Everything was very nice the rooms were very clean. Very comfortable beds a nice hot water. You also have a kitchen where you could cook your breakfast lunch for dinner very nice.

Moved to the Extended Stay America 55, it’s the best thing happened in my life for the last month. Everyone is very friendly and nice they helped me out with everything.

I had a friend visiting that stayed here for a couple days and they had a good experience. The lady out the front desk when we checked out was amazing, and I’m so upset I can’t remember her name but she was very friendly and very good at her job. When we checked in the man at the front desk was pleasant, but wasn’t overly helpful when we had questions about amenities like cooking utensils and such. Big down side was they don’t keep enough extended stay amenities for all guests to use, so my friend’s kitchen kit was missing kinda critical things like a spatula and a pan.

The bathroom was not cleaned well, the toilets had smudges on them and the towels had long strands of hair in them which was nasty. The cabinets had smudges on them and when I tried going to get cutlery the front desk person was not there & me and another guest waited 20 minutes trying to find them. I have proof for all of this.

I stayed here for the winter and worked at both of UW Health hospitals. Great location to both, several nearby grocery stores and a gym. The staff was always friendly and great company. They are like family there, and it was so nice for being away from home. If I ever needed anything fixed, maintenance fixed it in a timely manner. The assistant manager, GM and Regional, were really friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very accommodating with cleaning as I worked the night shift. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel has amazing staff! Shauna and Joey at the front desk have went up and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcome. There very helpful and professional and very friendly. I wish more hotels had staff like they do here.

I was really disappointed by this hotel. The towels are thin, there isn’t conditioner provided, and there isn’t plates, silverware, mugs, etc. in the kitchen. I think you can request them. The lobby is tiny and has two chairs in it. The breakfast is oatmeal packets and coffee.

From the moment I arrived the staff was pleasantly helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance guy arrived immediately after I mentioned I had a clogged drain. Im currently looking for an apartment and had to order several items. There was never a fear about holding them at the desk. I would highly recommend this place if you need a layover while relocating.

I have stayed at alot of hotels..i have a bad back an this is tha only hotel i slept on floor cause tha floor makes my back better...so its super clean...but kevin an joey an andy makes this place super comfortable...if every hotel had a kevin an joey an andy apartments would have to compete wit hotels

I am currently staying here and will be here for a month more. I have to say that this has been a great experience from the front desk to the house keeping. Kevin is a great asset to this hotel. Andy the Gm has done a great job at keeping things running smoothly. The only complaint anyone can have here is the muffins taste horrible.. Staff always there to help when and where needed. Kevin is one of the friendliest professional staff willing to do everything in his power to make any wrongs, right and your stay pleasant. His customer service skills are outstanding. I have looked at other Extended stay Americas in other places and all full of roaches and creepers and staff is horrible.. BUT YOU WILL NEVER FIND THAT SORT OF THING IN THIS PARTICULAR EXTENDED STAY. HATS OFF TO KEVIN, ANDY AND ALL THE STAFF FOR PROVIDING A SAFE VERY CLEAN BUG FREE FRIENDLY HOTEL.

As a traveler in healthcare, I stayed here for about 5 months. It was super easy and a nice place to stay! The staff are welcoming and helpful. Andy and Kevin, the managers, are amazing and took care of everything I ever needed during my stay! Highly recommend.

From the housekeeping all the way to the management and all in-between including the front desk people make you feel at home no matter how long you are staying. They treat you as if you are like their family. Always helping and absolutely always polite and courteous to everyone. Always ready to help no matter how small of a task. Being from out of state I do not think I have ever met such fabulous wonderful people before, me and my family could never ask for any better at all, hands down for sure.

Andy, the GM is very professional, polite and helpful. This is by FAR the cleanest ESA I've stayed in, nationwide. The staff is excellent, I feel safe and I'm not hesitant to park my work vehicle here. Even the other guests are friendly and polite, and everyone seems to look out for each other. Hands down, the nicest and cleanest extended stay in the continental US. Thank you Andy and Jennifer for running a truly fantastic and safe hotel. Without a doubt I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I’ve been staying here for a while, and they’ve been nothing but helpful, kind and caring. They have helped me make this a temporary home, and I am extremely greatful and appreciative. They genuinely want to help everyone. It’s safe, comfortable and right near everything! They even answer my questions at 2 am! If you need to stay anywhere, this is the place!! 5 Star Service for veterans and their service dog. They even hand out cookies to my dog. Hilton garden up the street refused my reservation because of service dog reasons. Back yard grill used twice for fresh food was excellent touch. Excellent service. Clean. Quiet. Food and drinks nearby.

I gave this hotel a five based on my experience with the customer service of the staff, professionalism, friendliness and cleanliness, organization of this hotel. Andy and the whole staff from the front door to maintenance and housekeeping at this property was very welcoming and felt like home away from home. This hotel felt safe our room was clean hallways elevator always smelled like bleach, coffee was available in mornings along with other breakfast delicatessens. I can tell daily this team worked hard in maintaining a certain aura of professionalism and cleanliness, maintained it very well.

It's not gonna be the worst place you've ever stayed- it's clean, comfortable and roomy. My handicap accessible room was well set up. However, it might be the worst hotel I've ever been to in terms of entertainment/internet accessibility. The TVs were 1st generation "smart tvs" that didn't have working remotes (the screen would freeze for hours), the internet was as weak as humanly possible, and the power outlets were weak, and absolutely inaccessible to ANYONE, not just handicapped ppl. The food was fine, and the staff.... was okay, really not better than that.

The Manager - Kevin, and the General Manager - Andy, are wonderful! They stop what their doing and help me with any requests. I am a disabled veteran and my accessible room is comfortable and clean. I recently stayed at a motel that costs double and had negative experiences there but Extended Stay - Madison - Junction Court has been great.
