Really Nice inside and outside

💯 Onsen (24 Hours), Complimentary icecream, ramen (night). Clean, staff are amazing. Complimentary laundry machine, drying is 100 yen for 20 mins (one cycle is normally enough for normal clothes). This place is amazing and would highly recommend.

This was my first time ever staying in a hotel in Japan (back in June '23). I was very happy with everyone on the staff that I encountered, they were all super friendly. If you're visiting Gunma to drive your own car around, this is 100% the hotel I'd recommend. They have an indoor storage machine parking garage that even accepts low cars, so I felt very safe with my car here. The hotel is pretty much in the middle of the city and very easy access to all the mountain roads and towns that surround it. The breakfast was good (they have a traditional Japanese style and a Western style available simultaneously) and the room was clean and comfortable. If I get the opportunity to come back to Gunma, Japan I will definitely be staying here again!!

Hotel was very clean, well maintained and the rooms very of good space! The onsen was very nice and clean as well. The staff were extremely helpful, one of the gentlemen was having trouble understanding me over the phone so he decided to come up to room and see if he could help me. After he helped me, he saw that I had young kids with me and came back with a bag with kids toiletries and sleeping clothes.

Very nice hotel, nothing to complain about. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The best thing is the hot spring on 14th floor. Good quality and not crowded.

Standard, not bad

The rooms are clean, functional and the location is the best in the city right next to the train station. The staff are very friendly and welcoming which is nice after a long day. Room 7/10 Staff 10/10 Would use again
