I was not too pleased with the attention given to me as a passenger travelling in the Business class. The courtesy and expected care was not there. I came to the airport about 2 and a half hours to the flight time and I ended up being the last to board the plane completely tired and frustrated. Courtesy was absolutely zero.

It's a marketing office of Turkish Airlines located in Sheraton Abuja Hotel. At Ladi Kwali road, Central Business District Abuja.

The place is used by a different company not Turkish airline, the office is dirty, the staffs chat loudly without office ethics ,their air tickets are cheaper and more flexible compared to thier neighbor Air france.

Nigeria customer service number is problem, either the numbers are changed or the problem sorted out.

Well I would say the wait time before attending to clients is quiet much.
