Nice ambience, tasty food and nice staff. We didn’t have to wait too long for service and our ordered food. It was quite hot on that day, so air conditioning could have been appreciated it if had been offered.

This is a cute restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating in the middle of Mainz right across from the Dom. The inside is decorated with beautiful flowered wallpaper and it gives you a fun vibe. Inside you can sit downstairs or go upstairs where you have a view of the Dom. They have a few vegan options and the portions are pretty good. I ordered the vegan schnitzle and in the past I also ordered a vegan Flammkuchen. The drinks were a bit too sweet for my liking. They also had a bunch of beautiful cakes on display and desserts with a vegan option. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful late breakfast at Wilma Wunder with family and friends. The food was delicious, the service prompt and courteous and the prices very reasonable. We were seated quickly and provided with shaded seating. All of our special requests were promptly and accurately completed. I would love to return and highly recommend this restaurant. You can sit inside or outside, restrooms are plenty and very clean.

This restaurant is located in Mainz downtown on the market square, opposite the cathedral. You are able to take a seat outside as well as inside - I can defined recommend sitting on the little balcony, eventhough it’s a bit tight space wise (2 people at one table max), you have a beautiful view over the market square and the overall hustling and bustling in case you enjoy your stay on a market day. The food is delicious, of high quality and something extraordinary - try it for yourself! One important thing to know if you wish to dine in: please make a reservation beforehand as this restaurant is very popular among locals as well as many walk in guests doing sight seeing. The staff is very professional and friendly, the food delicious. Thanks to the staff for the delightful time we enjoyed there!

Great location, easy to access! We wanted to eat outdoors because it was a gorgeous morning…they were fairly busy, but still had plenty of seating. I ordered the avocado nests…SO tasty!! Nice, bright, friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend!

The breakfast at Wilma Wunder is absolutely delicious! We had the 'Kräftig & Deftig' and the 'Avocado-Nest'. Both of these dishes were very good, and it looked so good too. The whole place looks very nice and cute. I keep on coming back to this place and every time the food is as delicious as the last time! Never a bad meal or bad experience when dining here💯

Tolle Aussicht, leckeres Frühstück und schneller Service. An Wochenenden ist viel los, mit bisschen Wartezeit wird einem ein Platz zugewiesen. Der Preis für ein Frühstück (zwei Personen), Pancake, Cappuccino und ein Getränk liegt bei 50€.

Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön anzuschauen, man sitzt, gerade unten, zwar etwas eng, aber man kann auch sagen mukkelisch. Der Service war an dem Montag morgen teilweise komplett überfordert. Eine Kellnerin, die leer läuft, an die Essensausgabe läuft, sich das Frühstück anschaut, zum Monitor guckt, nichts mitnimmt, raus läuft und wieder rein kommt ist eher hinderlich. Das Essen war super lecker angerichtet, das Ei leider kalt.

Alles war super 09.07.23 Toller Blick vom Balkon, nette Bedienung lecker Wein. Trinkgeld(persönlich und Bar) nicht vergessen. Nach zwei Stunden mussten wir leider gehen, damit wir noch was von der Stadt sehen.... habe bereits versucht den köstlichen Flammkuchen nach zu machen, lecker,aber nicht so lecker wie das Original. Der DOM fehlt auch....🤷‍♂️😜

Perfekt gelegen mit Blick auf den Dom und der bewährten leckeren Qualität von Wilma Wunder. Hier schmeckt das Schnitzel genau so wie der Pfannenkeks und das Team mach einen exzellenten Job. Wer also in Mainz nach einem leckeren Durstlöscher oder Sattmacher sucht der wird hier sein glückliches Wunder erleben!

Top-Adresse für leckeres Frühstück und mehr! Mein Lieblings-Schlemmerort in Mainz direkt am Dom. Entweder unten auf dem Platz mitten im Geschehen oder auf den begrenzten Plätzen auf dem Balkon. Alles hat sein besonderes Flair. Der Service ist stets aufmerksam und freundlich, die Speisen von hoher Qualität und großartig zubereitet. Hier lässt sich perfekt entspannen, treffen, beobachten, verweilen. Immer wieder gerne.

We really love it here, the menu isn't that big, but there are enough options. We specially like to have breakfast / brunch here, the pancakes 🥞 are the best! Very kid friendly. In nice sunny days is very good to sit out

Super packed of people!! We were there during a rainy Saturday, every table was full and we were even standing in the queue for about 10 minutes, luckily we got the table soon. I couldn‘t imagine being a waitress there, it must be a lot of work that day, i feel sorry😂 But the place is beautiful decorated, and huge, like you can probably pack the whole Mainz haha jk. Despite being full house, they were super fast and still friendly. We got to ordered after maybe 10-15 minutes of waiting and the food were there in no time as well, so we were quite surprised. We had the vegan Pflammkuchen (8,5/10) tasted super nice and Berrys Pancake (7,5/10) i don‘t know what was wrong with the dough but it was very sticky and chewy, it‘s not like a normal pancake. And i got ice tea(8/10) and my friend had a cappuccino (super small size). I mean i would like to go there again and try other foods, or maybe their desserts, but i will avoid a rainy day so it won‘t be full.

We had an enjoyable lunch here with a view of the Dom. I had the Cheesy Spaetzle which was delicious. The service was very good and the atmosphere was was light.

Wonderful service in German and English! The food selections were fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. You won't get items like this in any ordinary cafe. They have nice outdoor and indoor seating. Try not to sit near the stairs since the air current pulls in cigarette smoke from upstairs.

Beautiful restaurant...the food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long for the food to be served. The atmosphere is so magical as well as the decor. Our waitress was amazing, she explained what we didn't understand on the menu as we are foreigners. Great service from her and the rest of the staff there. Definitely worth the visit!

The environment is so cozy and nice! Inside of the café is so pretty and the place is perfect for a lunch or a breakfast. On busy days I highly recommend to make a reservation. Worth of a visit!

Very nice place, plenty of room inside, romantic decoration like a fairy tale, nice beverages and healthy options, eg. healthy milk with herbs 🌿 and turmeric, warm sweets served in hot pan. Excellent service, especially the friendly girl from Greece!

5 stars!! They have several absolutely delicious vegan/plant based dishes to choose from. The best part is that you can have a vegan breakfast. I got the Planzengourmet. The chef is creative and the meals are not only fabulous, but healthy as well. I was visiting Mainz and decided to try this place because it's on the main square across from the Domewhere I sat outside I will plan to visit Mainz again just to eat here again. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!!

Love the location and the food. This place is super cheeky. I would definitely come back. Salads, good vegan options and desserts are amazing. Loved the fresh strawberries and asparagus today. Right down from the Gutenberg museum. There’s also a nice market on Tuesdays, Friday and Saturday that was fun to shop at.

The food and drinks were amazing and to be able to sit in the Square and just relax and eat & drink was such a vibe! Food came out very fast, the bees were loving life and swarming everywhere but I didn’t mind at all, they have a place on this earth too and a PURPOSE! We really had a great time fellowshipping and relaxing at this establishment, I would definitely recommend you visiting and enjoying this gem in the heart of Mainz!!

Great place for lunch! It was busy for a Friday afternoon but the service was quick and on point. We ordered the burrata salad, flamkuchen, truffle fries and ice coffee. All were delicious. Good drinks as well. Nice atmosphere to enjoy the view of the plaza. The overall vibe and interior of the restaurant as also very nice. Would definitely come back!
