One of the only fast food restaurants that I can even eat at anymore. Most of the time it's just fine. Sometimes the buns can be a little stale or the fries taste greasy or like dirty oil or both. But I have to say that the last few times I've eaten at this one it's been okay. It's all about convince.

There is a SUPER rude lady taking our order. My mom told her our order multiple times and she still got it wrong. When we got to the window my mom ask someone else to repeat it & had them fix it the lady that took our order said "she never told me that" yes, multiple times she did. I almost don't want to eat my food because she opened it back up and it makes me think that she spit in it or did something to it. After it is put in the bag it should not be taken out and unwrapped!!! How rude! The only sweet thing was the special needs man at the window who was so kind to us. Thank you!

Nice place. Good food. The staff are a bit too comfortable with other staff, (I heard a little swearing between them in normal conversation. not professional is my opinion) But very nice staff. Christmas music being played too early. Still 3 weeks away from Thanksgiving.

The food was as good as it usually is from any Arby's. The service was spot on. In my experience Arby's is good for that. The only problem was the homeless hanging out in the dining room. The smell was bad.

came here tonight for dinner (drive thru) and had a HORRIBLE experience. The "fresh" roast beef sandwich had hard dark meat on it that i wouldn't even feed my dog, my husband's cheese sticks were cold and the cheese was hard in the middle, my jalapeno poppers that were supposed to be made fresh were cold hard and the cream cheese on the inside was cold. we wont be back again. I shouldn't expect alot from fast food but I'd like to have edible food after spending $40

The shift manager during the lunch hour is the best. Great service and great attitude. She is no longer the norm but the rarity. I will be back just for the service.

My husband went through the drive thru today and the girl who took his order was extremely rude and started yelling at him through the speaker. When he went inside to complain about her attitude, the manager was also rude and condescending. The manager insisted that the customer is not always right, etc. My husband filed a complaint with corporate and they were very kind and apologetic.

Came in and ordered a few items. I’ve never had any issues with this location before but today was different. All of my food that I ordered was cold and stale. I called to speak to someone just to get my items replaced at a later date and was told to hold on to my receipt and the food until I was able to come in and I can get a refund. I find that VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will NOT be returning to this location.

It was ok. I got the new meal that is out. The loaded fries and the spicy sweet chicken sandwich. The fries were dry and there was like 4 chunks of chicken on top.

Love Arby's but has gotten expensive and the "sales" are not as good as they once were. Visit a lot less often due to prices. It's a shame. Love almost everything they offer.

I went last night around 11 at night and I got there 2 cars just was taken before me I get to the speaker they say wait no problem we waited after 7 mins we checked to see if they forgot about us they told us wait again 14 mins go by and the lines starts to build up and they tell me I'm sorry we have 3 massive doordash orders as if I'm suppose to have sympathy for doordash customers all me and my girl wanted was a milkshake they had just waste 15 mins in line for no reason no fast food should have you wait that long and don't even take your order ! I eont know who as the shift leader for 03-30-2023 at 11 at night but there horrible that's not how a business is ran you could've pulled up and made them 2 milkshakes people don't wanna do there job and I won't be coming bck here again until somebody learns how to properly run a business not putting the drive thur on hold because of onlime orders sjort staffedior not ! we shouldn't have to deal with this 2 milkshakes he couldn't make 2 milkshakes cause they had massive doordash gtfoh

This location is the best in the area. The staff is great and always friendly. It seems like they enjoy working here. Good management.

Duane davis was the guy who helped me today and I am taking the time out of my day to tell you guys how cool and friendly this person was. I am a manager at comet burger i have an eye for this stuff. You guys should appreciate an employee like that

Surprised by how delicious the gyro pita was! I went inside to order because drive thru usually doesn't get the order correct but they still gave me wrong sandwich. I ordered corn beef pita and got a Sandwich instead. The Roast beef sandwiches were excellent as usual. If the cashier taking my order could have killed me with her eyes 👀 I would be Dead. I said a prayer for her and kept ordering.

Went through drive through, they did forget my milk, but my order had 9 items and they were busy. Tried the new Bourbon BBQ sliders, the sauce is tasty, not too spicy. I usually get 3-4 sandwiches for a few meals (I work at home.)

A placed an online ordered (4 separate orders) to be picked up at a certain time however was not able to make it there on time and called the store to postpone However they were already in the process of doing so i explained to the manager and he accommodated. When finally arrived my food was made fresh and everything was correct. Just wanted to give a shout out to this location. It's the the only location I go to.

I have went out to eat many times at many different places but this is by far the worst. My sandwich wasn't put together it looked like it was just tossed in the bag. The fries were over cooked and had no flavor. The cheese tasted old. And you were lucky if you found a clean table to eat at. I do not suggest to eat here.
