Vacca has become an institution when it comes to Italian food. Located just next to Khon Kaen airport, it is one of my favourite places to dine before dropping off friends to catch a plane.

I have been to Vacca's restaurant about 5 times in the last few months and have had a steak on each visit (always takeaway). It is by far the best steak I have tasted in Khonkaen, and when I think about it the best I have had in Thailand. That last bit was said with the caveat that I have only had steak about 7-8 times in the 11 years I have been in Thailand and that is because of the disappointing steaks I have tried I have also tried the pizza and a few of the pasta dishes, simple but delicious. The staff are really friendly and helpful, however a glass of water would be appreciated while I wait for my takeaway. Vacca's isn't cheap but is well worth a visit.

So close to the airport I didn't even thought possible to have a restaurant of that level. Decoration is already welcoming you. Good taste all over. Even if prices are high for Thailand I think it is worth to go there for lunch or dinner. Well prepared meals good presentation and so delicious. Worth to spend a couple of hours there before your trip.

Over expected Italian restaurant in Kon Kaen. Food is really good here. Hokkaido Giant Scallop, 500 days Beef Striploin, and Parma Ham 24 months mature are strongly recommended.

Our pizza was wonderful 👏, Vacca treats people right ✅/ back again update ; they are open until 9 :30pm ..came by on my way to the airport and had Tiramisu and ice cream ! Love the staff and great atmosphere 👌

I was forcefully dragged to this restaurant. Personally, I don't like Italian pizza. In my opinion, Italian pizza is too expensive considering the amount of ingredients needed to make the pizza. For the price of one pizza, you can feed the whole family with normal and tastier Thai food.

Definitely the best Italian restaurant in Khon Kaen. All of the dishes we ordered tasted phenomenal. Prices are what you would expect from a restaurant serving western food. Staff are helpful and quite informative.

One of the best pasta in Khon Kaen. Very close to the airport. A good place to spend some time before boarding time.

Quite nice to get an Italian food in Khon Kaen. Do not expect too much, but not bad at all.

Excellent. The food is very good. Menu not so big, with a few "no have" , which always is a disappointing experience everywhere. Anyway, good food. Pricey, but the food is worth it. Amazing wine selection. Very nice. Very good staff. Service minded. The place is a bit far from the city, so one needs to an a trip to this restaurant.

Good food With great price. Not fully appreciate the service tho but overall is great. Love the red wine it goes very well with cold cuts. Fettuccini is the best. Ribeye well cook. Not much to complain about the food.

Good food.,.. The servers disappeared after serving the food.. Happened the last 2 times we visited.

Pizza like in Italy, very good at a fair price

The Thai dish (spaghetti kee mao) was expensive (450฿), and very small quantity. The lasagna was the worst I’ve ever had. Normally you can distinguish layers of lasagna: the pasta, the meat, the cheese. This had one appearance and texture: MUSH. It makes me wonder how long it had been frozen before they popped it in the microwave. The atmosphere/rooms scream “I’ve seen better days.” 25 year old cooking books and magazines heaped in a jumble on dusty shelves. Decor is pretty bland. It left me with a slightly lower than neutral impression. Will not be returning.
