End of 8 night stay 2/11/2022 After a nearly 3 years, due Covid restrictions, finally got back here since my last stays in February and March 2020. No complentary airport shuttle and breakfast is greatly downgraded. Generally the hotel seems to have cut back on staff and maintenance. The shower having developed dark staining and mould on the ceiling. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful; and, deserve 5 stars. Still a good location and quiet, but the pool could do with an acid rebalance and heavy chlorination to bring the sparkle back to the water. I would stay here again. End of a 6 night stay 12/5/18 I have stayed here a few times and enjoy ambience of the hotel and the pool. I've stayed in the standard, superior and deluxe rooms. The standard room is a little bit squeezed, but otherwise the rooms are well presented and very clean. The included breakfast was good, and sometimes very good, with eggs to order. Other guests can be noisy, particularly in the early hours of the morning on weekends. 80 plus TV channels. Of course i will stay here again.

I got sick for a few days from the air conditioning. They gave me not the best room. No balcony. The breakfast was okay but not the best. For walking a bit far from everything. Just like in the middle of nowhere. The only good thing was the free shuttle service to the airport. The pool was nice but a bit fresh.

This is an older hotel but a little over priced for the condition and service. The bed had a distinct depression which tended to have you roll to that location. On the second night we found towels had not been provided - an easy error to make but when we advised the front desk they told us to come downstairs to get them. Not the service we hoped for or expected.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms spacious, but the beds are very old and you can feel the springs through the very thin covering (it's honestly like trying to sleep on rocks). The only fix was to ask for 3 more duvets to lay over the top, but even them, sleep is hard to come by.

I got upgraded to Deluxe room with a King-sized bed. Staff Balloon was really friendly and cheerful. I really enjoyed the stay with make up room (sheets changed, water and amenities replenished), room rates includes complimentary breakfast everyday. Daily room rate is only 800฿/night. Internet is not great but i went to the laundromat outside to enjoy the high speed Internet with air-con and power point while doing my laundry and watching the world through Maru Laundry.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel in the Center of Udon Thani, walkable distance to Shopping malls, night market etc. Nice and clean rooms. Great service from Khun Balloon at the reception :) staying here for my 5th time already.

Nice hotel but not happy with service regarding answering emails. wifi useless 1.2 Mbps! good choice of food to order excellent breakfast quiet - very nice

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff, English speaking. Great value for money.Breakfast good quality mix or Thai and European. Have a nice coffee house attached. Right in the centre of town. But hotel have a free car service that will drop you off at destination

Nice reasonably priced hotel to stay at. Clean quiet room. Excellent swimming pool. Little bit of wear and tear, for example the corridor flooring which is coming apart.

Stayed about 5 nights here, hotel like most others getting a bit old and worn out, pool was great and staff were good

In need of major renovations. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not a great stay, I always try to leave a possitive review but, the Toilet was leaking, the shower was impossible to adjust and leaking thru the shower head connection like crazy, everytime some one flushed the toilet next door the water would go cold, The bed was hard, breakfast soso, the only good thing is was close to a night market.

It's little bite expensive for the room and hotel because they have small room

First time staying here for 4 nights, great hotel in Udon Thani, large car park, clean hotel, friendly staff, swimming pool, room was spotless, good shower, wifi good, i would definitely stay here again well recommend 👍👍

Rooms well decorated most of them with terrace and view to the swimming pool or the gardens at the entrance. Important to know in advance they have transfer service with airport, I didn't know in advance and had to pay 200 bahts taxi on arrival. I stayed during this covid period and I can say it was very quiet and relaxing atmosphere which I appreciated. Only 2 negative remarks, there was an aircon engine from any of the rooms which was making too much noise at nights and the breakfast tea don't know what was it but I couldn't drink it.

Located in the center of Udonthani but you can't walk from the airport anyway ;) Overall was good place to sleep (very quite) and rooms were renovated (Inside looks new and nice)

Hotel is set in the heart of the town close to the Central mall and plenty of street food through the day and night only minutes away walking.. Room was very clean and room is cleaned every day
