Quite a contrast from the shopping on the streets and in the markets. A nice place to rest and get out of the heat, have a coffee and snack. The bottom floor store has useful supplies for travelers.

I made a suit at a tailor stand called D plus near front door in August, and received my suit in November after I had help from police. During the process they never give any schedule and always postpone. The suit was overtight and I have to spend more money to fix it. Besides they lost my vest and tie. Never make any suit here, it's the stain of Thailand.

Small shopping centre at mae sai, chiang rai. Not alot a store in here but you can find shooping mall / grocery here. Only one shopping mall in mae sai. :)

Air conditioning, Good coffee a decadent retreat to western style comforts.
