Cheated by owner ... No parking available , bathroom dirty, staff service very poor, beds not comfortable and dirty Not recommend for any one... Please dont choose this place and be cheated ... 🤮🤮

This has a great view of Gregory park but Tightly spaced rooms, Not much of house keeping, No BB , They had a kitchen which was charged reasonably for using, sufficient vessels were there for cooking including Rice cooker, pots,pans ,kettle ect. But the house keeper and the assistant was fighting loudly at night which was really disturbing and scared children.

This is hardly disgusting place. Rooms are too small and Not clean. Bathrooms are worst. The photos they send are really nice. But the place is a hell. When we asked for refund they treat very terribly. If you visit thid place based on photos you will really disappointed.And there is no space for bags. The ugliest and dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. No amenities. No water Water muddy water.One room is reserved for many people and causes problems. Vacation is destroyed.Don't let anyone go, dirty people. A dirty hotel. Everyone who comes fights

Love this place. Morning view is amazing. Cannot say this is perfect. But it gives you the home feeling.. and can enjoy your own freedom. Two helpers are there, very friendly and supportive. Worth for the price. Rooms are tightly spaced, will be bit difficult for a family stay.

Good Place to stay, beautiful view of Lake Gregory and friendly services

Not recommended, I booked 2 rooms for 8 adults. Even though they were mentioning hot water is available, they have not enough capacity to provide sufficient hot water. Only 1 out of 8 had satisfactory hot water supply. There is no proper connection between the guy who records the booking over the phone and the people who work there. The rooms were smelling badly.

Rooms are not same as the photos they've shared with you'll. In average rooms and attached bathroom should be clean, Overall the hotel needs a massive renovation. Rooms don't have a heater, where room is too cold at midnight till morning. View from balcony is good. No cleaning products, but they have mentioned in online platforms. Photos and in real life the rooms is very differential.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! We recently visited Hill Paradise Nuwara eliya as per a reservation we made for 12 people over the phone. The person who contacted through the call suggested us to get 3 rooms where 4 people could acomadate in one room. Also he sent us pictures of the rooms which gave us a good impression. So we were asked to pay 50% of the price in advance and on the day we visited the hotel at checkin we were asked to pay the full payment. Rooms were nothing looks like the photos they sent. Two people bedrooms were served for 4 people and with two single beds the rooms were fully packed. There were no space for baggage or at least for walk. Bathrooms were not clean and had very bad smell. The beds were not fitted properly and they were swinging. Carpets, curtains were not cleaned. Bedsheets were dirty. and the pantry was in a very bad condition. We accept that price is cheap so we didn’t expect much. A clean and proper sleeping place is all we wanted and Hill Paradise failed to satisfy that simple basic need. After having an argument with the person who we contacted earlier we were provided with 4 bedrooms which were barely enough and one of them were already reserved for another guest. While we were there the other guests also came and we heard that they were also having arguments with the staff. Who ever the owner of this place is, this place need a huge renovation before serving this to guests or please don’t try to cheat guests by faking the actual details of the hotel's condition. We are not recommending this place to anyone and the only reason we had to settle in this place was the 100% payment we already made was not refundable.

Budget friendly hotel, reliable services, affordable food prices. Loved the chicken fried rice with deviled chicken. Manager uncle was super flexible and provided us with transportation facilities as well and the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Hope to visit again.

NOT RECOMMEND Very bad very much small rooms and bathrooms never cleaned they cheat customers bad services no food available they ordered food from outside but bad quality and expensive. We were charged Rs 2300 for 60 string hoppers and 3 boiled eggs. Very cold difficult to stay packed room no space to keep baggage

I have booked two rooms for 3 adults and two children for one night through online booking. com total price was shown 26.52 $ as per rate of the particular day it's equal to Rs 8406.84. and instructed payment can done at the guest house after arrival but this guest house owner has sent message that total price Rs. 10,000 and pay 50 present advance to reserve the 2 rooms (confirmed by them through online). But unfortunately when I was going to advance at the property guest house Manager asked Rs. 12000 at that condition we not way find other place instantly then I paid Rs. 12000 as additional 3593 rupees as confirmed online as Rs. 8407 Therefore must careful throughly to select this place they are very cunning persons facilities also worst. We never recommended this place and totally rejected this kind of people

The place was great at night and have a great view. At some point i thought rooms were kind of small. We stayed 2 days there and the hot water didn't work on those two days so that is something to worry about. Overall call them before your visit and check those things.

For the price it was a perfect stay!! The rooms were cozy good and we were allowed to use the kitchen as well It was budget-friendly and the view from balcony and attic was exceptional🤩 The staffs Raju and manager were very supportive as well The breakfast was superb and they packed it for us for the hiking which was really nice😇 Wonder why the bad comments though?

Very beautiful location. We stayed 2 nights here. It was a nice experience to see lake Gregory from the room. Friendly staff. Very delicious food. Calm environment and clean rooms.

The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful especially the lady who works there. i paid for two rooms with mountain view but i got two bad rooms that looked nothing like in the pictures. One of the toilets even had no hot water and the rooms are really cramped. Parking is only available for 1 car. So please if you are visiting here based on the photos try to avoid this place since you will regret it really badly.
