I'm a bit horrified by the customer service there. I bought a 15 kg feed bag and other small items. I first wanted to check whether the bag was in stock and went in without a shopping cart. There are also baskets inside to pull. Okay, so I got the last feed bag and asked politely at the checkout if I could take the basket to pull the 15 kg (!!!) feed bag with me to the car for a deposit, since I, as a woman, don't have one Can carry 15 kg across the parking lot and had other items. This was denied! I was told that I could go several times to transport the goods. This is of little use to me, as I can hardly cut open the feed bag and carry it to the car in portions. I asked again kindly if I could take the basket with me for a moment. No chance. I then carried the bag to the car with great difficulty! This is not customer service for me and so I will use a specific online platform for my purchases in the future, at least the food will come to my home! I will no longer shop in this store! A pity.

No card payment possible. Not a problem in itself, the annoyed reaction of the cashiers was unnecessary. There was a note attached indicating that EC payment was not possible. This was initially hidden by other customers, later I was busy paying. The cashiers expressed contempt for customers in general who were unable to see the sign. The topic was then discussed with other customers. That was insulting and unnecessary. Customer-friendly is different. Don't go shopping there anymore.

They have a good variety of foods for pets. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they have less option for pet clothing. But overall, recommended.

We wanted to return something after less than a week, and people kept asking where the labels were, even though they are known to be removed after shopping. It was constantly referred to that this store is only a franchise and apparently does not have to adhere to Fressnapf's general terms and conditions. After a long discussion and after we brought the labels over, a “goodwill solution” was reached. We will therefore avoid this chain in the future due to its behavior in what would normally be a routine return of an unsuitable product.

Nettes freundliches Personal. Große Auswahl an Produkten. Aufgeräumt und sauber. Alles was man für den Tierbedarf benötigt für Hund, Katze, Vogel, Nagetiere und Reptilien. Preis Leistung geht auch in Ordnung

Vom Angebot her sehr zufrieden. Schöner Laden. Leider konnten meine Paypalpunkte dort nicht eingelöst werden, wobei ich in meiner Stammfiliale nie Probleme damit habe.
