I would like to inform you all, i have a personal experience with SIDS HOSPITAL AND SERVICES. I am explaining honestly all detail about SIDS. 1. Dr. and its team vert talented and very experienced, -Speciality in operations & Surgery in Gastroenterology. 2. About Management and its hospital services. -zero star deserve, - no one listening a hospital patient. -In this hospital every floor poster of tobeco free place (see in photos) But in security and peon staff addicted of tobeco. (He & She hides from the camera) -Patient complaints about issues but management reply " Complain to upper management" But he is not informing about uper management. -The more I complain about the management, the less (હું મેનેજમેન્ટ વિશે જેટલી ફરિયાદ કરું તેટલી ઓછી). -Management have poor quality and no knowledge in co operative with patients, talking with patients, not understand patients & its relative feelings and pain. -Does not provide facilities but charges a lot of money. When I writing this experience i see majorities people writing about Management experience but now i understand acuttlly rich doctor team(owner of this hospital) not understand patients problems and feeling, I hope you all understand.("દર્દી ની મજબૂરી) Date of experience 26 Sept 2022. Long waiting time, receptionist not responce well and not cooperative...doctors are do showmanship like they are busy but they don't attend patient on time...they do timepass in their chamber....we are waiting site 2 hrs and doctor doctor not attend us...patient are waiting in lobby and seeing helpless...

Waiting time is extremely high.. 4 hours of waiting to see the doctor and then again 1.5 hour waiting for reviewing report with doctor. There is no meaning of taking appointment in advance. Doctors are good. Staff is also good. I think only visit this if you have atleast 5-6 hours of time.

One of the Best Gastrointrology Hospital in Surat. Well experienced Doctor for all type of GI solutions. Good supporting staff. AC hall at OPD waiting, also tea and coffee for refreshing. Bariatric surgery also done here. Fully facilitated Operation Theatre, ICU and pathology lab and much more....

At SIDS all the doctors and supportive staff are very kind and the nature. Collaboration of SIDS Doctor TEAM Dr.Rajiv Mehta, Dr. Mayank Kabrawala, Dr. Dhaval Mangukiya any many more are much experienced that matters for the patients healthy life. Dr. Dhaval Mangukiya is the name of brand for GI surgon at SIDS hospital . Who save the life of human . My mother operate by Dhaval sir successfully. now she is fine due to 100% best efforts by him. His fast decision making process helps to save many endividual human lives. Heartly Thanks to SIDS TEAM for making real sense of NABH and provides the total solution of GI problems. I strongly recommended to choose SIDS for all kind of Digestive abnormality.

The doctors are very good here. The treatment has been great. But the front office and the appointment management has been the worst experience . I have been to this hospoital 4 times but all the 4 times i have waited 2 hours to meet the doctor. The staff should ideally call the patients and tell about the change in timing but nothing of that sort happens here. Automation with calendar management and good PA for doctors is a must nowadays and these guys are centuries behind. If not for good reputation of doctor i wouldnt even suggest this hospital to my enemy. Highly idiotic and unskilled hospital staff with no people skills.

As per my experience which we faced approx 4 moths with this hospital, i would suggest to take another opinion, otherwise patient condition become worst and this hospital will put you in last level of treatment and then you will run here and there ,to save the life of patient.

Highly impressed with Dr. Mayank Kabrawala and Dr. Dhaval Mangukiya who did a hernia operation on my father, they are highly skilled and very down to earth. They explain the cause, treatment, and how to care for disease very well! The hospital was immaculate, staff was very supportive! Highly recommended!

I am pretty satisfied with the services and the hospital staff. Doctors here are very intelligent and they know their duties very well. My uncle was having brutal pain one night and we shifted him to Palanpur but we didn't get enough support there so we decided to shift him here after discussing with the doctor and since we came here my uncle is treated very well and didn't face the same situation again. Just few hours back he got discharge and feeling absolutely normal. But one thing I would like to point out is the discharge process, it took approx 4 hours which is quite high.

Good infrastructure. Prompt availability of wheel chair at entrance, Valet parking for cars, helpful staff etc gives good initial experience. However too long waiting for our turn to see the doctor. They should rethink about the toilet facility provided at OPD section which has common entry for gents and ladies but not spacious enough.

One of the great hospital of gestrological problems, biggest team of experienced doctors and highly cleanliness and valet parking Also polite behaviour of sach and every staff and pharmacy services is also available at the ground floor of the hospital, vaket parking staff is also great 👍👍

Hospital is very neat and clean with systematic all process. The behaviours of Doctors and staff are very cordial, smiley , devotinal and helpful. The tratment is very good and with all cares. Thanks to Dr s and staff of SIDS.

Wrost parking service by SIDS HOSPITAL. Their parking person took the car for parking and returned with big dent on my new car. Even they don't accept and give damages for the same. Really need to improve parking service. And yes also teach them ethics of work. Don't let other person park your car when you go to Sids hospital. However doctor's consultation is good.

The worst experience of my life , we have been to mostly all the hospitals in surat because of my father illness since last 15 years but this hospital is the worst of the all. The infrastructure is good but the service could not get any worst. The surgery was for about 30 min and they take 2 hours to admit patient and they started discharge procedure at 7 pm and even after waiting till 10:30 it was not done so they let us go by taking deposit so that we can come and finalise the bill next day. This was possible at 7 pm itself but this shows how much they care about their patients. If you really ask me i would give 0 stars but lucky you that’s not the choice. This big hospitals should realise that their miss management might not be good for the patients as my father had not eaten since 5 am. Next time when doctor tells you that you will get discharged by this time please ask him to give it in writing. Shameful

1) Hospital is good, doctors are v good, treatments are too good. But very much expensive. lower and Middle class people have to think before taking treatment here. All.equipments and medicines are to be procured nothing provided by hospital Ever sanitizer and gloves too are to be provided to medical staff by patients. 2) canteen facility are there, but v limited food available hence most of the time.lunch and dinner to be brought from out side. And height is there when people bring food from outside can not wash there utensils around canteen. As per canteen contractor go and compaint to managent as it is their order that ask the.parients or there relatives to wash their utensils from where they got the food. 3) It is very imberrasing if u got tiffin from your relative and you send the tiffin back without washing.., It is humble request to the Hospital management to provide atleast a small.space where we can wash our dishes and tiffin after use. And a space where long distance people came and resides with patient they must give some space to wash clothes and drying them. As when patient admitted more than a week to 30 days than washing clothes are must in hospital only. It's not feasible to accumalate used closes dump till the discharge of a patients and go home.. 🙏🙏

Though the hospital is big it’s does not give medical solution, I went for treating constipation, the doctor was not able to understand what problem I was facing , basically they are only interested in surgery, if u have medical problem better 1st get it checked with a good physician

SIDS hospital, their doctors, RMO's , nursing staff are all excellent in the way they go about their things. The consultants are so good and precise with their work and their dedication is out of the world. 3 days hospital stay was so comfortable and all thanks to the ward staff , and the RMO's. They came regularly to check the patient's vitals and whether the patient had any complaints or not. The room cleanliness was 10 on 10. Hygiene point of view was also great. The ward boys / Masi came to clean it regularly. The front desk staff the security all were amazing. In short , the hospital truely deserves the award for the BEST SINGLE SUPER SPECIALITY award !! Good to see multiple specialist doctors for stomach related medical services. All staff behaviour is good and provide more information about the treatment. However, required more time then expected as major of the doctors are having operation scheduled. Also, slightly disappointed with CT scan requirement to carry out multiple times on single day visit. Experienced doctor's presence give more confidence on proper treatment. Should try to become more economical as These problems are being faced by comman families too who cannot afford heavy treatment and room charges. Ideal for complex condition and primary basic issues can be taken care with other hospitals for cost consideration

I jst love the services given by hospital, nd also the place is very clean nd hygienic, also maintaining the covid protocols very strictly . Abt doctors nd nurses nd helpers , i jst loved it how amazing they treat the patient nd thier family members in thier tough times.

The management of patients is pathetic, even after having good doctors, the staff is not trained to manage patients. A Doctor is not seeing the patient according to time slot, it's on file basis, first cum first serve, but then when you ask for appointment they will give you time slot which is of no use. 2 hrs waiting every time.

Super satisfied with Doctors consultation (Dr Rajiv Mehta) and treatment. Very positive and enthusiastic Doctor. Polite and helpful staff (Endoscopy reception) Waiting for consultation is very time consuming.

Probably the worst hospital we have been to. Doctors are good but staff is naive and they don’t care about anything. They don’t care about patient’s diet. They forget to start bottles and give medicines. Run from this hospital.

In my case no help for sids hospital I am suffering for ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) , sirous constipation and abdominal pain I am treatment about one and half year no reslut waste of time and money

I am visiting hospital for my regular interval checkup and every time I have to wait more than 2 hours for my turn. Appointment time matter for both doctor and patient.

Very Good and experiencefull doctor staff available like a Dr. Dhaval Mangukiya sir. And All other doctors and nurses are very well behaved and Caring and Cleaning staff is also very good. It was a good experience at SIDS Hospital thank you.
