Chick-fil-A is another poor excuse for an overly expensive fast food franchise. The chicken wrap is a pathetic portion for $9 and the ingredients are unhealthy. Look at the label for the dressing (for those that are healthy conscious and give a $@&# about they put in their body). (I had to ask for tomatoes and pickles which were quite scanty in portion). Just look at the portion and label! 👀 Also please note the rather pathetic distortion of the English language that caters to heightened illiteracy in an attempt at cutesie, idiotic marketing humor found on the paper tray inserts! "PLZ HELP THA HURD"? The good ole USA has one of the absolutely poorest education systems on the planet, considering it's financial resources which are endlessly squandered. The "Avocado Lime" dressing packet has 310 calories in it! It has nearly half of the daily allowance of total fat! It's ingredients include Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate and Calcium Disodium EDTA! Why? (Look these ingredients up)!! Why not use Newman's Own dressing options which are healthier, more natural and just better tasting! Go to Jersey Mike's for a sandwich, or even Subway. You can get the veggies you want and have greater ingredient control. It should be called "Chick-fil-F" and the "F" is for FAIL!! No wonder we have the most obese nation in the world! By far!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!! Start genuinely caring for yourselves, you'll feel much better!! 😁

Always great food. We've had a couple visits where we thought we ordered more than what we received when going through the drive up order, but have never been charged for item not received. I must need to stop mumbling my orders. Haha

First ordering the COBB SALAD. It was very good. Everything was fresh and delicious. I removed the hard boiled yolk to lower cholesterol. This new diet is pretty tasty.

Usually great. Not today. I ordered a coffee, among other things, and they never brought it out to the curb side. Like 20min went by so I ordered another one. Got that one but they didn’t bring anything to stir the coffee with. Also, usually they put the sweeteners in. I’m moving so I didn’t have any spoons or utensils. I went in and they offer a refund or something else for the first coffee I never got. So that problem was resolved. Once I left and was on the road, I’m about to eat my chicken sandwich, which I ordered with double pickles, and it didn’t have any. I left 4 stars cause they resolved the first problem and I’m sure they’d have resolved the other one.

1st time I've ever been there. I was very impressed. From my seat inside I could see the drive through, both lanes were backed up all the way to the road. There were 4 employees going from windownto window taking orders & payment so by time they got to window their food was ready for them to grab and go. The lines moved quickly. Inside, they gave us a # so we could go sit down. Within minutes our food was brought to us and it was hot and fresh. While eating an employee came by and offered to refill our sodas and another employee stopped by to ask if everything was OK with our meals. I have never had or seen such great service at a fast food place in my life!! The food tasted great as well!! Will definitely go back again!! Keep up the excellent customer service, Chick-fil-A!!

Went there for lunch. Ordered for take-out. It was very busy, as expected. Parking lot is small and difficult to move around in, especially when the line for the drive-thru is super long. Spicy chick sandwich was good, as usual but they gave me the wrong drink, but they were so busy I just took what they gave me (regular coke instead of coke zero)

Who doesn’t love Chick-fil-a?!?! This is one of the best branches I’ve been too. Everything is fresh and hot with friendly, helpful service! Keep up the great work guys! We’ll be back soon!

Great Chick-fil-a! The team is friendly and orders are accurate and quick! My family loves going to this location and in my experience Madison West is one of the best run stores in the country.

Super friendly cashiers, super fast food service. I loved that the high chair came with a disposable placemat for the kiddos. Mine is in the wants to put everything in their mouth stage so this was great! The food was delicious. They forgot to bring out the kids apple juice at first but promptly got it when asked.

By far, the best customer service!! My son and I stopped for dinner after D&B, we live an hour away from this location and it did not disappoint! The lovely cashier was so sweet and kind. The chicken hit the spot, and the shakes for our hour ride home were literally the cherry on top!

This was one of the best casual dining experiences in Madison by far. The staff was welcoming, helpful and professional. The store was very clean and wiped down after every guest. Fresh tasty Spicy Southwest salad and various chicken options.

Do we really even need to do this for the freaking beloved Chick-fil-A ❤️?!? I love this place, the food is always so good, it's fast, and employees are numerous, helpful and very polite. Prices are really not bad when you compare what you get and the prices of other competitors. I love their lemonade and all their sauces. Even got a salad one day and it was huge and so good. A staple for us, except on Sundays, but that makes it so much better when you do get it. Have yet to try their breakfast though, hmm.....

I just grabbed the free Veterans day Sammy. Just pickles on the bottom and a couple of side sauces. There wasn't any veggies on it other than the pickles so I guess that's what it is. The chicken was tender I just didn't find the exterior coating SO delicious and exceptional. The bun and chicken were soft generally and satisfying.

Had a chicken sandwich meal with a peppermint shake. The manager took our order and was really nice. She said as first time customers she would give us a free cookie. My sandwich was very tasty as I had pickles and mayo on it. The fries are nothing special and I had trouble opening the ketchup packet. My shake was everything they advertised with bits of peppermint candy in it. The straw doesn't hold up to the thickness of the shake and collapses when used.

A well run Chick-fil-A restaurant. Flawless in every aspect. Spotless, spacious, and their personal service made us feel we were at a high class restaurant rather than at a fast food place. We really enjoyed our delicious food and wonderful dining experience.

Thank you for having GREAT employees Chick-fil-A! It's a very busy place, but the service is speedy and done with a smile. There delivery driver even helped me push my car one night, because it had stalled at a stop light. He was such an angel. He didn't have to help but he seen I was in trouble and took action.

This place runs like a well oiled machine!! Ever time I have been here my order is correct, the food is good, and they always say with a smile”It’s my pleasure.” They have awesome customer service, and that is so rare anymore! I went to the drive through, and they gave me free fries, and that is all I ordered. I asked them why it was free, and they said with a smile just because! When I thanked them they’d said it’s my pleasure! When I placed my order she asked me if I would be scanning my app. I said no, I didn’t know they had an app🤷‍♀️. After I left I looked up they app, and found out they have delivery! I placed an order for two large fires. My order was delivered directly to my door within minutes, exactly as I asked! Customer service at most places has turned in to some kind of attitude as if we the customers owe them something; and should be grateful they are serving us, the customers😡 However, this place goes above, and beyond with customer service. They also say “please, thank you, and it’s my pleasure 🙂. I say thank you to the entire team there🙂

Chic-fil-a is on a whole different level when it comes to fast food. I've just recently came here and always been amazing this location today specifically knocked it out the park. Customer service on point helping people and informing them of ways to order through app and the cleaning lady was so nice she filled my soda and threw my trash away. On top of all that food is fresh and great. Highly recommend. I'll be back. Great work

The have a fast and warm service. The chicken is always delicious. I like the cookies milkshake but i found the peach milkshake not as delicious.

It's a fast food place. Very efficient, people are very sweet and pleasant. If you've caught attitude at other fast food places, you will be happy with your treatment here. Hehe

This place is insane. They pump out orders faster than I've ever seen in fast food. You'd like to think the surrounding fast food restaurants would step up their game.

Very well organized taking orders through the drive-through and good food. The employees go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your order.

Got a drive thru order yesterday. Diet coke tasted liked it was watered down with only a hint of diet coke over some melted ice. The fries where cold and stale not even a minute after leaving the window. Sandwich tasted good even though that wasn't hot either. I’ve always regarded chick fil a as a good fast food place and was genuinely surprised at the poor state in which the meal was served.

We come for breakfast often and its always very good. Tried it for lunch today and it was actively terrible. Didn't have the full menu to view at the strange "drivethru" person standing outside with a tablet so kinda just had to guess, ended up giving us the wrong sauce for my soggy nuggets, and the fries had been clearly (under) fried way too long ago.

So delicious my first time and I'm hooked only down fall is everyone seems to like it so it was packed

First time using carry out. It was fantastic. Food was ready, packaged wonderfully, hot, and they gave us a carrier for all our food. Incredible service, and price was very good. Highly recommend for carry out.
