I visited this store today as one on my leather bracelets had wear on the sliding lock. Hayley served me, she was welcoming,polite and professional. She replaced my bracelet immediately and apologised for the problems I had experienced. What an absolutely amazing service. Thank you

Only 2 staff on during a busy time. I waited at the door as there was a Queue Here sign. People behind thought I should have just gone in but then one staff said if I was just looking then I could walk in but if I needed assistance then to stay in the queue. Waited for about 20 minutes before being served. Such a badly organised evening but hopefully got better another day. Don't like the Maidstone shop as not that helpful.

Went with my birthday vouchers. Got exactly what I wanted and the service was as always brilliant
