Had an amazing experience today in this Maidstone store. I had an issue with my engagement ring and was asked to return for assessment. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and I left very happy. Thank you ladies for all of your help.

This relates to an online purchase, not a store. A poor and disappointing service. I purchased a diamond ring for my wife's 50th birthday which is this Friday, paid a deposit of £1100 which is the last of my money this side of the new year and was promised that they item was in stock and would be delivered in time for this Friday. Received an email today saying they made a mistake and the ring cannot be delivered until the 23rd, too late. Having informed me so late in the day, I’m told I will not receive my deposit for 3 to 5 days. So no ring, no money to buy another! Shop the old fashioned way, not online! Update... Visited the Maidstone store yesterday to buy an alternative ring, the staff there were great. Didn't have the right size ring but they've ordered the right one and I presented my wife with a slightly smaller ring this morning, she was delighted. The member of staff in the store has offered to deliver the correct size ring later today to our house! Head office also called me yesterday and we received a gift voucher this morning by way of an apology. In future I'll go direct to the store as they are fantastic! Online shopping, not for me!

Shocking service! Purchased a watch for £2550 two weeks ago and took it back for a refund as it had a fault straight out of the box. The manager proceeded to accuse me of damaging the watch, although I explained I had yet to wear it. I was then refused a refund. Thankfully the Bluewater store were able to refund me, regardless of the Maidstone branch manager trying to call them in advance to stop the refund hahaha.

I have just has the most appalling experience at Beaverbrooks Maidstone. I went in to find out cost for resizing my engagement ring. Instead I was "told off" for wearing an insert and for not bringing the ring in sooner. I was told that because of Brexit no estimate could be given for the resize as due to the length of time it would take to send to Canada (approx 2 month turnaround apparently) I needed to have the resize done at a later date. One of the staff members was visibly irritated by my situation and was extremely rude while the other insisted on giving me advice I didn't ask for. I have never experienced anything like it and am shocked that this is the level of customer service I received. The whole experience was unexpected and completely unnecessary.

Staff really helpful and knowledgeable about the items they sell,helped me select a watch for hubby. Even offered a coffee! No pressure or rushed into my choice,a nice shopping experience, thanks ladies 🤗

Lovely staff, extremely helpful. Very welcoming and listen to what you are after, even if they cannot help you with a certain design they have many contacts that can help. It's nice to have a Beaverbrooks in the town centre and not have to go all the way to Bluewater.

My wife and I went to the Maidstone store yesterday to buy our son a watch for his birthday. We were helped greatly by Jaquie, who even offered us a tea or coffee. We looked at several watches and FaceTimed family members to help us decide on the right one meaning a bit of toing and froing for Jaquie unfortunately! She was unfailing patient and polite and helped us greatly in trying to decide on the right watch. Outstanding customer service and we highly recommend Beaverbrooks, Maidstone. Thank you
