    They changed for the better after editing this space, now they have prohibited taking photographs of the good, worse for them. The following was regarding the previous dispensary which changed after years, possibly due to this review. The treatment given to users of the pharmacy service is a real shame. The location and access to it is something inconceivable in Spain in the 21st century. There is nothing more descriptive than photographs so I include them to save words and increase the description. For people with mobility difficulties it must be something magnificent to arrive and see where to access the dispensary door. My congratulations to the management of Vithas Arturo Soria and my wish that they exchange offices with the pharmacy, I am sure that it will be very satisfactory for the users of both.

    Horrible service! Cold rooms! No one speaks English, even a doctor. No one knows the pricelist. I think this is a “trap” hospital for those with package insurances from Vithas as they are definitely not ready to accept walk-in patients with other insurances. Longline on reception, people go back and forward as they don't have the correct documents. Don't go there if you don't have their insurance or expect a decent service. Also, they mix COVID patients in one room without knowing the virus variety and if the test was 100% accurate. They placed me with the other 3 people, and then I pointed someone is there, they said “no worries all positive” in “excellent” English.

    My daughter was waiting in the emergency room for 7 hours yesterday!!!! No doctor saw her even though she had an emergency admission. Staff rude and incompetent!!! After 7 hours she went home despite severe pain. It didn't matter to them there. She would probably still be sitting there today. She's going to the Hospital of the Holy Spirit today. Never again in this university clinic. I will file a complaint. Having to wait 7 hours despite an emergency is a mess!! There is no humanity here

    Worst health service ive ever had. Was asked to visit 3 times to analyse my 2 broken feet. Had to visit 2 different buildings 1 of which didnt have wheelchairs. My scan results where not in the system for the doctor to see me so was told to wait, i waited over 3 hours before i was seen by another doctor. I was also treated like this was my fault. The first doctor i saw was very unprofessional and incorrectly took off the plaster casts without seing the c.t scan resulting in a few painful days for me until i had to return for another appointment, then another, all which was completely disorganised and poor service. How can this hospital have so many of the same poor reviews for a long time and not improve? AVOID GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU CAN!

    Very bad services!!!! The doctor I attended was nice but gave me some medicine which didn't help at all. I had to go the next day to another hospital with excruciating pains where they saved my ear. I was having an infection at the left ear. They gave me initially something very poor and not helpful at all! Shame on them! Never return there in my life!

    My go-to hospital for the past years. I manage to do everything by myself although not speaking the language. Some receptions were not friendly, but overall helpful. Isabel, the reception lady on the 3rd floor, 105 building, has been very helpful and efficient. Also the lady who managed the human traffic on the analisis clinico was very good

I made an appointment with Doctor Diego Muñoz Moreno to ask for a simple blood test to measure certain hormones before starting a diagnosed treatment. Me atendieron rapidísimo, no me hicieron esperar absolutamente nada, a veces, es que confundimos lo que es una urgencia, y en todas los hospitales hacen un triaje para atender más rápido a lo que es realmente urgente. Tuve que ir varias veces al hospital am revisiones y pruebas. A los dos días, cuando me había bajado un poco la inflamación, enseguida me dijo que me tenían que operar, y me ayudaron a hacer todos los trámites en menos de una semana. Me hicieron análisis de sangre y PCR para la intervención, para las dos cosas fueron rápidos con las citas y no me hicieron esperar prácticamente nada, aparte el trato fue cercano y agradable con la enfermera que me atendió. Mi otorrino, la dra. Fernández, fue muy agradable y profesional, estoy muy contento con el trato recibido, y aunque sé que a veces las esperas y gestiones en los hospitales pueden ser desesperantes, en mi caso fue todo lo contrario y por eso quería dejar esta reseña positiva. Estoy muy contento y agradecido por cómo me ayudaron.
