I stayed here every time I had business trip to Madiun (I've made >5 stays this far). A very very very worthy budget hotel. The place is clean, it has a comfy bedrooms, and very helpful employees. The parking lot is quite small, tho. But the employee will be always ready to help you park your car. If there's something they can improve, it's the breakfast. I just have lost my count on how many times they served pecel. But it's still okay anyway because of the very very cheap fare! Plus, it only takes you 5 mins of walking to reach Alun-alun and convenience stores. You know what? This place is 1000 times more worthy than Amaris for me. You are welcome.

Wi-fi didn't reach third floor, meh. But the room as well as bathroom were wide, comfy, and clean. Breakfast menu was monotone (pecel and fried rice), but it was pretty good. Unfortunately, it's at the same room as the parking lot. So each time someone started the engine when we're eating, we felt like in a bus station. Smelled awful!

Yep, one of the best hotel on bugdet, Clean, good price, come with breakfast, tea, coffe, nice bed, nice shower etc. But the staff need more friendly to make it perfect

The waiters at this small hotel are very helpful, kind, and friendly. It's just that the layout in the room does not seem to pay attention to the location of the correct air conditioner so it is less ergonomic.

Set ur expectation properly with price you paid. Location i great near Alun Madiun.

Great value. The best water pressure and got water I have encountered in 10years in Indonesia. Clean rooms and quiet. Will be back.

It is a kind of bed and breakfast type. The room is clean. The location is strategic near town centre. Unfortunately the AC is not cool at all. However it is value for money.

Rooms are clean and is only 1.5 years old. 3 different price points for the rooms and friendly staff. 3 star because smoking everywhere and in rooms is allowed. Also parking is in the lobby literally.

The room is quite "empty", the bed is not comfy (imo), food is good, no elevator, aircon bad.

The price is reasonable, but the hotel needs improvement on some of the facilities in the room. The breakfast is satisfactory.
