There are a lot of fireflies. I think it would be nice to have to pay for it, but I'm glad it's free. There is a donation box, so I try to donate. I would like people to stop catching fireflies and exposing them to flashlight from smartphones, as this causes great stress to the fireflies.

(Translated by Google) The peak is mid-June. Fireflies are not cautious, so they land on your hands, but please don't take them home. It is difficult to grow even in the natural world, so it is not possible to keep them at home. Life is short to begin with. A day with high temperatures and no wind is recommended. The peak is around 8:00.

(Translated by Google) This year has been fantastic. It was very good to go to the year before last, so I went to the beginning of July this year. There weren't many, probably because of the climate, but the Genji-botaru and Heike-botaru drifted in the darkness and were fantastic. Neither I nor my children can see wild fireflies around the house, so it is very valuable. Park in the parking lot in front of the station and start walking around 20:00. There are few streetlights and it is dark, but it is better not to use a flashlight or mobile phone as much as possible because it is better to adjust your eyes to the darkness. It's a nuisance to others. If you use it, let's illuminate the orange light only at your feet. Sneakers are recommended because it is dark and there are places that are not paved. If it rains, boots are also ants. It is safer to go after spraying insect repellent. It seems that there is an event on the weekend at the end of June every year, and the parking lot will be full on this day, so it is recommended to check the municipality's website.

(Translated by Google) The firefly festival was held every year at a famous spot for fireflies, but unfortunately it will be canceled in 2021. It was very disappointing to cancel because it was recommended by an acquaintance. I would like to expect it in 2022. 2023.6.7 ⚠️Caution⚠️I heard that fireflies stop glowing when other strong light is present. It seems like if Kimutaku comes to a group date, the other guys will lose their fighting spirit (^^; Therefore, when viewing, it is better to reduce the amount of light so that it only illuminates your feet (๑ーㅅー๑) I went there after 10pm and it was so beautiful and crowded.Hota(ง*`꒳´*)ว Hota There is a small entrance to the right of this signboard, and you can see it as soon as you walk on the sidewalk. #Gunma tourism #Gunma fireflies #North Kanto fireflies #fireflies #fireflies #Kanto fireflies #firefly spots #Gunma fireflies

I went to Firefly Village. It's about 8pm. Since the coronavirus pandemic started, I haven't been able to go out at night. There were many people who came to see the fireflies. I was able to park it right away in the parking lot. Volunteers guided us. Apparently there are more fireflies on hot and humid days. It seems possible to take pictures without using a camera flash. Even though you are not allowed to touch fireflies, there were people who were touching them. The fireflies were beautiful. I saw it for the first time in a while~ There is no admission fee, but there was a donation box for donations, so I donated. You can walk for 10 minutes. The walking area was paved. Thank you for protecting the environment.

There is a donation box set up to help preserve the firefly village, and donations will be used in place of the entrance fee. Most fireflies are not active until it gets dark, so if you arrive at 7pm, you will have to wait until it gets dark. However, it gets a little crowded after dark, but by 7pm the parking lot was before it was crowded, so it was nice. There are many mosquitoes, so insect repellent measures are necessary. The children were happy because they could see many fireflies flying around up close.

I went yesterday. I arrived around 6:30pm and was the first one. My uncle was preparing it. I was told that the lights could be seen after 7pm when it got dark, and that they would start flying around 8pm. Kill time while listening to the cries of frogs in the lotus pond and rice fields in the back. I started seeing lights shining in the grass around 7:15 pm when it started to get dark, and they started flying around 7:30 pm. It was raining lightly, so we pulled up just before 8pm. It was so magical and beautiful. The management seems to be done by volunteers. There is a donation box at the entrance. Please help us so that we can see it forever.
