I have naver seen before such Worrest behaviour doctor, she never see the scanning reports only Focus on scolding patients, we loss our baby at the stage of baby 9th months 21 days because of Lakshmi Kumar mis-communication, I think she is mad she have some psychological problems need to cancel the hospital liscense for these issues.i have one suggestion for everyone plz think before go to that hospital..I think government hospital is better than that Lakshmi hospitals1000 times, be careful

I don't know why people say bad words about the doctor behavior...the person who scolds is not bad person...she is well experienced and cares about patient's health ...and where can anybody in this corrupted country find a real doctor who really care for patients....I too thought same about her but later I understand that she really wants me and my baby healthy....so stop ✋ hatred Try to ask all doubts you have ...explain your problem clearly

Lakshmi hospital for ladies. One of the hospital in Machilipatnam for womens delivery purpose. But amount for cizerian is little bit hight around 1l . Hospital ambience is good Neatly maintained. But staff behavior is not good. Not respond properly .

I give 1star because the doctor is knowledgeable and experienced. Staff is good, except Prasanthi. We cannot predict when she will be good and when she acts arrogant even without our fault. I think if she is stressed of her work, she shows it on the people around. She is too sarcastic and humiliating person. Coming to weird rules and pain points of this hospital, 1. Only cash payments with exact change for OP. They don't give you change. 2. Every pharmacy bill needs to be verified by the doctor and she will only need to give change even if it is 10/-. 3. At a time, they take only one bill to the doctor for change, even if there are too many patients. 4. If your bill 490/- and you gave 500/- note, doctor should see the bill in between her OP and give 10/- change to the staff for you. Until then, they won't even give medicines to you even if you have urgent work outside. 5. Once they place your file in the order, they won't give it back if you don't want to wait and if you decided to visit later in the evening. 6. For OP fees, they say you will have 10 days to visit again without fee. But if you go even on 9th day, they will take new OP fee. Sometimes they say new OP is because doctor will be prescribing medicines again. Sometimes even they don't know why new OP is being taken. It happened twice to me and when I asked for the logic, then they said no new OP amount is required. 7. Doctor is so arrogant and furious that you can't freely ask your doubts especially during first pregnancy. She always does C-section, no normal delivery at all.
