All Thai Watsadu branches have the backing of Central Group and therefore follow a set of standards. However, compared to other similar stores in town, most notably one might abbreviate as GH, this store is poorly organized and overstaffed with workers who want to sell anything very badly but have no knowledge of the products. The workers need better training so that they know what to do when the customer asks them something they don't know about.
