was laughing out loud and that it passed by their table. I get that! I understand that there are people out there who just don’t like kids or especially little toddlers who are more energetic, but my child basically just walked by and giggled all the time.These guests were so upset, they asked for the manager who then approached us to let us know, our kid is not supposed to walk by their table anymore and needs to be quiet!! I mean… a 2yo!!! Who just laughed and was excited to already leave the restaurant. I don’t even care about the rudeness of these people, but the manager could have reacted just differently. My real question is: what would this manager do, if there are actually individuals with disabilities, coming to the restaurant, who are in some way „disabled“ and just can’t be „quiet“, because of a disorder. It’s very frustrating, because I understand the manager wanted to please these customers who were so freakin annoyed by my child but on the other hand he upsets us as a family so much that we are not coming back to this restaurant ever. The way this has been handled was not a good choice in my opinion and that’s sad, because we used to like coming here. We always understood the Longhorn chain stands for hospitality and family oriented dining, but apparently it’s not the case here. I would give 5 stars for the waitress, but 0 for the way this situation has been handled by the manager. Very very sad and disappointing!!!!!!!

I went to this location which I have on several occasions but tonight I had a bit of an issue with my to go order. I asked for the manager and Christina was the manager that came to my car. She was very pleasant and rectified the issue with no problem. There is nothing like great customer! She was very interested in me being a happy customer and I appreciate her patience and assistance! Thanks Christina!

I've been going to longhorn like 2 to 4 times a year for the past 6 years or so and every time I've been there I've had a great experience and so was this one but the only thing that I will say was that it took a little bit longer than normal or average to receive the food. I know you're supposed to wait to receive your food when it comes to these kinds of restaurants like 20 to 30 minutes but have you ever waited so long that you actually felt that it's been so long. But thankfully by the time I wanted to say something the food had arrived And this time was also great because my mother speaks Spanish and thankfully the server also spoke Spanish which then helped her even better.

They had dirty plates on the table salad was ok not the best then the steak look good but very tough not going back at all

Awesome food and an amazing waitress. Initially it was a forty-five minute wait but the hosts were able to seat us right away, which we were very grateful. I ordered the grill chicken, baked potato and a fresh salad with numerous refills of Sprite.

Been here a couple of times. The food here it’s great. The service from the stuff its top notch. If you like crispy and spicy, try the shrimps. The stakes are pricy but worth it.

Our server was fantastic! We never had to ask for anything. Drinks were refilled, condiments were provided, service was fast, and the server was superb! My steak was a little overcooked, but not too bad. It was still very good. Overall a great experience!

Came for lunch for Father's Day. They said about a 30 minute wait and it was right about that about of time (which was honestly much shorter than I was expecting it to be!). Our waiter Mike was absolutely GREAT! He kept our drinks filled, and checked in with us often (even through he was super busy). The food came out quickly and was absolutely perfect. My dad said it was the best steak that he's had in a long time. We also had a to-go order, Mike made sure to put it in so that it didn't come out until we had just finished up eating. He went above and beyond to make sure everything needed (and then some) was included with it. The to-go order was still perfectly warm by the time it arrived to it's recipient. All around everything was great and we had a wonderful time.
