I wanted to make an appointment by phone, but unfortunately there was a very snippy lady on the other end of the line. That immediately spoiled my desire for treatment there. Therefore I will not book there. I have had many professional beauty and massage treatments in my life and with such a treatment I expect the service to begin with the first contact. This was not the case here.

All around a great, modern and very well-kept cosmetic studio. Even as a man you can treat yourself to a break and be pampered here. Great service, great treatments, friendly staff. Everything a man needs. I will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend it to men and women. Keep it up!!

My partner and I are regular customers and we have always been very satisfied. The team is relaxed, always friendly and does a great job. I can absolutely recommend it!

It's a shame that due to a lack of materials, people are simply advised to use an eyelash perm with adhesive rolls that are too small and the customer now has to deal with horribly short curled eyelashes.... I had no experience with this, it was the first experience and with it It was definitely the last time I let anyone touch my eyelashes... Every look in the mirror, every make-up application is horror. This disaster cannot even be concealed with fake eyelashes, because the real eyelashes have been bent so close to the eyelid that I can no longer get the fake eyelashes between the eyelashes and the eyelid... A personal disaster!!!!!

Ms. Fleck runs the studio with a lot of enthusiasm and hard work, yet remains relaxed and friendly. Appointment changes and bookings are also answered quickly and easily by email. Simply great 👍

I was given a voucher and treated myself to a hot stone massage. Regardless of the really relaxing massage, which was carried out very professionally, I would like to highlight the service in the cozy studio. I received a very friendly welcome and felt comfortable. There was no noticeable pressure and at the end we had a very friendly conversation, almost like we were among nice acquaintances!! I'd love to come back... P.S. There is even something exciting on offer for little girls and adolescent ladies. Just ask 😉

We celebrated my sister's bachelorette party there and we were pampered for 3 hours. There was champagne and lots of lovingly prepared treats. Everyone has decided on a specific product beforehand. For me it was the eyelash perm. I was and am still extremely satisfied. I would love to come back
