Title: BLOOD and BED BUGS !!!Unsatisfactory Experience at Seasons: Unhygienic Conditions and Lackluster Service We recently made a reservation for a two-night stay at Seasons, and regrettably, it turned out to be our most disappointing accommodation experience to date. Despite the premium price we paid, the quality of the apartment fell far below expectations, featuring broken items and a lack of attention to detail, exemplified by the provision of old and low-quality complimentary coffee. To our dismay, it became apparent that the sheets in our room had not been changed in quite some time, as we discovered dried blood stains that likely originated from the previous guest's stay. Our awareness of this unhygienic situation only arose after experiencing excessive itching throughout the night. Exhausted from a long day, we retired to bed at 7 p.m., only to be rudely awakened by the discomfort caused by the itching. Promptly at 7 a.m., we approached the manager to express our concerns. While she offered an apology and agreed to change the sheets, her lack of genuine interest in resolving the issue was evident. Dissatisfied with the lackluster response, we had to personally request a refund upon checking out a day early. Surprisingly, despite the considerable amount of time that has passed—two weeks as of the time of writing—we have received no feedback regarding our refund request. In light of these circumstances, we find it necessary to bring attention to the unsatisfactory conditions and substandard service we encountered during our stay at Seasons. It is disheartening to witness such negligence in maintaining cleanliness and a lack of urgency in addressing customer concerns. We hope that this feedback will be taken seriously, prompting improvements to ensure that future guests do not experience similar issues.

The place is beautiful, that goes without saying, but sadly... That's all there is to it. Checking in took a good 30 minutes at reception. There were 3 ladies there, but only one was handling the check ins. I had to search for my room as it wasn't numbered. When we finally made it into the rooms, one of the maintenance staff requested to come in and replace the pillow slips and add towels. Check in is already at 4pm which is pretty late yet we still have to accommodate staff members with housekeeping. There isn't a bar fridge in the room, this is rather odd for a self catering unit. I requested a room with a bar fridge and was told I'd have to pay an additional R650 per night for access to a kitchen, all I needed was a bar fridge. There is no information on the website or anywhere else regarding the additional charge for access to a kitchen/fridge. The least they can have is a bar fridge and a microwave as you're able to order from the restaurant and have your food delivered to your unit. This means you have to eat immediately because if the food goes cold... That's how you're having your meal... Cold! There was no hand sanitizer in the room, no air freshener, some of the switches/lights weren't working. This place was definitely not what I expected, it wasn't bad but I definitely wouldn't go back.

Stayed here a few nights as part of a packaged tour. It was hyped as some sort of luxury villa/golf/spa paradise...right. It isn't, at least not what we saw of it. It does have potential, it just is not living up to it, The staff we interacted with at the Cafe and around the grounds were nice, no issues there. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of monkeys, birds, and deer everywhere you looked. The problems started when we got to our room. The first room we stayed in, at the beginning of our tour, had numerous broken tiles, a mildewed shower, and generally grubby linens. When we came back, different room, same issues: dirty shower, broken towel holder, wobbly toilet, and a loud party that lasted for days next door. I'm not saying it's the worst place I've ever been, but this is definitely not the luxury resort we were sold. Not even close. We seriously overpaid for our stay here, and although you could say that's on the tour company, since they have the same ownership, that cash lined the same pockets in the end. Buyer beware.

Bad Morning. I’m typing this with a heavy heart. In April 2021, We reserved 4 houses at a “so called 4-star hotel. Yesterday, we checked in. Only for us to be assisted by a rude woman named ROSE. She told us that we booked 2 houses. We tried telling her that we booked 4 houses, I even showed her the booking confirmation, she then threw me with a paper and handed me the keys. Because I’m a cooperative person, I just took them and decided to keep quiet. The first house accomodated us youngsters. The second house accomodated elderly women. At around 9pm, we decided to go to the second house and chill for an hour or 2 hours, only for the securities to knock at the BACK sliding door telling us to open it mare we refused. At exactly 11pm, we decided to go back to our house. 12am, we all rested. Kegomoditswe just decided to sleep in the lounge. 01:14, I started hearing loud screams(my sisters were screaming for help) and loud banging in the back sliding door!!! Those intruders(securities) struggled with that sliding for about about 20-30minutes. I then opened my bedroom sliding door when I saw 2 securities and I begged them for help, they pretended to panic, after a second something just told me to lock myself in the room and that I cannot trust these people. My sisters continued screaming, those 2 securities just ran away. 10 minutes later, 4 securities came ai but they just danced outside, acting busy and telling us that we’re making a noise. Those intruders(securities) managed to open that sliding door while the other securities were acting busy outside. They tried opening our bedroom doors, I still don’t know what would’ve happened if they had managed to open those doors bathung. The next thing, those securities want to pull a FAKE act. That’s when I told them that this is an inside job and that they’re the ones who broke in. 10 minutes later, they bring back our belongings well just jackets. Phones and money are gone!!! They told us that they called the police, later I decided to call the police with the help of Kgosi Motheo Mamogale. The police came and we were told that this always happens here. And it only happens to black young women. It’s 11:04 and We’re still in a unsafe house. There was also a second incident. 4 houses away from our house. 6 Girls were held at gun point, they took everything from them. It’s 11:04, those girls are still in their pjamas because their suitcases were taken. And what hurts me the most is the fact that their booking was also changed. Changed housing arrangements led to a break in👌🏼 INSIDE JOB. They knew what they were doing. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM Seasons Golf, Leisure and Spa🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 PLEASE SHARE FOR AWARENESS

Truly disappointed in the place. Beds were made but that was it. The floors were so dirty like it wasnt cleaned in a while, i had to sweep and mop because i have small kids. I felt so uncomfortable because im not sure if the place was even sanitized. For the amount of money we paid you would think the heated pool would be heated, NOPE!!! You will pay an additional R400 Will not be coming back

Venue: Relatively hassle free at the gate, first time guests might get confused and venture into the residential estate instead of the resort. The parking at the chalets have the be one of the worst designs ever; extremely tight driveways with short, stumpy poles that you can't see from the mirrors of your car make it difficult to get in and out of (especially at night). Chalet: The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning etc. but it feels like a chalet that hasn't been maintained in a few years: The Bedroom TV didn't work, the second shower had o be replaced because it was old and broken, lots of the wooden blinds had pieces missing and there was a DB box with live wires that children could easily get into. Not bad but not the greatest. Facilities: None of the pools are heated so we didn't really swim much but it must be great in summer. The pool and slide area, whilst great makes no sense - no food or drinks are allowed in the area but there is nothing to purchase there either, should you get hungry you'll have to leave the area. Restaurant and Shop: The shop, whilst keeping your very bare essentials is a little underwhelming. The restaurant is small, quaint but lacks character. The good: really great coffee, the "Seasons Pasta" is a must try, it's amazing and service is sharp. The bad: A poor selection of beers and for R100+ you don't expect to get a frozen, processed patty when order the cheeseburger (avoid this). Beware of the mob of monkeys that try to attack you if you have a takeaway when leaving. Overall: Whilst many good points, we've constantly had niggles, the restaurant isn't one that you can visit multiple times, the facilities and entertainment is too inflexible and the chalets haven't been maintained over the years. Not our favourite resort in the area. Pity.

Rooms are big enough, the self catering accommodation had no toilet tissue. It was not serviced daily as advertised. There was no iron or bathroom towels. There were no swimming towels. The swimming area is open to the public for day visits. The place is cashless. Don't even think of calling for room service, it's non existent. Parties are held at night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, but in a chalet sleeping 6 we only had 4 towels? We complained about noise levels at 11 at night on two evenings, nothing was done. This noise was coming from the swimming pool and restaurant, is this not resort managed?? So don’t expect them to actually inforce their own rules, hope your a solid deep sleeper.

Absolutely had an amazing time despite the rain. The enjoyed all the spa treatments (aroma hot stone back, neck, and shoulder massage) and the facial was rejuvenating. The massage rooms are beautiful and spacious. The facilities are beautiful and welcoming. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous really enjoyed the view by the lake. Their tranquility hydro pool facilities are amazing beautiful highlight. The food tests amazing I had their vegetarian meal throughly enjoyed it. The only let down was the changing room facilities they aren’t spacious, it gets cramped and uncomfortable. The staff was average I don’t know if that’s the case on not so busy days.

What a horrific experience! We had to sleep without pillow covers for the first night. And somehow our chalet's spare key for the cleaner was lost and we had to wait for her to clean and she never left the key at reception as discussed, then we had to go all over to try to find her. One of the cleaning supervisors was just as useless and could not even help to resolve the problem when I discussed it with her, and the cleaner laughed. The towels we got on the first night were in a horrific condition, brownish with holes in. The rest of the days we practically had to beg the cleaner to please not forget our new towels. I would NOT recommend anyone to go here. It USED to be a nice getaway, we went every year. But there is no maintenance and the most horrible service ever. And the four star rating should definitely be reconsidered. You guys are the easily the worst resort and I truly had the worst experience there.

The chalets are spacious but the bed I slept on has gone past it’s useful life. They should change the bed. Outside garden was not cleaned. The restaurant has a separate menu for inclusive meals but it only has three meals, three desserts and three starters. Network is an issue so bring your own router. The scenery is breath taking. The breakfast buffet is not great. Limited selection of food. The spa is very nice and hydro pool is also a game changer.

The staff are very slow and not focused on customer experience. Their food/catering was below standard for all meals. The only meal that was edible was the braai. The toilets close to the dinning areas were filthy and reporting them to staff didn't make a difference. Maybe if we had taken a self catering option we would have had a better experience. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, however the spa experience though was really great.

Extremely disappointed with this resort overall. While it's a great location for activities around Harties, the units themselves seem to be cheaply and poorly maintained. Also, the noise from other units are terrible. Not sure that this should be advertised as a resort for relaxation as the noise is not attended to as and when requested. Not entirely sure that the people who visit here understand rules and regulations for such areas. Assuming that the target market has now perhaps changed? The first of, and most poor experience I have had in my travels. Certainly not returning or suggesting this resort to others.

The chalets are spacious, nice size bedrooms as well as living area n the kitchen has all the necessary equipments. The patio is nice, enjoyed dining there. Clean? Not entirely, but there's someone who cleans daily. The maintenance guy very efficient and friendly he even gave us his cellphone number to contact him directly should we encounter problems. The pool area is nice. Don't let the sign "no food and drinks allowed" intimidate you. You can bring in your snacks as long as you don't take them to the pools. Beware of the monkeys. The spa. Nice I enjoyed the facial treatment not so sure about the back massage because I was lying on my back, it doesn't make sense for me. As well as the foot massage while lying down, I don't get it. If you choose a voucher which includes food, DO NOT select fish option, the fish was a bad choice. However, the food in the restaurant was nice, I had steak and it was cooked accordingly. In the spa area you get heated pools😊 of which I enjoyed.

I have stayed at Seasons Resort and Spa a few times now. The accommodation is terrible. I have always tried to book a “more premium” room the next time I came, but this time I know for sure I will never return here again. My family booked a luxury 4 bedroom home, that you would think upheld the 4* rating. It does not. The rooms are run down and dirty. We had no electricity for a day because some electrical fault occurred. As a result my entire family had to go to a restaurant and spend more than R1500 on food because we could not prepare our own food. One of the toilets were blocked that made the entire room smell so foul. Housekeeping literally took the dirty floor towel mats and hung them to dry so that we could use those dirty mats as towels. No clean towels were provided in the rooms and all the dirt in the kitchen was not removed for 3 days. When i called and complain I was told I am through to a call center and must Whatsapp my complaint!!! What nonsense is this!! Housekeeping then came 11:45pm to bring us clean towel which were wet!!! This is so disgusting. This place is not 4* and is not worth your money. I am so afraid to know what other shortcuts housekeeping takes if they clearly cant do the basics right. This was my experience in the Luxury home. The premium rooms are 100% worse. Just thinking about the grimy bathrooms makes me sick to my stomach. We will never return to Season Resort and Spa in Harties.

1.Everything is under maintenance or actually required maintenance 2. The restaurant is tiny and heavily overpriced. There is no view and it is extremely underwhelming. 3. You do not get the room you see in the photos! 4. All the photos need to be updated. 5. You have to pay to access the restaurant deck inside the spa to have a view. 6. The spa pools had hair and bugs in it. The rims of the pool were not cleaned. 7. The steam room was under maintenance. 8. The change room for the spa is tiny with no actual change rooms. 9. The showers would not warm up. 10. You are not given slippers or a gown on arrival. 11. Towels are old are hard. 12. For being a ‘hotel’ there is no room service. 13. Clubhouse was closed 14. Putt putt course has a terrible smell Overall there is a lot of maintenance, growth required by this place to even nearly be considered 4 star. Definitely would not go back.

Although a few days before we booked in. We decided to check out the reviews which we normally don't as we have not yet been disappointed by Holiday Club regarding any resort we went to. We were anxious as most of the reviews were very negative. HOWEVER we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and good state of the chalet. The friendly staff their helpfulness from the security at the entrance, thereceptionist to the cleaning members were awesome 👌 👏 👍. We definitely will go again and most certainly recommend Seasons Leisure Golf and Spa to anybody. We are truly grateful for your staff who made us feel at home and their assistance in resolving every concern or query we had. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕 💞 ♥️

Rooms are wearing out but else the kitchen and dining area, lounge area still looks fine . We had one of the big houses, didn't get all the towels we needed, those we did get had wholes, showers leak through to the floor so the bathroom becomes a little damn after a shower. Oh the spa they didn't massage us the full hour. Even though we were there on time they were still organizing the rooms. Wasn't asked about the type of massage I wanted. I was mostly in pain even after I disclosed that I want a less painful massage

Our overall stay was not too bad, however the golf course is severely neglected and we were placed right next to an active construction site. The noise levels were very high until 9:30 pm when my husband had to ask them to stop welding and grinding. The put-put course was very nice and the pools were well kept. The staff was always friendly. We only had 2 wine glasses in an 8-sleeper and we asked for 2 more, but nothing happened. This resort has much potential but it hasn't reached it yet.

Not a bad setting, relaxed environment. For me, the biggest problem is multiple units are occupied by one group and these groups are there for a party and are equipped with the music equipment and have no respect for the other residents. We shared two units with family and friends for a birthday celebration, no music and no complaints to keep quiet. I don't think I would book a stay at this resort again.

The stay was average. Unit service and staff excellent. Just a pity no enforcement is done towards loud music on the premises. After they make you sign a waiver explaining no loud music. Holiday club should remove Seasons from their directory, my personal opinion. If you wanna party and enjoy loud music, ofcourse no rules. Then its for you.

Upon arrival, our appointment was not booked, even though I confirmed it with them, however they resolved the issue profesionally and immediately booked a new session for us. The place is absolutely stunning. There are signs everywhere indicating to keep your voice low, but our whole girl's day was ruined by 3 ladies who were speaking like they had NO volume control and NO ONE from the spa came to silence them. This was truly disappointing and really put me and my friends off from going there again. How can I recommend this place to someone if guests can shout in the indoor pools a d laugh for everyone in the building to hear, but no dicipline is enforced?

I loved everything about this place, really worth the money we spent. The rooms are reasonably sized with their own private outdoor dining area. My only criticism of the room would be that there isn't a microwave in there, so when you ring food in from the restaurant if it's cold then you have to eat it that way. (You guys should look into fixing this) Otherwise It's extremely closely situated to alot of outdoor activities. Animals roam freely around the enclosure. The spa is absolutely breathtaking. The treatments are reasonably priced and well worth the money you spend

The setting and the spa itself is beautiful.... The fullday package is not at all what one would expect... No welcome drinks... Only one meal and one drink.... No dessert.... Other reputable spas charge literally R100 less but a full day is full day... Welcome drinks, breakfast with drinks, lunch with drinks, dessert with drinks... They even have departure drinks... Seasons you can do better for such a beautiful place.

Upon arrival we went to our room there was no fridge,The safe was locked There was no plug for the decoder Only one towel for 2 people. I phoned reception and was told it would be rectified which took about an hour or so. No braai facilities only if one rents all 4 units than one has use of the pool and kitchen. We decided to go out of the resort for breakfast, Lunch and dinner as the prices in the restaurant are ridiculous. both us and our neighbors went out the resort to eat at the local restaurants. When we got back the towels and floors were dirty and worn out. I phoned reception and got no luck so had to drive there to get service. Will we go there again? NOT AGAIN!!! and will not recommend to any friends and family. In comparison to Magalies park and Mount Amansi 2km away this resort gets a big ZERO

We are very upset! Kettle wasn’t clean properly, bubbles came out of it and made our coffee terrible! I’m a breastfeeding mom and vomited that first sip out! (Chemicals or something was inside). Only 3 towels for 8 sleeper. We are not allowed to take food and beverages inside the pool area, but some people are allowed taking holiday bags full of alcohol inside. Some people are left making so much noises, breaking glasses, cars reffing engines, shouting and singing so loud (23:00). The poor animals and other guests! Our children are trying to sleep! No umbrellas for protection of sun… no place to sit in shade with baby. We were so excited to relax this weekend, but we are so disappointed. Some workers are not even wearing masks while you are talking to them. I understand wearing a mask 24/7 is terrible but working with our food/drinks is unacceptable. Rules should apply for everyone!

There is no WiFi in the Chalets so I suggest you take along your home/pocket router if you have one. Take along tea or coffee ingredients as the ones you supplied with won't be enough. Regarding the stove, if you do not know how to operate it: Here are the steps 1. Turn on the stove 2. Choose the stove plate you would like to use 3. Put the pot on stove plate of your choice 4. Press the + or - 5. Hope this really helps 🙏🏻😌

If I could give a zero for the room I would! I'm sorry for the bad rating because the staff is so friendly and helpful but the rest of the experience was terrible! Our unit is in such a bad state! And don't think you will have a nice peaceful weekend because you won't. We wanted to enjoy nature and just relax but clearly this place rather allow people to yell, party and take over! They will never see us again!

I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s has great potential for sure, but it missing a touch of something. The restaurant set for instance is too small, and ended up not having break during my stay becoz I got overwhelmed/ underwhelmed. It was crowded and squashed. The rooms / apartments are beautiful. The nature is stunning, and you see buck roaming around (I loved that). I wouldn’t go back. And there was no wifi set up 🤔.

We enjoyed our family weekend at Seasons. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool and playing putt-putt. They also enjoyed seeing the Nyalas walking around among the chalets. The monkeys were quite entertaining, just be sure to keep doors and windows closed! If it were summer I'm sure the chalets would get a bit hot, seeing that there is no air conditioning. There were not enough extra blankets for all the beds, but lucky for us the nights weren't very cold. We had a nice meal at the restaurant, we did have to wait a while for the food, but we did not mind because it gave us time to catch up with the family. A few things missing in the self-catering chalets might be matches to light the fire, as well as salt and pepper in the kitchen. On Saturday night there was loud music playing until early morning hours. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Great service. Friendliness of the staff was great, particularly those i encountered. Rooms at the villa were nicely bigger, clean and all necessary utensils in the kitchen present. The patio was bigger and the outdoor furniture clean. The place is well maintained, grasses cut and surroundings cleaned. The place is nestled within trees and water fountains or ponds. Their restaurant is reasonably priced and I enjoyed their food. Pool area has a small tuckshop with food priced well. There's also a convenient shop for those essentials that one may need. The place is perfectly located, not too far from restaurants and other attractions.

We were deeply disappointed with the service we received during our recent conference and year-end function at Seasons. While we had high expectations for a seamless and enjoyable event, unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. Accommodation: Air Conditioning Issues: Several of our attendees reported malfunctioning air conditioning in their rooms, which significantly impacted their comfort during their stay. Towel Shortage: A majority of the rooms were without towels, causing inconvenience and discomfort for our guests. Water Cut-off: Upon our return from dinner at 23:00, we were surprised to find that the water had been cut off, leaving us without the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Door Locks: Many doors were not locking properly, posing a security concern for our guests. Mosquito Infestation: The presence of a considerable number of mosquitoes without any repellents made our stay particularly challenging. Conference Facilities: Sound Quality Issues: The sound system in the conference facilities was subpar, with reports of echoing and difficulty hearing presentations. Malfunctioning Speakers: Speakers at the back of the room were not working, further hindering the overall audio experience. Dinner Service: Menu Mix-up: Despite ordering the braai menu for our dinner, we were served a rice and meat buffet without any prior explanation or apology. This unexpected change in the menu was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

We stayed in a self-catering House. The house was great. Clean when we arrived. We had some issues with plugs and the geyser after loadshedding after the first night. They came and sorted the plugs out on the first night so they could work at least. The next day it was still tripping and we had no hot water. They managed to sort it all out and we were all good for the rest of the time there. Other than that the accommodation was good! On the other hand, our experience at the Tanglewood Restaurant was not great. The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was not too busy. It took over 20 minutes to receive our drinks and over an hour to receive our food. Bear in mind that it was a platter, steak and a burger. Only to find towards the end of the platter that the chicken was raw.We let the waitress know, she told the Chef, the chef wanted to make a new portion but by that time everyone was full so it would have gone to waste. There was no effort made by the chef or the manager to come speak to us. I felt bad for the waitress as she was the scapegoat. It would have been more professional if the chef or manager at least came to apologize. Lastly, when I went to look for someone to help us, three members of staff walked past me and did not even bother to ask if they could help. I think the whole structure and service of the restaurant needs to be looked at.

What a lovely place. The place is amazingly beautiful and the staff is amazing too. There’s a receptionist by the name of “Madikana” what a nice gentleman We got lost and wondered all over the place but he made sure to help point us to the right direction. Every room has a balcony, full bathroom and the windows are sound proof The kitchen has everything you need, from cutlery, plates and casseroles. Bedroom has extra blankets and bedding sets The place has a golf estate inside, we took a morning walk and got to see houses and animals around

If I could give this place a zero, I would! What an awful experience this is! Basically from arrival I had to locate my chalet/house where my room is as the instructions I’ve been given were not clear. I had to wait for 20 mins for the lady to meet me where I was to redirect me. Then the room was just awful! With loud kids playing outside, loud music from neighboring hoses. I was moved to another house which I had to attempt to find again. Eventually someone else assisted me in placing me in another room. Now it’s 01:00 am and one of the lights just came on randomly on its own. No one is answering the emergency number. I’m beyond annoyed as I can’t sleep now! What a horrible horrible experience! Never ever book this dump!!!!

I requested take away breakfast, I t was never prepared, when I come back in the evening my room was never cleaned up. Restaurant manager and the lady who was at the reception by the time apologized professionally and offered me a clean executive room. When I thought al is settled, the following afternoon my room was never cleaned again. I had to contact housekeeping manager through a colleague., he resolved the matter. Yet most of staff members need customer care training their conduct is so disappointing.

The service received from reception and spa staff was great. On the first night we had an almost 2 hour wait for our meal at the resraurant. The facilities in the 3bed unit were fair, but need overall improvement and attention. No toiletries were provider except a hand soap, bathing towels were short supplied. No heating in the upper room. The facility does not have great mobile network, without an in unit phone it makes it difficult to contact reception. No in unit directory or restaurant menu.

Spa was great. Could help with summer gowns, the winter ones are too hot for summer. The place is neat, big & tranquil. Cocktails were tasty, food was a lot. When my calamari came in looking weird, they exchanged for a proper one.

Oh wow...enjoyed each and every minute of my stay. The only problem was the noise ... music was too loud. Planning to come back with my girlfriends soon.

Really lovely accommodation, great water park as well with a variety of activities. There are monkeys and buck as well. Expect to fully disconnect because the network is touch and go 😅(unless you use Vodacom).

It's good if you want to built a closer bond with your family or just go out to spend time with them. The chalets are beautiful and the scenery is amazing. Staff is also friendly:)

The place has potential to be amazing. The surroundings are beautiful and waterpark was great. We booked the premier villas with a splash pool which was good but the bathrooms and kitchen needed work. The room was not ready when we arrived . I think an upgrade and better cleaning staff are needed for the place to move from average to great

1.From check in on a Thursday, our room was not ready. Had to wait over an hour. 2.Staff in general are not trained to give clients a great customer experience, very grumpy and unfriendly 3. The spa change room stink like a bad public toilet 4. There's rules about guests not having obstructive noise but no one enforces them because there's constant noise at night from loud music. Drunk guest singing and loud music at 5h30am while we're sleeping.

I had a great time at the lodge. Stayed there for three nights. If I could give 0 star for the spa treatment, I would. I paid R1250 for a couple's treatment which was supposed to be for one hour with complimentary drinks and we received bad service from the therapist and the lady at reception. The treatment was rushed, was done for 40 minutes instead of one hour (Thulisile-therapist). We were supposed to get complimentary drinks but we got non of those. I lodged a complaint with the lady at reception (white lady) and she said her manager would give me a call and then she asked me to leave. I could see that she was just getting rid of me. I've waited for more than 10 days for the call with no luck. I definitely wasted my money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Unless if you want to donate your money.

The place is beautiful, but kitchen window wasn't closing properly & we were scared that the apes would open and take whatever they could get hold of. The fridge wasn't working properly & the bathroom towels are too old.

To whom it may concern, We had booked a midweek stay in the 8 sleeper Chalet SEAF 9, but I would like to express my disappointment in the service my family and I have received from your staff during our stay at your resort. Once we arrived at the unit ton Monday 25 October 2021, we found that, outside on the patio there were only 4 chairs provided at the table that is meant to seat 8 people, we had asked the cleaning lady who had just finished up cleaning the unit where the other chairs were and her response was that the resort is in a shortage of furniture and various items but she will ask someone to bring us the extra chairs, which we only received today Wednesday , and were unable to eat our meals outside as a family together. We also discovered that there were not enough towels provided for each room and asked the cleaning lady to bring us more towels which only arrived late on Tuesday evening limiting us on when we can shower. There were also certain kitchen items such as dessert bowls, glasses and some others were not enough, in some instances there were 4 of each which is not enough for the 8 sleeper unit. The kitchen was not provided with a cloth to wipe down surfaces or a dish cloth to dry some of our dishes with, and we had also asked the cleaning lady twice to bring us cloths which she never brought, since there was not enough crockery and cutlery we needed to wash them in between meals and where not able to dry them. On Monday evening we discovered that the top floor was experiencing a leak and the roof on the patio after some rain fall and reported to the facility manager to which they were meant to come and fix at 12pm the next day and only arrived a few hours later to fix it. On Tuesday 26 October 2021, the operations manager of the Holiday Club met with me and I mentioned all the above issues to him and he also apologized and to me and said that he would talk to your resort management and get us all the items we required, unfortunately some of the items we received very late and others never come. We have experienced your cleaning staff to be very rude and not helpful, there were various items of dishes that were not cleaned properly and also most all the dishes she has done were not dried and put back in the cupboards damp, as she was using one “yellow” Lappie” to wash and dry the dishes with. She had also taken the as- tray and emptied it out onto the pool pump and we has only seen this later when we left to take a walk. I also found that the cleaning lady does not rinse out the mop properly when she mops the floors because there was a damp smell in the unit after she mopped. Today Wednesday, after she was done with the dishes, we opened the bottom cupboard under the sink to take out a pot and found that the silver trays where filled with water, and discovered that the sink is leaking into the cupboard. My daughter called out 2 cleaning ladies walking passed to ask for a cloth to wipe the pots and one of the lady said “Haibo” and flicked her hand as to say she was not going to stop to help us, the other lady, stopped and my daughter asked her for a cloth and she said she would bring one and we still have not received one. We also discovered that the cupboard under the basin, in the bathroom upstairs has a broken shelve and my granddaughter almost hurt herself trying to put her toiletries bag in the cupboard. I am very disappointed in service I have received at Seasons Golf Leisure Spa and quite disgusted in the lack of proper hygiene practices in these COVID 19 times. The standard has really come down and I will not come here again. Regards Disgusted Guest

A lovely place to go with your family, staff was friendly, and scenery was nice. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the greatest, they don’t accommodate you with a few necessities. We didn’t have enough dishwashing liquid (it comes in a tiny bottle), toilet paper, bin packets, etc. and when asked for it, they said they’d bring it but never did. There were no dish cloths and the chalet isn’t cleaned properly in the day. We also had to use the same towels our entire stay. It’s pretty expensive for the service you receive. Also, most of the facilities were under maintenance (such as the water park). Other than that we had a good time as a family.

Great location and beautiful resort with an amazing variety of wildlife. Surprisingly the maintenance was really poor. The Chalet was not clean, specifically the kitchen and garden. The fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were broken and not clean. When you are paying a decent amount of money for a resort that claims to be 4 star you expect the cleanliness and maintenance to be on point.

Bad experience from arrival. Our room wasn't ready. During booking I was given 3pm as check in time but front desk insisted it was 4pm. This after multiple confirmations beforehand for 3pm. The room wasn't properly cleaned - Dirty floor, dusty surfaces, incredibly dirty drinking glasses and dirty towels. Light fixtures and door handles are damaged. The room seemed in general disrepair (Even the tiling wasn't properly completed). It just felt like an unfinished project. Particularly disappointed because we were here before and we had an exceptionally pleasant experience. UNACCEPTABLE!
