Average service. Needs improvements. Awesome location tho. Sprawling views of the Lake Gregory, parts of the town and the Piduruthalagala mountain range.

Please don't be fooled by the photos in the internet. The place might have looked like that years ago but right now, the floor has wet carpet and there's mold everywhere. There are tall rattan vases at the head of beds which are infected with mold, so much so that the vase looks grey color. The bathrooms are falling apart and not cleaned properly. I booked three rooms but upon arrival we were actually disgusted by the state of the rooms. The staff were alright, it's the upkeep that is horrible. We went ahead and booked another hotel nearby because none of us wanted to stay there even for a few hours.

I went to this place on the 12th of December with another family. I booked it for 2 days but i changed my mind immediately since both families were disgusted by this hotel.These people fool around on us showing the photos on the web which they have put.Please NOTE the rooms are terrible and the bathrooms are really horrible.The bedsheets stink and the hot water is another problem,if one person goes in and finishes the next person has to wait for 15 minutes.They have to do 100 % renavation. Do not visit this place.

We spend two nights, one in a hotel and one in a cottage. The service is wonderful and very friendly. The hotel has a fantastic view of Gregory Lake. Their restaurant also fine foods are worth it for the money. But not recommend their sub or buggers. They have BBQ machines and related items. Within the short notice, the staff arranged everything. The room bathroom needs to maintain more. Dark inside the bathroom and needs proper lights. And doesn't have a hand shower. If you go with children will know how important that is. Definitely can recommend this place worth the money,

My recent stay at this place was a complete disaster. The rooms and bathroom were nothing like the misleading internet pictures. Outdated, poorly maintained, and lacking basic amenities, the accommodations were a far cry from the advertised comfort. The bathroom was a grim scene of rust and neglect. The most infuriating part was the clear attempt to deceive guests through manipulated online images. This establishment prioritizes Photoshop over actual guest satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and avoid falling victim to this scam—look elsewhere for accommodations. ⚠️

I do not recommend here to anyone. Very dirty rooms. Bed sheets are very dirty and smelly. There were many stains on the bed sheets 🤮. A very unprofessional staff. They had stolen our stuff. They go through the rooms as they want without permission. They come to the rooms without asking. They had taken our food and drink without asking us. Two brand new sandals were stolen. We asked to see the CCTV but they did not provide it. No one should go here.

One of the worst experience. We booked 3 rooms for a family vacation and the rooms were not upto the expected standards as the floor was slog and the rooms were not cleaned. Also the parking space is not sufficient for cabs. The staff didn't seem to care at all very poor customer service

We had really pleasant time with family like service, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. This is a place to really enjoy nature, to walk or ride your bike and get the most out of the wonderfull surroundings.

Such a lovely and peaceful place, with very friendly and hospitable staff. My family and I had a fantastic time there. The location is excellent and making it easy to visit nearby attractions or go for a nice walk. They keep the place clean. The rooms are quite spacious and neatly arranged. The surrounding offer us the impression that we are in a part of the UK ❄️. They serve a good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this H2O to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya.

It is very cold, the floor is very wet, there is a strange smell, it is not clean, and the water heater is not working properly.

Our visit to H²O Hotel in Nuwara Eliya as a couple it was an absolutely delight. Mr Darshana's exceptional service played a significant role in making our stay truly unforgettable. From their warm welcome to their attentiveness throughout our visit, Great place to stay with beautiful views from balcony. I would recommend this place to enyone who is looking for a hotel with a reasonable price. Thank you guys definitely will come back again...

We checked in and left the place immediately. This location is subpar; rooms and bathrooms lack proper locks. The online photos are misleading. It's unclean and overall unpleasant. None of their water heaters function, and some pose safety risks, increasing the chance of electrocution. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would rate less than 1 if its possible

This is not a place to spend ur precious vacation. A complete spoiler and the 4tos are completely misleading. Damp and smelly place. Under maintained rooms. Disgusting kitchen and washroom. No water heater. All in all these drunkard staff attacked our bus. We had kids and infants. They brought some goons and attacked us for checking out immediately complaining their poor facilities and drunk staff. We did not request a refund from our advance but thy were asking for 45k extra. We had an unpleasant experience. We complained them to the police immediately.
